The gentleman told me that I needed my engine flushed that the dealer didn't do my last oil change showed me air filters that wouldn't even fit my car that were black and wanted to make me spend more money than just an oil change. I will be reporting it to the attorney general. read more

I went there for simply an oil change. They were polite until they started telling me i needed all these different things done. I'm a a young woman and do not know alot about cars and they took advantage of that. I do not ever recommend to go here unless you want to be taken advantage of. Very bad and over priced! read more

Fantastic experience, comfortable lounge, quick service. They run their business with integrity. When I came in for an oil change on my normal 5000 mile schedule, they told me that I actually had a premium oil that was good for 10.000 miles, and sent me on my way. Got an oil change and air filter replacement at a different Jiffy Lube. There was an issue with noise in the cabin so we stopped by this location on the way home to try and get it fixed. We were told that it was probably a leaf and it would work it's way out. When we asked them to change the filter just to ensure there were no more issues, the manager came out, pulled out a leaf, and gave us terrible attitude. He even mumbled under his breath that this was the right filter, there was nothing wrong, etc. Even though the problem was solved, that amount of attitude isn't necessary to paying customers, especially from the manager. We weren't rude; just trying to have our car fixed and returned after paying over $100 for service. We won't recommend this location. read more

After I went to jiffy lube, I had to go to a mechanic to fix something else and when they asked what work I recently had done on the car I told them and the prices. They were shocked and upset that your company took advantage of the fact that I personally don't know much about cars. Your oil change is over priced. A transmission flush costs around 100 and you charged around 200. I am very disappointed in this information. I'd also recommend taking your car to a normal shop rather than a jiffy lube. read more

Drove 20 minutes from my home to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I sought out a Jiffy Lube believing the national chain was my best bet. Upon my arrival there was only one other customer vehicle with 3 employees on duty. The guy in charge seemed to be 18-20 years of age? I asked for a full synthetic oil change in my 2018 Honda Odessy. The kid that went below deck to drain the oil seemed new to his profession. He was down below for quite a long time. He asked the other worker about how to remove the oil filter. When I was told it was done I asked the employee if everything was done correctly with no oil leaking. He said all was perfect. I paid the 100.00 or so fee and went home. A few hours later I realized I had a nice oil stain on my new brick paver driveway. I called the kid who was the manager and he said the general manager would call me, received no call. I drove all the way back to Jiffy Lube, the manager checked the leak and said all was tight. He said some excess oil was not properly cleaned up earlier causing the leak on my driveway?? There was no concern for my loss of time, energy or damage at my home. If you can't get an oil change done properly at a place that specializes in oil changes you might have a problem. My advice, find another place to change your oil. General Manager made no effort to return my message. read more

Well they were fast & polite but the bill was more than originally quoted. They had an excuse: they had to substitute high milage oil, but it would have been a lot less money, though slower just to go to the dealer. They forgot to replace the cap on the cabin air filter but seeing them do it on the parking lot after I found it on the floor, I now know a better way to get to it, behind my glove box. Got good advice on how to extend the life of the filter. Most expensive oil change I've ever had but I learned something. read more

ALERT! I repeat Alert~!. I took my car to this place for an oil change. The guys working there were far from nice, and seemed a bit shady. I told them i only wanted an oil change,and the manager tried to tell me that my brakes were bad..my car is only a couple years old and they were fine!!! Driving home I noticed a grinding sound in the front of my car. I took it immediately to the actual dealer even though it was not close by. He looked at it and said the brake gear had been tampered with...you can do the rest of the math here...Please folks do not get taken in by this horrible company..they will damage your car..I came home and read reviews on the company,only to find my story was very familiar to a lot of other horror stories~ read more

My oil change was performed well and quickly while I waited. I asked for a car wash, which I received. Although it did not dry the car, it seemed fine. I was then directed to a coin-operated vacuum and left alone. As a disabled, older woman, I could have used help from the many able-bodied young men there, not to mention the two burly customers waiting outside and watching me struggle to handle an unwieldy vacuum and pull out and vacuum my car mats in the heat. I'll go elsewhere next time, since I don't mind paying a little extra for a chivalry. You'd think this place would want to satisfy the demographic in Sarasota. read more
