Took car back in. They had to replace it as it was under warranty. Turns out the first one was not 'new'. I would not go back here again if you paid me. It was not it was the radiator and the radiator cap thank God I didn't listen to them. They also bypass the heater core and had a 45° angle on the hose not allowing water to pass through and they told me that water doesn't need to go through there which is absolutely not correct and could have blown my motor thankfully I brought it to another mechanic for mechanics in total who said they saw no sign of a blown motor and the final mechanic who fixed it for me. The owner went down and got into the space of my truck when I brought it to the first place and then they didn't want to do it anymore. Then when I contacted Rob about the situation he threatened me told me to get his lawyers and then had the police call me to tell me not to contact him anymore.

Told me that everything looked good and that I did well with my purchase. Talked to me and gave me a quick education about some things I needed to know and when I needed to change some of the fluids (not for many miles). One of the issues was a brake light and they literally broke the dash out of his truck trying to find the light problem. Worst part was that they said nothing about it, nothing. They just laid the pieces that they broke on the passenger seat. The manager picked him up with the shuttle van and took him back to get his truck and HE NEVER SAID A WORD. Part of this issue was found on a previous visit and was unable to repair at that time. We were unaware of the brake light situation because his father previously took care of this. For some reason, they called his father and they agreed to take the labor off and still charged over 200.00 for whatever they did besides break the dash. Not recommending this shop in any way. We are all adults here. Don't take advantage of a young man that is just starting to understand repair shops since his father previously took care of all of it, and is now gone. It was weird that they called him because he now has nothing to do with this. Be better and don't take advantage of customers.
