Angie, the scheduler, has scheduled my child's appointment not once, not twice, but three separate times, and each time the appointment has been pushed further out. As a parent seeking services for my child, it is incredibly discouraging to continually be delayed without any reasonable explanation. When I called to ask why my child was not receiving fair treatment and why the appointment kept being rescheduled, Angie became unprofessional and ultimately hung up on me. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was left feeling dismissed and unheard. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this clinic to other families seeking services for their children. There appears to be a pattern of poor communication, repeated scheduling issues, and a lack of accountability when concerns are raised. I would strongly encourage referring providers to consider other options for their patients until these issues are addressed. Families seeking timely care for their children deserve better communication, professionalism, and respect than what I experienced here. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to improve how families are treated moving forward.

The nurse called after the scheduled 2 hr. frame to ask if she can still come and that she would be about 45 minutes to an hour late. We agreed, however due to previous experience with in-home care I called to speak to a case manager to express concerns and go over our expectations we have while also giving the opportunity for the case manager to educate, reassure, and go over their standards of practice and services to their patients. Instead she chose to give excuses and hypothetical scenarios "gaslighting" me for not being considerate and understanding. Displaying your unprofessionalism by talking over me and not knowing how to provide customer service while clearly lacking empathy and the ability to understand the inconveniences that have been imposed on a family already having to go through changes and unfortunate events resulting to relying on your care is very DISAPPOINTING. We found out it was poor SCHEDULING and lack of knowledge of demographics which led the nurse to run late. Do BETTER at training in customer service and scheduling. I'm not surprise though because the only other review is low and the response from an employee showing multiple exclamation marks shows the lack of self control, morale within their workspace, and lack of professionalism within the office and/or administration staff that trickles down. The true professional was our NURSE that showed up which is what REALLY matters to us here in our home. She was apologetic and understanding to our concerns, friendly and professional also, patient and thorough.

If it was not for Ms. Jovie bringing this up I would have not have further research into what else could be possibly hindering him from progressing. After pursuing more assessments with a neuropsychologist, I found out that he had dyslexia. I can't thank Ms. Jovie enough for bringing this to my attention! My second child is a current student and is progressing so much. I appreciate that I am active in helping her also at home since I am able to watch her sessions and implement work at home.
