Current day, 10k miles later & 3 years on the transmission, it went again. Even though the 2 year warranty expired, the low miles traveled we were able to work out a fair agreement were I pay for the cost of parts and they pay for all other cost such as labor, disposal or special fees. It took 2.5 weeks to get to the agreement. Then another 5.5 weeks of repairs only for them to tell us that the rebuilt transmission was doing the exact same thing that it was brought back in for 8 weeks ago. Another couple days and they determined what it was. And the saga continues; They sent that part out to be rebuilt. It was returned, delivered and stolen off their doorstep. They had to order & pay for another and get it installed. Here we are after 10 weeks without my truck. Truck in hand now and seems to be fine. How many stars would you have gave?

The staff kept in touch with me throughout the process. What upset me was, upon returning home I noticed some cosmetic damage to my front end, from what looked like one of the lifts. I immediately reached out to the guy who I'd been in contact with at the shop, bringing this to his attention. I received no further correspondence. This disappointed me, because they did do the legwork to find my parts and get me back on the road, but this experience would leave anyone with a sour taste in their mouth. Keep in mind, I never asked for money for damages or even repair. I simply wanted to address it, should an issue arise in the future.

Unlike other shops, they've had every opportunity to scare me into more work or parts but they don't take advantage of you; they'll give you lowdown on whether you really need something fixed or if you're okay to hold off on it. They're also consistently timely about the work they do on your car, and about communicating with you. I've had nightmare experiences with other places, for example the dealership and Collision Care Center, so it was breath of fresh air to have people be prompt, accurate and communicative.
