I had walked to this location since it's just a few miles away but wasn't looking forward to walking back home and then coming back again lol. Without hesitation, one of their staff members offered to drive me the few miles in the rental to my house to pick up my license so I wouldn't have to come back again. I really appreciated the extra step he took, especially since it was completely an error on my part, not theirs. Safety measures for covid included us both being masked, my sitting in the rear of the vehicle, and his wearing disposable gloves to drive (and they leave an individually wrapped disinfecting wipe inside as well). Upon getting to the rental desk, located inside the Holiday Inn, the agent had left up a number to call as he was out servicing cars. I called it and he was at the desk quick, my rental ready to go. I got a free upgrade, which was nice, and he pulled the car up and off I went. No issues with the car while traveling, which is always great in my book. I did a box drop off that following Sunday evening. My agreement asked me to fill the car up before dropping my papers and keys into their box. I also left a copy of the gas receipt with the rental agreement as I know at other locations they ask for it. I got a text the next morning that they received the car and my rental was complete. I think the entire transaction took less than 15 minutes. The employees were energetic, friendly, prompt, and answered any/all questions I had. They allowed him to make the reservation online, but when he showed up to pickup the rental, they said he needed to have someone over the age of 25 use a credit card for the reservation. The agent was extremely rude and used profanity in front of my 80 year old mother who happened to be dropping my son off for the car. She reluctantly agreed to put it on her card. When he called to extend the reservation for week 2, and give them my information and payment details, they took it over the phone and said we did not need to come in for any paperwork. When we did return the car, three days early, corporate called my mother and claimed it had never been returned and charged her a late fee. We're still fighting it with corporate. I can't recommended them based on lack of civility and communication.

This Budget site is a joke. All the while that the line in the lobby continued to grow, the far girl at the desk was loudly talking about how when she gets off in an hour and just didn't care. Do yourselves a favor folks. Go to Alamo. This place is a disgruntled hot mess with no customer service in site.

Apparently a "reservation" at Enterprise is just a suggestion they're free to ignore. A 15-passenger van isn't something you rent on a whim -- it's for a group trip that takes weeks of planning and coordination. What made it worse was the staff. No apology. No urgency. No attempt to locate a van at another branch or make it right. Just unprofessional indifference, as if stranding a customer who planned a month ahead is business as usual here. Based on this experience, maybe it is. If you actually need a vehicle on a specific date -- especially a large one -- do not trust this location with your reservation. "We'll pick you up" means nothing when they won't even honor what you booked.
