    Great service! Unfortunately, my car had to have some…read morerepairs during a very busy period for rental agencies (after a large tornado/storm). Enterprise picked me up from my auto body shop, and drove me to their office. They only had a pickup truck due to the storm shortage, but when I said I was uncomfortable driving a truck for several days, they found a lovely car from another location. They drove me back to work quickly and dropped the car off to me that day. I was able to leave the rental car at the auto body shop, where they picked it up again. Could not be easier! They even called to follow up and make sure everything was okay. The only downfall is they will try very very hard to sell you rental insurance on the car. I refused three times and was about to get pissy when the dude finally laid off. I understand they need to make their money, but I just paid a giant deductible and did not feel like spending extra money thankyouverymuch.

When I arrived they did not have a car since I did not call to confirm my reservation, which I have never had to do. They did call but none of the voicemails said that they had an issue with the reservation. When I asked to see where the policy is stated this it could not be provided. I also asked where I could leave a review since they are always so willing to take good feedback when returning a vehicle. Reed Goodin the manager could not provide me anywhere to leave the feedback other than yelp.

With the help of Charlie Reis at GMAC, Now Enterprise Leasing slowly expanded the daily rental business. He first put them near dealerships, then near bodyshops. Over time, they became ubiquitous across the nation. The last iteration is Enterprise Leasing at the Airports. What sets Enterprise Leasing apart from other companies is its focus on taking care of the customer. One big difference is that you are escorted out to the area, where you can pick out your car. After that, the escort goes over the car and answers any questions you might have. This company is still privately owned by the Taylor Family. Andy Taylor is now the head of the company.

I reserved on-line two months in advance, a 15 passenger van from the 5718 S. Lindbergh, St. Louis office. To be sure they had the vehicle, I called the day before to confirm my vehicle would be there I waited on hold for over 35 mins to talk to a lady in that South St. Louis County office and she said, " I see your reservation. We have 7 vans on the lot. It will be no problem to pick up your van anytime after 12 noon". My son arrives at 2 PM to pick up the van and Enterprise gave the van away. We asked why? The manager said, "the last van left the lot at 12:35 PM". Why? No direct answer, but the manager insinuated that someone else with "higher priority" took our van. When we asked why didn't Enterprise call our contact number first? No answer from the manager. When we asked if there was any other Van in St. Louis we could pick up the manager said "One van, but it is in for an oil change and won't be ready till 5:30 PM." We told the manager we would only drive a group of physicians less than 100 miles total so can we please have the van now? Manager's answer, "No. It's company policy". Enterprise has a complete disregard for customer service and is callous to screwing their customers. This is a clear sign of systemic decline in a mature company gone bad. My and my company's leasing and car rentals will no longer be with Enterprise.
