I had walked to this location since it's just a few miles away but wasn't looking forward to walking back home and then coming back again lol. Without hesitation, one of their staff members offered to drive me the few miles in the rental to my house to pick up my license so I wouldn't have to come back again. I really appreciated the extra step he took, especially since it was completely an error on my part, not theirs. Safety measures for covid included us both being masked, my sitting in the rear of the vehicle, and his wearing disposable gloves to drive (and they leave an individually wrapped disinfecting wipe inside as well). Great service and a convenient location!

They allowed him to make the reservation online, but when he showed up to pickup the rental, they said he needed to have someone over the age of 25 use a credit card for the reservation. The agent was extremely rude and used profanity in front of my 80 year old mother who happened to be dropping my son off for the car. She reluctantly agreed to put it on her card. When he called to extend the reservation for week 2, and give them my information and payment details, they took it over the phone and said we did not need to come in for any paperwork. When we did return the car, three days early, corporate called my mother and claimed it had never been returned and charged her a late fee. We're still fighting it with corporate. I can't recommended them based on lack of civility and communication.

After 60 minutes and no progress was made, my spouse took the shuttle back to the airport (while I stood patiently in line at Budget trying to rent a cat that I had reserved), and he caught another shuttle to Alamo, where they had him in a car in less than 3 minutes. This Budget site is a joke. All the while that the line in the lobby continued to grow, the far girl at the desk was loudly talking about how when she gets off in an hour and just didn't care. Do yourselves a favor folks. Go to Alamo. This place is a disgruntled hot mess with no customer service in site.

Enterprise picked me up from my auto body shop, and drove me to their office. They only had a pickup truck due to the storm shortage, but when I said I was uncomfortable driving a truck for several days, they found a lovely car from another location. They drove me back to work quickly and dropped the car off to me that day. I was able to leave the rental car at the auto body shop, where they picked it up again. Could not be easier! They even called to follow up and make sure everything was okay. The only downfall is they will try very very hard to sell you rental insurance on the car. I refused three times and was about to get pissy when the dude finally laid off. I understand they need to make their money, but I just paid a giant deductible and did not feel like spending extra money thankyouverymuch.

What sets Enterprise Leasing apart from other companies is its focus on taking care of the customer. One big difference is that you are escorted out to the area, where you can pick out your car. After that, the escort goes over the car and answers any questions you might have. This company is still privately owned by the Taylor Family. Andy Taylor is now the head of the company.

I reserved on-line two months in advance, a 15 passenger van from the 5718 S. Lindbergh, St. Louis office. To be sure they had the vehicle, I called the day before to confirm my vehicle would be there I waited on hold for over 35 mins to talk to a lady in that South St. Louis County office and she said, " I see your reservation. We have 7 vans on the lot. It will be no problem to pick up your van anytime after 12 noon". My son arrives at 2 PM to pick up the van and Enterprise gave the van away. We asked why? The manager said, "the last van left the lot at 12:35 PM". Why? No direct answer, but the manager insinuated that someone else with "higher priority" took our van. When we asked why didn't Enterprise call our contact number first? No answer from the manager. When we asked if there was any other Van in St. Louis we could pick up the manager said "One van, but it is in for an oil change and won't be ready till 5:30 PM." We told the manager we would only drive a group of physicians less than 100 miles total so can we please have the van now? Manager's answer, "No. It's company policy". Enterprise has a complete disregard for customer service and is callous to screwing their customers. This is a clear sign of systemic decline in a mature company gone bad. My and my company's leasing and car rentals will no longer be with Enterprise.
