After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

You have no control and all they say is we have to wait and see. So if they are busy or someone comes to buy tires (the only tire appt. You can schedule btw) ) you are at the back of the line. Your tires wear uneven because lack of rotation. Not their problem. - you don't come in when it was convenient for Walmart or that they had the time to do it. So, forget about that warranty.
