Being in an accident is already a stressful situation, however when I heard about Valley Collision - Draper (word of mouth from a co-worker). I took a chance and I'm happy I followed through. Valley Collision - Draper went above and beyond from what I had been told. They kept me informed throughout the entire process of my Mazda 3 repair from start to finish without being prompted. When you work hard for something you only hope when it's in the possession of a complete stranger that it's respected and well cared for. I was impressed that it was cleaner than when I dropped it off, inside and out! When I went to pick up my vehicle, I walked right by it because I didn't recognize my own car. The outcome was better than before my accident and my car was in great condition for being 5 years old and no accidents. Just know that word of mouth goes far, and I have a big mouth. Still not right. After repairing the front and rear bumpers on our car, the front bumper still comes undone. It is not fully clipped in. Headed back for the 3rd time. We showed up the first time it was repaired, but the paint job was not acceptable to even the estimator so we were delayed another 2-3 days to repaint. I appreciated this but I did not know why I had to come for another employee to determine it wasn't right. Both estimates (rear and front bumper) went up over $500 each - which increases are possible, but the amount of the increase seems like the estimate was probably way low to begin with. Probably could have paid less elsewhere. They do text the progress on your car which is nice. read more

I'm sorry I really dislike giving one star reviews but here we are. In my opinion a body shop should be judged mostly on the end results. Basically can you tell that the vehicle was in an accident? I had another party damage my rear passage door and as a result I had to get multiple quotes from various body shops. Jack's Place had the cheapest bid. You get what you pay for I suppose. One thing I found extremely disappointing was when I came to pick up the vehicle Jack's added additional cost to the original bid. OK not much I can do now. So in the lot everything looked good. Fast forward a few months to more than a year and the paint on my repaired door doesn't match the rest of the vehicle. It's plain as day in the daylight. So there you have it. I now have to live with mis matched paint or go to a reputable body shop and have it re done. I do not recommend Jack's Place. read more

We selected Jack's Place from a list of shops given to us by our insurance company. My husband had heard good things, so it was Jack's that I selected to repair my car. We had gotten into a pretty significant front end collision and both air bags had deployed. Jack's informed us that they would be able to repair the car and to give them about 2 weeks since their was a good amount of damage. A couple of days later, they called to let me know that after they started working on the car, they realized that the damage was greater than originally assessed and that they would have to deem it a total loss. I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. They maintained helpful communication throughout the process and were very informative as to each step of progress. I actually enjoyed talking to Mike on the phone and he gave off a very honest and local vibe. The next time I need a repair, I'll go to Jack's and I'll recommend them to family and friends. read more

I was in an accident June of this year (2018) in which I was rear ended on the freeway. This accident was not my fault. The other person's insurance had me take my car to Jack's Place. The reviews I read seemed to say this place was a good choice. After I picked up my car my son noticed greasy finger prints on my back seat. I thought no big deal, I'll get some cleaner and get rid of them. Then in a couple of weeks the weather stripping around my passenger back door was coming off. I reattached that and so far so good. Now my back hatch rattles and the latch itself provides me with a few issues. What next? It seems this may not be a great place to get your car fixed at. read more
