I never had any lingering questions either because before I would ask, he would address it all. He is catering to his patients and he is an amazing doctor, no questions asked. He genuinely cares for all of his patients which is also hard to come by nowadays. When I had my surgery yesterday, he made sure that I was good from the very beginning to the very end when he walked me out when my ride came to pick me up. He made sure that I was good and in the car before he went back inside, which is also RARE since I've never had a doctor do that when they're back to back with surgeries. He took my concerns very seriously when it comes to my voice and scars that can form, and he actually brought up a whole plan about my fear of ugly scars and what we can do to prevent keloids forming. I would recommend him to anyone who needed an ENT. Not only is he caring but he is very attentive to his patients. And everyone deserves doctors like Dr. German. Also, the workers in the front and nurses are also super caring as well. I had a pre-op appointment but I was really busy that whole entire day, which means that I had to be in and out (I would have canceled all of my future appointments that day if I was really concerned about my doctor but there was no need since I trusted him completely). They made sure to let the doctor know and Dr. German came and talked to me ASAP knowing I had another appointment I had to attend to which was all the way in Monterey. Overall, I genuinely recommend this place to everyone who needs an ENT. Especially Dr. German. Idk about the rest of the doctors but Dr. German probably speaks for all of them, that's how good of a doctor he is. Ask for Dr. German!

I have had multiple discussions with them and they say they have never done it therefore they never will. I have mentioned it to Dr Block who stated just call them and ask them to add you to the schedule but they always refuse. He seems almost afraid or intimidated by his own staff. I have ongoing challenges with my sinuses which include several surgeries in the 80's. When we arrived at this very well run office I was greeted immediately and assisted to complete the necessary history and insurance information. Dr Jacobson was warm, friendly and professional from the first moment we met with him. He took my involved history and addressed my medical situation with skill and concern for my comfort. Because of the complicated sinus problems we knew surgery was likely going to be advised. A revision to the 1980's approach was critical to my being able to breathe and smell and function without ongoing infection, headaches and malaise. All treatment approaches were detailed and questions answered with thoroughness and patience. We chose to have the surgery asap and all arrangements were expedited. The operation was skillfully completed and recovery was smooth as expected. Dr Jacobson is my new best "go to" sinus doctor. Luckily, I have not needed him as I am able to breathe and sleep and not be ill with sinus infections!! I highly recommend Dr Joel Jacobson for the care of your sinus health. He really does care about his patients and is devoted to his profession. Do not put it off...you will feel and breathe so much better!!!

I agree with others, the office staff is short on caring, and I discovered why they insist on having your credit card number up front. Instead of offering a heads up about the navigational problem, orgiving you a detailed set of directions for people coming from a northwesterly or northerly direction, they can claim a hundred points to the patient's zero, for they're going to collect $100 from your plastic if you're sandwiched between semis and can't make your appointment. All I needed was someone to do a thorough job of cleaning the wax from my ears. Now my. 80 year old wife is going to have to do it-- before Costco will examine my ears and adjust my hearing aids!
