I asked if they would provide an additional free follow up service and they said no. So I stated I would dispute the charge with my CC and they relented. EVERY SINGLE appointment had an issue. The "technicians" never completed a full service of the property (all four levels), they just sprayed some chemicals around the outside and maybe spent a total of 6 minutes inside our 2+ story duplex in St. Paul. We've had to ask them for follow up service each time they've come out. My advice: do your own research and do it yourself. It's not hard or expensive. You can buy the spray, you can place the traps/poison, you can seal entry points. My point: it's not worth the terrible service they provide.

Since swarming wasps had become a significant issue, I wanted someone to effectively handle the situation. I ended up with a Rainbow trifecta. Pest control successfully resolved the problem last season. It took several visits (returns dealing with the same trouble are free) but eventually the wasps were completely eliminated. Unfortunately the wasps were back again this year, although in a different location. I called Rainbow and was scheduled for a treatment by one of their technicians. This time I hope to be proactive to prevent a recurrence next year. In any case, I found them to be prompt in their correspondence, effective in their services and reasonable in their prices. When I moved into my new home, I discovered an active mouse infestation and more spiders than we could count. Thankfully, Hunter was assigned to my new property as well. He spent so much time onsite, which was a huge relief compared to the previous company I had tried. Now I have to wait another 45 to find out if he killed all my fish. If you hire this company, you apparently have to babysit them like toddlers because they can't handle simple instructions.
