In our experience the customer service folks and technicians have been courteous and professional. The first couple of applications seemed to go well. They said that the inside of the garage would be treated but they never did. I even asked for them to make sure they treated it on future visits but to no avail. After four treatments they still have yet to set foot in my garage. Most of the bugs seemed to be taken care of by the treatments however not the spiders. In fact, our home now seems to be a beacon for spiders. We get new cobwebs and spider activity even shortly after treatments. Our house looks like it is ready for Halloween with the amount of spiderwebs on the exterior of the house. None of our neighbors homes, and we are in a tight subdivision, have any spiderwebs at all. Next, nice tech but starts telling me all the things they won't do, like no more bait stations in the pole barn where they are most needed. Bait stations consistently underfilled and running out before next service. Inconsistent spraying treatment depending on the tech who comes - some were good, some not so much. Substandard value for price paid. When I finally called to cancel, CSR immediately starts quoting the contract instead of helping me. Terminating as soon as I can.
