This was disappointing. - We were to receive a complimentary glass of wine each with our booking. No one offered this to us; I had to hunt down a staff member and request it. - For a five star spa, they should offer more than one hair dryer for all guests to use, and better beverage options in the relaxation room. If you do the work, you can make it pretty but doesn't solve the bathroom doors that don't close, the crooked flooring near them, or the staff anxious to get you out ASAP.
