I'm a big fan of this restaurant. Great food and lovely ambiance. Lately, the servers seem to be wearing greyed and stained white shirts. The last few times I was there, I didn't mention it. But last night our server was Georgi and it was just too much. He was wearing a formerly white dress shirt with what appeared to be older stains (didn't clean during a washing, not recent and a normal job hazard) coupled with a cloud of cigarette smoke. Every time he came to the table you could smell him first. Also, because the restaurant walls are white, the greyed shirts are even more obvious. I looked around and the two female servers near our table had on equally grey shirts. Time to buy your team new shirts and talk about regular cleaning with Oxi products or a little bleach. The question you have to ask yourself as a diner: if they don't care about the cleanliness of their customer facing servers, what does the back of the house look like? Please address this promptly! I was genuinely surprised to find such tasty classically-prepared Italian food here at a strip mall in Naples. (Well, having said that, I suppose pretty much everything in Florida is in a mall!) This food was delicious, the service can be slow, but that night for us it was good, and the ambience is pleasant. We will be coming back. read more

Good amount of outdoor seating. Located in a strip mall so not very scenic. Decent heat lamps but not very strong. Attentive wait staff also good with allergies. Straightforward Italian food, no frills no fancy. Don't make the mistake I did - if you "make your own calzone", don't load it up with tons of water retaining vegetables because it'll be a soggy mess and not hot. We had high hopes for Trattoria Abruzzo, but unfortunately, nothing really stood out. Our group tried the shells with sausage and pizza, and the salad was presented with soft tomatoes--yuck. The flavors didn't leave much of an impression. Fortunately, this was not a celebration but nearly looking for sustenance. Nothing was bad--just not particularly memorable. The service was great, as well as the ambiance, but the food was so baddddd!! I ordered Chicken Parmesan and it was so overcooked and tasteless. I don't know if it was bcz we went on a Sunday and the regular chef might not have been working (either way,--they need to taste their own cooking). If they're trying to appeal to the tastebuds of the masses--it's NOT working. They're so busy leaving out anything that enhances food flavor, that the meal ends up TASTELESS!! And we weren't the only ones who had a complaint. After we sat down, people across from us were leaving and said "BE SURE NOT TO ORDER THE VEAL (chop) PARMESAN, IT'S TOUGH AND HARD TO CHEW! We met friends here for happy hour and dinner. A hidden gem near Seed to Table. We started at the open air bar for wine and cocktails. Then moved inside for dinner. A reservation is recommended as they filled up quickly while we were dining. With the open-air style it became hot inside quickly and at the outside bar service was quite slow, but not inside. On point. My house Pinot Noir tasted perfect alongside the HUGE portion of Bronzino. read more

I'm not really sure what happened here. We have been dining at this restaurant for 3 years. It was among one of our favorite spots. I am updating my review because the last 2 times we dined here the food was subpar. I ordered the veal parmigiana and it was so tough - literally like cutting a piece of cardboard. I mean really really bad. And it is expensive!!! I didn't complain because I was with my mom and sisters, we had come right from the airport and I just didn't want to make a fuss. Great server this past Saturday, Luis Leonardo. The staff there are always great. The food is exceptional always. Next time have to branch out and try other things as I have this night. The appetizer, Lasagnette, was sooo good. Very flavorful and fresh. Looking forward to that next with a pizza next time. I see that pizza passing by switch that crust and just have to have it. Great food. They are very nice and will Accomodate you if you have dietary restrictions. There are gluten free options which is always a plus. I am more of a fan of the cozy ambiance with white table cloth, but for those who like the modern feel this is the perfect place. read more

I had a really good experience here. The food was very good. The service was very good although when I went to pay electronically, their default reader default to 25% tip. I always tip 20% and happy to do so but it's getting a little crazy where you're being pushed to 25%. It seems a little outrageous to me and I would think a restaurant would default it to 20% or give you the option for 18 and have 20 in the middle. This is by far one of the best Italian places in Naples. It's soooo bright, airy and decorated so cute! I love the red and white checkered table cloths. It feels so family friendly. We go here for the happy hour, which is early afternoon and literally every entree on the menu is half off. Like what!? How is this even real!? Seriously the best deal ever. They recently updated the menu, so a small chicken breast with breakfast style potatoes and 2 ounces of spinach is now $34. Soup is $11. Domestic beer is $7. Side salad is $9. Table of four (2 adults 2 teenagers) set us back $250. The service is average, the restaurant sits in a shopping plaza, with cars driving by continuously, so not a great atmosphere and they're reaching on prices. read more

This was once a decent place. Last night was a total disaster. It took 15 minutes to be greeted by the server; and one hour and 15 minutes to get the food. During this time, the server never once came to give an update. We went to the front desk twice to inquire about the food and the server. It was a frustrating and unenjoyable experience. This place is incredible!!! Dined here on 2/28/23. They seated us right away for our reservation. We all got dirty vodka martinis, and they were so fantastic we each had multiple rounds!! (my fiancé was the DD and didn't drink). We also got a bottle of wine with dinner that was one of the best I've had. Bread with the olive oil was delicious. We also saved some bread to have with our apps, the caprese burratta, the meatballs, and the Caesar salad. The caprese was my favorite!! Entrees: Paparadelle di Bosco (the best one) Pescadore Fettucine (this is usually with cavatelli, but they made it with fettucine) Eggplant rolatini (soooo good) Gamberi Al Limone (delicious) We finished off with the limoncello sorbet, lemon tart, and Nutella pizza Service was amazing, drinks were fantastic, and this was the best meal we've had in Naples!!!! read more

If you order the homemade pasta you'll be happy. The standout was the vongole over spaghetti- perfect. The bolognese sauce was good, but the pizza was sorely lacking- it wasn't hot when delivered and the crust was not crisp. The prices are high for what you're getting. If you want to enjoy a really good pasta dish and cozy atmosphere - this is the place to come! The pasta is fresh and delicious. The customer service is amazing, very friendly and attentive. It will cost you a bit more than your average Chilli's or Cheddars meal but definitely a treat without going into the exorbitant. I loved the complimentary bread it even had olives in the oil (I love olives) and there is a decent variety without going into the pages and pages of options route. I came here probably more than a year ago and enjoyed my visit and this time I was pleased to find it just as good if not better. I had pasta with bottleneck clams: the wine reduction sauce was a bit settle for my taste but very enjoyable especially when you dip the bread into it (best idea I got) it totally magnified the flavor. For dessert I had this chocolate and vanilla and cherry little sphere that was amazing! Honestly I was gonna give it 4 stars based on my last dish but when you add the excellent customer service - I had to give it a 5 star.
