Chocolate and vanilla ice cream thing that was really good but I forgot the name

The service was very nice. Love the people here they're so friendly and this is a family run restaurant as what they told me which I think is very nice tho they don't wish to expand their business. The food was really good and I ordered dessert it was very nice. I really liked how when my mom wanted to try a sample of one of the types of pasta sauce they got it for her in no time no problem with no charge.

    Penn ala Vodka with shrimp

As soon as we walked in the door, the staff was kind, quick, and helpful. They brought drink and homemade bread (which is amazing) right away. We got the calamari for an appetizer, and there wasn't much on the plate compared to past dinings, but it was still phenomenal as always. We got the Penne ala Vodka with shrimp, and it was really good, and heats up great at home. We also got the Italian Trio, and it was nice to be able to sample 3 separate dishes. We ended with the chocolate cake and an espresso. The chocolate cake was very rich and amazing, and the espresso was fresh, the perfect way to end a dinner. We will definitely be back!

Bruschetta and what was left of an order of meatballs

My birthday dinner is always Italian. While searching for places, and with a little YELP from you guys we found this gem of a place. I called and spoke to Sonia who accommodated with a reservation. What we didn't know was they were closing after tonight for the summer break. Loved that Sonia made her way around a few tables to check on folks dinner. She didn't stop by us, but it was ok. As she was so busy because the place packed very quickly. Ok, to the review. Short and sweet . Salad was ok, meatballs could have been heated up more, bruschetta was incredible, fettuccine with clams and mussels very very good, wife's chicken piccata could have had more fettuccine, and our son had a dish of pasta with oil and sausage. I know simple, but the fact that they accommodated our son (special needs) and made his dish with as much love means the world to us. He loved it. Wine was great. Deserts were incredible. We couldn't decide on 1 so we just ordered 4 (tart, spumoni, tiramisu and cannoli) of them. Susie our server was a star from start to finish. Reading the reviews I saw they charge extra for using cc so I used cash. But that was not a problem. The service , ambiance, and food were all on point. Hope they have a great summer vacation and hurry back as we will be back for sure!!! Great job

The food is outstanding, and the service is friendly. Reservations are a good idea because the place is small and popular.

The Tiramisu Was Easily the Star of the Show…read more Stopped by on a Saturday and had a nice dinner overall. The atmosphere is cozy with warm lighting, making it a good spot to relax and enjoy a meal. There is also a bar area with TVs, which felt a little different from the typical Italian vibe, but it did not take away from the experience. Service was friendly, but it was a busy Saturday night and you could definitely feel it. Everything moved a bit slower, and we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the check at the end because our server was not around. We started with the meatballs in red sauce and really enjoyed them. Simple, flavorful, and a great appetizer to share. One thing I was not expecting was being charged for the bread. It was fresh and good, but it is not something I usually associate with Italian restaurants. For the main course, we had the cacio e pepe. The flavor was there, but the sauce was a bit too liquid for my preference. It is a difficult dish to get right, and while it was good, I think it could have been a little better. The tiramisu was absolutely the highlight. The balance between the cream and the ladyfingers was spot on, and it ended up being my favorite thing we ordered. Overall, good location, nice atmosphere, and solid food. The tiramisu is the one thing I would absolutely come back for.

This place was not good. I don't know how else to say it…read more The server was flat out rude and acted like she could not be bothered. She didn't offer drink refills, didn't check in on us, and basically just plopped the food down and walked away. My pizza was not cooked thoroughly and tasted like dough. I asked to have it put back in the wood-fired oven, and while it came back with a crispier crust, the actual pizza still tasted undercooked and doughy. The lobster ravioli was also disappointing and felt misleading. Every lobster ravioli I've ordered elsewhere has usually been stuffed with lobster or at least had a decent amount inside. This was basically cheese ravioli with very little lobster sprinkled throughout. Definitely not worth it, and the cheese itself tasted off. Overall, there are much better options in Naples. For a ravolli, a salad, and a drink, the total was around $80, which is ridiculous for food this subpar. Do your research before coming here.

From the moment we sat down, the energy and ambiance set the tone -- lively, authentic, and exactly what you hope for in a great Italian spot. The food was exceptional across the board. The chicken parm was perfectly prepared, the carbonara rich and authentic, and the chicken piccata balanced beautifully with bright, fresh flavors. Every dish felt like it was made with real care and tradition. Dessert took it to another level -- the gelato was fantastic, but the real highlight was the tableside homemade tiramisu, which was both impressive and absolutely delicious. A perfect ending... until the espresso martinis arrived. Smooth, well-crafted, and honestly some of the best we've had. What truly made the night unforgettable was the service. Leonardo -- straight from Amalfi, Italy -- delivered one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, he elevated the entire evening. Great food, incredible service, and an outstanding vibe. We'll absolutely be back.

He asked what he could do to make it better, and I didn't really know what was wrong with it. Maybe there wasn't any simple syrup? We were fortunately seated outside, as it was very noisy inside. We had a great table and our server came with our menu and the wine list as well as some crusty bread. There are numerous salads, appetizers, entrees, and even pizza on the menu. I started with a Caesar salad, which I thought was super pricey, but was very good. I was able to enjoy it before I ordered my entree. I chose the gnocchi and a glass of wine. The gnocchi came out in minutes and was some of the lightest, fluffiest gnocchi I have had since New York City ages ago. Good choice. The server wasn't rushing us, but let us enjoy our meal at our pace, which was refreshing. Overall, nice experience.

The veal was paper-thin, incredibly tender, and still on the bone. It wasn't overly breaded at all, and it came with a side of pasta that made the portion even more impressive. The amount of cheese on top was perfect--just enough to enhance the dish without overpowering the veal itself. Beyond the food, the restaurant feels genuinely Italian--like being transported straight back to Florence. It's small, intimate, and cozy, with both indoor and outdoor seating options that make the experience even more special. Service here has and never will be a disappointment, you always feel like family! On a previous visit, I tried the lobster mac and cheese, and it was equally delightful and incredibly flavorful. Definitely not for those with claustrophobia!! We were initially told they don't take reservations, yet several parties arrived claiming they had reservations. Meanwhile, regulars appeared to receive preferential treatment and were seated ahead of others. As for the food, the fried calamari, shrimp, scallops, and smelt were the highlights.
