Over the years I have tried a few other agencies (due to booking with friends) and never again. Now my friends use Bayside also. Just way too easy to work with and when we wanted to stay a few extra days the resort said no way. All booked up. She called and got a room for the extra days, and then took it upon herself to rearrange the flights and everything for us. Without me asking! They are amazing. I wouldn't still be using them after all these years if they weren't.

After a few emails/phone calls back and forth where she did not seem overly educated on Peru to begin with, we offered a few suggestions of things we had wanted to do and places we were interested in staying. We had every intention of having her book all of this for us, however she ASSUMED we were going to book these things on our own. We got a nasty email about how she would be "bowing out" of our trip as she wouldn't make any commission. We found someone else who did a great job for us, was significantly more knowledgeable, and booked everything surely making a ton of commission. Clearly, Melanie doesn't care about anything except for the money in her pocket---not what you want in a travel agent!
