This San Francisco office has everything you need to get a visa application squared away: knowledgeable staff with plenty of experience, laser printers, and a photo studio for up-to-date passport photos. I took my mom to take pictures for her Canadian passport. Right at the door the young man told us they charged $70.00 for foreign passport photo. （On their website and their customer services both indicate $20.00). I heat it for a moment but decided to go for be Amy mom is very old and I don't want her to run ar5too much. Right before he took her pictures. I asked if he need the specifications. He said no. After taken the pictures. He show me two print out and said he don't know if the white above her is too much and he told me I might have to trim it myself. I said if you are charging me $70.00 as a professional fee then he sure provided me pictures that follow all the specification that is required. He responded by give me a ruler to measure myself and told me he can give me a pair of scissors to cut it myself! He said he is not the Canadian gove6and he cannot guarantee the picture he provided will be accepted by the Canadian government! I end up went to a different photo studio which provided excellent service and only charge me $25.00 plus tax. So if you plan to take your passport photo or Amy other services provided by this location. Think twice! read more

As I write this, I am sitting in the business class lounge at the airport about to board my flight for my European vacation and it's ALL THANKS to Travel Visa Pro, specifically, the owner, and the amazing Alex!!!! Here's the story, I checked my passport on Sunday afternoon and to my surprise, it expired next month (I thought I had another year on it but I was clearly wrong) which would not allow me to travel given Europe requires your passport not expire within 6 months of travel. My flight was that coming Thursday (today). I went into full-blown panic mode. I reached out to a ton of companies, and was willing to pay whatever to get my passport renewed in time.... like in the speed of light sort of timing.... I sent frantic and very desperate emails to a bunch of companies on a Sunday evening. The owner of Travel Visa Pro called me back at 11:45PM and told me to come into the office early Monday morning (the next day) with all my paperwork in hand. Granted it wasn't cheap (actually way less than other companies who couldn't get it to me in time), but who cares, when you're desperate, you're desperate!!!! Could not be more pleased with the service I received. I started this late-passport-renewal journey over a month before my travel date, making the mistake of contacting 24 Hour Passport & Visa. Eventually, with 2 weeks until my upcoming travel, 24 Hour had stopped responding to me and I was now worried I would not have a passport in time. I used Travel Visa Pro to rush renew my passport before upcoming travel. Even though I had 5 weeks before travel date I decided it was too risky to use standard mail new renewal method with expedited processing as it's advertised delivery was 5-7 weeks. Making an in-person appointment in on Dept of State processing centers looked like a scary option too as it's first come first serve. Travel Visa Pro was recommended by a friend, had an excellent reputation and reviews online, and was quick to respond in chat, in email, and over the phone. I opted in for 3-weeks service with 2-day delivery both ways. As soon as the order was placed I was contacted with the full list of required documents. Prior to sending the documents I was asked to upload all scans for pre-verification. Only after all docs were checked and confirmed I sent them via FedEx using provided label. The order placed on Fri morning docs were sent on Fri afternoon with scheduled delivery on Tue. Travel Visa Pro received the docs one day earlier, on Monday, I was immediately notified via email, and order status got updated online to 'Processing'. Exactly 3 weeks after order placement, on Fri I received an email notification of completion of my order and the image of the new passport was uploaded to my account. On Monday I received my new passport by 2-day FedEx service. Travel Visa Pro did an excellent job and fully delivered on the promise within the ordered time! They secured a USPS appointment for document verification at a location within reasonable distance, I hand delivered the documents to the SF location the same day. Day 1 begins the day after the documentation is delivered. I got an email 7/21, that my passport was ready to be picked up (I opted to pick it up in person). I contacted the state department for an emergency appointment and they had none, I called at different times for three days straight before finding Travel Visa Pro. I was told I could get assistance for $200. After I paid, I never heard from anyone. I contacted them to find out what was going on. I then received an email saying that my consultant was on vacation and that another agent would reach out to me. About a week later, someone did email me with an application for an extended visa, which is not what I needed. And then they provided information that I already knew. It was a nightmare! It was more stressful trying to get their help than it would have been to just take on the process on my own. Then I chose to cancel it. They said I'd receive my refund in 21 days. After a month, I reached out and they said they didn't know I'd canceled, which they did because I received a confirmation email. Eventually, they reached out and said I would get my refund in 2-4 business days. They would, however, be keeping $80 for admin. fees. I was furious! So not use this company. They tell you where to go but at the end is the agent (they don't work for this company) the agent only take you if you lucky and feels sorry for you knowing the situation. Absolutely horrible. The one good thing about this service is that I (eventually) got my passport. On May 24th I paid for 5 day expedited service. The 2 gentlemen I spoke to on the phone both told me that 5 days included weekends and excluded federal holidays. Following their information I spent $999 on their service which was also supposed to be delivered to my front door. 13 days later! (Excluding Memorial Day) I received word from them that my passport was available for pickup... in San Francisco... I live in Seattle. Over the course of my wait I spoke to many different representatives which told me multiple different stories. I even spoke to a supposed manager and another representative that told me on 2 separate occasions that my passport was ready for delivery to my house the next morning. Both times I was lied to and told that they never said those things. Upon getting a 3rd phone call of completion from the same supposed manager on now day 7 of my wait, I asked her to verify that my passport was indeed picked up by their courier and on its way to me. She confirmed 3 times over the phone that my passport was on its way. But of course the next day rolls by and still no passport. 6 more days of calls and long conversations comes a call from their "contact in the CEO's office" who says that my passport will be available in San Francisco the morning of the 8th. To have it sent to Seattle would now cost me extra. I was told they would only directly release it to me. I let them know I would be on my way to San Francisco that day to pick up my passport. After an entire day of travel and now being late for my trip, I arrived at their hidden and frightening office building" in San Francisco. No one greeted me at the door as said to me in my phone call that morning, no one apologized or talked to me about what went wrong. The only lovely person during this whole chaotic event was one lovely Asian lady at the office that finally handed me my passport and wished me a good rest of my day. Later that day I attempted to call back and talk to management and was unable to get ahold of anyone. The next day I finally got through to someone and explained my distaste and naturally asked for a portion of my $999 to be deducted to cover my cost of having to fly to San Francisco and make my way downtown to their office. I was put on hold and never called back. I have since filled for a full refund and received a letter in the mail calling my request "absurd" and said their "hard earned money" would not be charged back to me. They continued to say that I paid for 2 BUSINESS DAY service which still means May 26th or May 31st at the latest per my phone call with on of their many representatives. I don't see how in any way my money was "hard earned" for them. Use another service or take the wait times and go directly through the State Department. read more

Purchased a Vietnam Visa for around $300 (had to expedite as it was last minute purchase). When I arrived in the Vietnam airport they did not accept TVP's documentation- this wasn't a big deal as it ended up taking less than 15 minutes and costed me $35 USD. When I got back to SF I called and let them know what happened. I sent in the pictures of my passport stating "declined" and showed them the new stamp/documents I was given. They began sending me to a few different people via email and eventually went cold. Not very professional of them. I was never given a refund or anything. Travel Visa Pro made a number of mistakes that easily could have caused us to miss our trip entirely. Despite paying $1000 for a 5-day turn around everything came down to the wire because of errors our agent made, slow response times, and lack of communication. In the end we had to drop everything to rush to a distant processing facility that didn't even accept walk-ins and we couldn't reach anyone at TVP to help. It was all so stressful, time consuming, and horrible. You're farmed out to an out of state call center agent, so the SF location wasn't even the benefit we thought it would be. You must be extremely on top of the process, requirements, and the details of your own case if working with TVP or it feels like more of a headache than staking out on your own. read more
