They've got a whole lineup of mock-a-ritas, which I LOOOOOOOVE! I went with the Blood Orange Ginger Mock-a-Rita - a little more tart than I usually go for, but still crisp and refreshing. The menu is stacked with variety: bowls, burritos, tacos, nachos - there's truly something for everyone. Fair warning though, these aren't your dainty street tacos - they're hefty, more Taco Bell-sized, so don't go ordering three unless you're showing up starving. I got the Rango Tango Taco: Thai chili tofu (fried *drools), Thai chili red cabbage, pickled jalapeños, pineapple salsa, habanero-mango sauce, and cilantro-lime aioli, all wrapped in a soft flour AND hard corn shell glued together by guac.
