The space is well-laid out, and all the festive decorations only added to the experience. You can also step out onto several balconies to look over the city skyline. Despite it being a packed evening due to multiple conferences in town, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. For food, we tried the pizza, and it did not disappoint. The cocktails were delicious, and they even offer fun specialty drinks during these themed events. If I find myself back in St. Louis, this is definitely a spot I would make an effort to visit again.

Whether this was intended as a joke or not, it reflects a serious failure in professionalism, food safety, customer service, and leadership. Guests should never have to question whether their food has been handled safely or whether their special moments will be respected by the people serving them. What is equally disappointing is the apparent effort to limit public discussion by turning off comments rather than addressing the concerns directly. Restricting the conversation does not erase what people saw. A responsible business should respond with transparency, accountability, staff retraining, and a clear explanation of how this type of behavior will be prevented moving forward. Customers are being extremely intentional about where they spend their money right now. Businesses cannot afford to treat guests carelessly and expect continued support. When customers no longer feel respected, safe, or valued, they will take their money elsewhere. Without customers, businesses lose revenue, employees lose opportunities, and establishments eventually close. I expect better from management, better from the service staff, and better from the overall leadership of 360 Rooftop Bar. This situation deserves more than silence. It deserves accountability, corrective action, and a sincere public response.

Came here for a work lunch/dinner - a "Lunner," if you will!…read moreWe were at the ballpark for a work event and decided to sneak in a bite before the game. Condado is basically a stone's throw from the stadium, so I'd imagine it turns into a madhouse on weekend game days. We rolled in on a Thursday, so it was buzzing but nowhere near max capacity. We were a bigger crew - 8 of us - and they wasted no time pushing a couple of hightop tables together to get us seated. Our waiter was fantastic (didn't catch his name, but he had tattoos, piercings, and curly hair - trying to get the man his flowers, LOL). They've got a whole lineup of mock-a-ritas, which I LOOOOOOOVE! I went with the Blood Orange Ginger Mock-a-Rita - a little more tart than I usually go for, but still crisp and refreshing. The menu is stacked with variety: bowls, burritos, tacos, nachos - there's truly something for everyone. Fair warning though, these aren't your dainty street tacos - they're hefty, more Taco Bell-sized, so don't go ordering three unless you're showing up starving. I got the Rango Tango Taco: Thai chili tofu (fried *drools), Thai chili red cabbage, pickled jalapeños, pineapple salsa, habanero-mango sauce, and cilantro-lime aioli, all wrapped in a soft flour AND hard corn shell glued together by guac. That hard shell gave it the perfect crunch, and the Thai chili tofu? Absolute YUMS. So good. One was plenty since we'd been grazing all day at work events, but on a normal day I'd easily throw down for two. Overall, I'd hop back in a heartbeat next time I'm in St. Louis for a Cardinals game. And fellow vegetarians - grab the Rango Tango. You will not be disappointed!

Oh where to begin. My group of 4 walked into Condado Tacos at 7:50pm and there were only a couple…read moretables occupied. We waited at the hostess table for 12minutes despite multiple servers walking right past us. We should've left then, but we didn't. After being seated, we proceeded to wait 10min for our server to come over. After ordering 4 waters and a buds trio (which is literally Guac, salsa and queso) we then waited 35min for the water and chips and salsa. After we got the chips, we ordered 9 tacos and I am not lying when I say we waited another 40min. It took so long that by the time we got the food, it was actually cold. This is where it gets even more unbelievable. We were missing 1 taco from our order and our server said he'd bring it right out. 2min later our server came over with the missing taco...not on a plate or tray, but in his hand. Now he had a glove on, but still...can't say I've ever seen that. The flavor of the tacos was actually decent, but unfortunately I can't look past the cold temperature, terrible service and brutally long wait. If I was paying per hour, it would have been well worth it hahaha
