Crispy Wings

environment was busy, young black male bartender was cool, friendly, but appeared to be overwhelmed as he was the only staff in an area with about 20 people. Forgot to make our drinks, and food took about 45 minutes to come out. Wings were 7.5/10, great flavor, kinda lukewarm and soggy. 7/10 sandwhich, great flavor and well seasoned, waffle fries perfect. French dip was very salty. Would try another restaurant before this one.

Drinking Budweiser in STL is like seeing the Mona Lisa at The Louvre. It's just something you have to do whether you like it or not. THIS WAS THE BEST BUDWEISER I'VE EVER HAD. Zero exaggeration. We each ordered a big ole stein of Bud. Yep 32 oz. of pure unadulterated beer straight from the clydesdale's mouth. We looked at each other in disbelief. Is Budweiser really this good? It tastes drastically different here than it ever has from a can or bottle. Shockingly delicious! T Ravs and Wings were the move. With a liter of beer you can't go wrong. The wings were HUGE. T Ravs did the job, but nothing to write home about. Everything was priced reasonably, too. This place is located in Ballpark Village just outside Busch Stadium. Definitely a great spot to hit up pre sporting event or concert. The restaurant is ginormous with big booths, long tables, TV's, patios and a cool game room. Totally worth it if you ask me!

We came here around 6pm on a friday, wasn't too busy. Cool building at Ballpark. It is a sports bar with giant TVs inside. Fun place to drink and hang out. Beers were fresh (they didn't have everything that is seen on the menu that day though). Almost all the food we ordered was bad. Extra charge for super small and burnt broccoli.. - and it is only side dish, just a small bowl. Tater tots were old and tasted like they fried over and over again. My friend couldn't even finish the bacon burger bc of its bad taste. They only like the Mac&Cheese. I ordered side of fries - just 10-15 of them, tiny plate. They were soggy and very salty. I needed something with my drink so I tried to get rid of some salt and ate a little. And somehow they messed up our orders and brought us more of those bad broccoli and fries for apologies. XD I heard the food is bad here but my friend got a giftcard so we gave it a shot. I'd go to this place only for beers if I ever come back.

We stopped here with about an hour to spare before going to a cardinals game and they did a great job getting us served in time to make it to the game. We sat out on the patio and were greeted and sat really quickly. The beer selection is great and drinks were served prompt. It's a great patio and part of it is shaded for when it gets warmer out. The servers were very attentive. We tried the deviled eggs. The bacon on top was amazing but the egg filling could use a little more seasoning. The cauliflower wings were really good. We tried both kinds and I still can't believe they weren't chicken! They were spicy though so beware of that if you don't want spicy food. Our guys had the fish and chips and raves about how good they were! By far the best experience I've had at ballpark village. We will be back!

I went to the Budweiser Brew House for the first time this past week for their Tinsel Tavern pop up and all I can say is WOW! From the decor to the drinks to the food and all of the little details in between, I'm thoroughly impressed and found it crazy that I hadn't been there before! I couldn't recommend it more! I have a reel showing more of the pop up @ breakfastatlaurens on Instagram if you want to check it out!

We got some free tickets to the Brewhouse Rooftop to catch the Cards/Cubs Game. First off we tried to enter at the Ballpark... that was Way Wrong.... This was actually a great way to watch a game without all the crowds of the Ballpark. We were given General Admission tixs so you could sit anywhere that wasn't "Reserved". We did fine until more people started showing up and buying all the cool seats. Next time we will get assigned seats... They are not expensive at all!! Now you will pay Ballpark Food prices so dont think you will get off cheaper going this route. This would be a Great place for a Birthday party or Work Party!!

How could we visit STL and NOT stop in to Budweiser Brew House? When in Rome, right? I was a little nervous that we'd have a hard time finding any place without a super long wait since it was Easter Sunday, but I guess you usually don't take the family to the brew house after church - there was plenty of seating and we decided to sit up at the bar. Our bartender was super nice and attentive. We order a couple beers, buffalo cauliflower, and split a cheeseburger. The cauliflower was really crispy and had a lot of yummy buffalo sauce on it. The burger and fries were pretty good, too! Nothing too special, but sometimes that's the best way. We were happy to round out our trip to St. Louis with something a little touristy. The food was good, the beer was cold, and it was easy to get in and out - I'd recommend it to visitors, for sure.

Stopped by for a beer after the Cardinals game. Sat in the outdoor area which was quiet and clean. ShockTop and Mango beer were $7 each. Served in a plastic 16 ounce cup. I only mention the cups because the quality of the beer, especially outdoor in a warm St Louis environment, will be affected. You have about 10 minutes to drink that sucker when it's 85 out. I get it, glass mean you gotta wash it. Easier to serve in plastic. Stop by for a reasonable priced beer and sit outside like we did!

I came here for a braves cardinals game on Wednesday, (Go Braves chop chop btw) Anyway, I was full already so I just ordered the poblano Mac and cheese. I noticed there was an old arcade golden tee my dad used to play, looked cool since I play golf. It was about 50 mins until the game started so we were kind of in a rush, the food took about 30 mins and we almost canceled the order totally, but they brought it out and they gave me the kids Mac and cheese with fries. I forced myself to eat that Kraft Mac and no cheese. Fries were decent A good experience overall with the "Bally sports live!" just across the restaurant. The braves ended up losing sadly but I recommend coming here, just make sure they get the jist on the POBLANO part. 3 stars. B tier

Was here for the cubs cards weekend and it was awesome coming here the Sunday. The atmosphere is cool as hell, spacious with indoor outdoor seating. Customer service excellent and thank you Kareem D your service and attentiveness at bar is great! The food was very good and drinks perfect. I would definitely recommend! I will be back thank you and the Cubs won!

Our server Jaylen was great. Specially with such a big group of us (12). Food was terrible. We were on a work trip from out of town. Chicken wings were not crispy.. the garlic Parmesan tasted a bit like mayonnaise to me. I gave my review two stars because the BBQ flavor was actually good. Fries came out cold and the alcoholic drink I got was pure liquor. Sure that would be fine if I was trying to get inebriated, but I wasn't. Wouldn't go back if I was in town

Admittedly I haven't been here outside of the Christmas pop-up so this review is specifically for Tinsel Tavern. My friend and I stopped in last Saturday, easily making a same day reservation and the vibe was so glittery! Great decor, photo ops, and, of course, tinsel everywhere the drinks were okay, but I did only try the margarita so others may be better. We didn't have any snacks but they did have quite a few options! Our server Jasmine was PHENOMENAL and we all but asked her to sit with us we loved her so much. Overall, totally worth stopping in for a fun Christmas vibe.

Stopped in for a drink and appetizer. Service was quick and friendly. Was given several great recommendations. This is an amazing place to watch a game with plenty of TVs. Of course, if you're a beer drinker, Budweiser brand is your only option.

It was decorated all out for the Olympics and they have several comfy couch areas which were perfect for us with our toddler who does not want to sit still... We spent a few hours here and had some appetizers and drinks. We had the pub pretzel, pickle chips, fried cheese and soup. All were out quickly and very good. The pretzel was SO good! Served with mustard and warm cheese for dipping and it's huge. Service was friendly and fast. Bathrooms are spacious and new and clean with a nice large stall for baby changing. It wasn't crowded in the middle of a day on Friday so, pleasant to watch the game with a small group. I'm sure it can get really busy and rowdy during sports events downtown. All in all, new and comfy and a place I can see us coming often.

My coworkers, who also ran, insisted on meeting up here. They didn't really run, they walked. I can't walk a 5K, because pull your head out of your ass. I could have ordered something light, but I figured I'd go in, since I won't be returning. I don't have the means or the interest to catch a soccer game at the nearby stadium, and even if I did, I heard they've got good food vendors. What do I need with this place? Depending on how much they want for beer across the street, it might make sense to pregame here, especially if they're pulling the same BS they pull at Riverport where the police roam the parking lot and try to prevent you from drinking in your car, as one does. My little brother's running group had a function here after a marathon I ran a few weeks ago. Free food and drinks. I'm not even a member of that group, but I was dressed in running attire and wearing a medal. You best believe I got my drink on. Did it aid in my recovery? No. No, it did not. I got the sense that they had busboys and randos from off the street running orders and that this place might not be fully staffed except for on game day. That was also the case yesterday evening. The guy waiting our table obviously didn't know what he was doing, but he seemed chill and ultimately got the job done. Hopefully my boss left him a tip. The menu consists of standard sports bar fare, including two sandwiches that purport to feature meat from the Carnegie Deli. I found this highly improbable, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to join the ranks of Bowzer from Sha Na Na and Arthur Fonzarelli. This may have been my one opportunity in life. You can get either a basic pastrami on rye, for purists, or people with certain dietary restrictions, or the Reuben. I of course went with the latter. I found it surprisingly neat, without too much sauerkraut, thousand island dressing and what have you, to where it gets all sloppy. The slices of meat were uniform to the point where I was concerned, but damn it if it wasn't moist and flavorful. Nullus. It's pastrami, so it's supposed to be processed anyway. It comes with your choice of fries, chips or some sort of salad. For chips, you can get Red Hot Riplets, which is nice for tourists. It'll save them from having to go to a Schnucks. We should all be lucky. I went with the fries, for the sake of citizen food journalism. Surprisingly, these were shoestring fries, not unlike at a Steak 'n Shake. You don't see that as often these days. Were they great? No. But it was still kinda neat that they had them. Really, you're just going here because it's either across the street from the soccer stadium or (I think) built into Union Station. In that sense, it's almost like they're doing you a favor by offering food that's not half bad. What else are you going to do, try to go drink in your car?

Instead, my colleague and I decided to grab lunch at the Brewhouse Historical Sports bar inside the Hyatt. The Brewhouse Historical Sports bar had plenty of table seating, booth seating, and a large bartop. The restaurant celebrates St. Louis sport's history. It has a ton of TVs inside the restaurant which allows for different sports to be played on a variety of TVs. This restaurant has 60-70 locally produced brews. Some of these brews are lagers to regional microbrew favorites. If you're unsure what to pick out, you can even get a flight of local selections! The food offered during the lunch was relatively limited. The menu had burgers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, and a few different sides. The service was fantastic here though! The team member that was assisting our table brought out waters and the menu to our table. Looking over the menu, my colleague ordered the Southwest Grain Bowl. I wasn't too hungry, and ended up ordering a plain cheeseburger with a fruit cup, as well as a side of their white cheddar Mac n Cheese! The service was great and fast! We had entered the restaurant around 12:15. We ended up getting our meal around 12:35 after seating and placing our order. My cheeseburger was good. The fruit was some sliced melon, pineapple and a few other fruit selection. My favorite was the mac n cheese though. There was so much cheese and it was quite flavorful! My colleague enjoyed his Southwest Grain Bowl. The food was great here and the service was outstanding!
