Great motel for what you pay. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but livable.

Front desk was nice but nothing extra. Even though I am a platinum member which states as one of my benefits that I get complimentary upgrades, I was told it would be $50 for an upgrade. When I asked why she said "each hotel is different". Well that sucks. They should be standard. $50 may not seem like a lot but it's the principal. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was not fully stocked but good selections. Mini waffles which are a bit with the kids. Hard boiled eggs. 2 entirely different experiences at same chain 2 nights in a row

It was helpful to have a kitchen. The housekeeping staff seem to try to keep up (nicole was lovely), but this place is definitely in need of serious deep cleaning and some remodeling. I could not even give kids a bath it grossed me out. I am glad I brought cooking utensils and pans. The refrigerator was clean and newer, but food crumbs on top and all in cabinets and drawers. Only a service for 5 for plates/bowls (I washed everything before first use). I do not think I would like to go back. The breakfast ladies were very kind when I needed syrup for the pancakes I made (we took bacon from the morning breakfast but the sausage was dried and inedible). Breakfast area was very clean fyi. Mold all over the bathroom and the shampoo dispensers have lots of pink mold as well... plus after what I heard someone (a guest) do inside those at another hotel, i will never trust them). The cabinets were also covered in who knows what both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. If I had to stay here again I'd ask for a newer room if possible.

The terrible service began the next day, when I was checking out of the hotel, an unbalanced employee named Sam immediately after checkout time began banging on my door and kicking me out in a blatant manner! I can't remember more terrible customer treatment! Moreover, the more I apologized, the more he insulted me, drove me away and said that he was waiting for me, and also threatened me that he would withdraw a lot of money from my account as a fine and that I had to run away almost in my underwear immediately after he started rambling at my door As a result, I asked for a check and all the information for which he gave me, the papers were built, I asked again for a check, to which he said that he could not give it to me, I asked again for confirmation that everything was fine with the number since I had already handed over the keys, to this he again replied that he could not give any check I was extremely surprised, I am 100% sure that only scammers do this ranslate text with your camera Subsequently, he added that if you need a check, you must arrive after 5 pm. I said that I could not come at that time because I was leaving, he said that he could not help. He constantly takes breaks for smokes, although I can't stand the smell of nicotine, I started saying that I'll leave you a corresponding review. If you don't give me a check, to which he replied, I don't care anyway, write right now, I don't care, continue to threaten and insult me! He said this so confidently as if his superiors, senior manager or someone else were covering for him. This terrible service left a big aftertaste, I don't know what he was trying to prove, but he proved that this is the worst service, the worst hotel and the stupidest act of an employee of this hotel. I would like to quickly forget about this terrible day when I arrived at this hotel and met this boor. and an ill-mannered person and they still haven't given me a check

There was always plenty of parking and I loved that. We know this is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect that. I had a Queen size bed which was great for two people. The room was very big and had a sofa; big bench and desk with chair. It had a fridge and microwave as well. The room and All appliances were cleaned. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was ok. They had plenty of pillows for us but they were a bit on the tiny side. The breakfast was plenty options and all great. I was impressed with that. I will definitely try this place again.

Stayed at this Days Inn for a few nights over Memorial Day Weekend. Overall, the stay was alright…read moreat this very typical motel-style hotel. It is located off of the main roadway, but far enough back where there is little to no noise from the road. Also, there are several food options very close. We chose to stay here primarily based on the price, and it is one of those situations of "you get what you pay for." There was nothing particularly wrong with any of the amenities of the hotel or of the room, but there are not many thrills to be had, either. Online, I thought that I had seen that there was a continental breakfast situation at this hotel. In fact, they even have a room for such a purpose. However, this information must have been outdated. When we visited in May 2025, there was no breakfast of any kind. This was disappointing to find out on the first morning of our stay. There is hot coffee in the lobby, but that is all. Another note is that there is no elevator. Our room was in the middle of the hallway on the top level. And there are only staircases on the ends of the building, and none in the middle. So, it was a few minutes from the car until we made it to our room, and to get there we had to take several flights of stairs. This is a very average 2-star hotel. Nothing was particularly terrible, nor particularly excellent, about this stay. If you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel near Princeton, this is a good choice for that.

I had to "upgrade" to get a room with a refrigerator and microwave - what hotel doesn't have fridges and microwaves in the rooms in this day and age? That is a mere $200 investment for the crappy little units they put in the rooms. Lighting is poor. Toilet doesn't flush properly. Second week in a row I am staying here and it is night and day between the weeks, Jeckyl and Hyde. Horribly inconsistent. Last week had a bunch of minor issues, like the door lock not working properly. But they were bearable. I was planning to stay here for the next 4 or 5 weeks while working on a project, but I have to reconsider that idea. Last week a 2 with potential to get a 3 star rating. This week we see the potential is lost.

Clean, bright. Dog-friendly. Very nice suite with living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom…read more Nice toiletries and plenty of towels provided. The breakfast wasn't the fanciest I've ever seen, but we stayed over the holidays and I'm sure they were running on a skeleton crew. It was passable- one type of milk (2%- no skim, no whole), a few containers empty or nearly so (cereal, fruit). I'm really not going to complain about not getting my cantaloupe for one morning if the tradeoff is that whoever usually fills the cantaloupe bin is spending a national holiday with family. There is no tv in the breakfast area, so you can't watch the morning news, as I like to do. One hint: the grassy areas are not super clean. It's not clear where to take your dog when she needs a potty area, and people are clearly just using any grassy area- and not bothering to clean up after their pets. Unfortunately, I only discovered this AFTER my dog had walked through a pile of some other dog's poo, so I got to clean that off her paws. (And after I'd carefully cleaned up her own poo.) Merry Christmas I guess? It seems pretty obvious that you shouldn't leave your dog's poo in a public place, but maybe there need to be signs to this effect. Just be careful where you walk your dog (and yourself) and you'll be fine.

We arrived exhausted, frustrated, and simply expecting to be checked in with the voucher provided by the airline. Instead, we were met with hostility and absolutely no empathy from the woman at the front desk. The hotel was overbooked, yet she made that our problem. She repeatedly told us it wasn't her responsibility and that if we wanted to stay, we would have to pay out of pocket despite having a valid airline voucher. At no point did she show any concern for the situation we had been put in or make any effort to help. Travel delays are stressful enough without being treated with disrespect. Front desk staff are often the first and only people guests interact with, and basic kindness and professionalism should be expected. Being tired travelers stranded far from the airport did not earn us even the smallest amount of compassion. What disappointed me most wasn't the overbooking--it was the complete lack of humanity. We didn't deserve to be spoken to with attitude for a situation we had no control over. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had
