Wow! What excellent service we got from Justin! We got stranded on our way OUT of town as we were passing through from CA to Austin. We had stopped for the night to pick up our stored utility trailer and to visit family. As we were pulling out of the gas station, on one of the coldest, windy nights of the year (16 degrees) we stalled out and the Van wouldn't run! Justin called almost immediately (10:30 pm at night!) and asked if we were stranded and needed him to come out immediately. We told him no, (luckily we were stationed at an RV park at Loves Truck stop) and he said he'd be out in the morning. He called 1st thing in the morning to let us know he was running behind having gotten caught up in another repair. He arrived with parts in hand by noon, and not only solved the problem very quickly, (under an hour) but what he charged us for service was so reasonable! We broke down on a Saturday night back in late April traveling cross country in our RV. Not only was Traveling Tune-up's able to work on our engine, but they also had a parts house they work with that stayed open until 9PM! (Or maybe 10PM) Anyway, the mechanic (I think his name was Justin) was friendly, quick, knowledgeable, affordable and just an all-around nice guy! If it wasn't for Traveling Tune Ups I would be stuck all night on the side of the road. They came and helped me by coming to us on the side of I-40 replaced my blown out inner back tore of my rv and when they where done helped make sure I was able to be in a safe place to sleep for the night. At almost 11pm last night the axel on our 12' utility trailer broke at the wheel 30 miles north of Amarillo, we were heading to Colorado with a side by side on the trailer.
