Big overhaul on my older trailer. Several things completed to my complete satisfaction. Prices were really good also.

RV Stolen Off Their Lot Do not go to this business. They are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They use unsecured and unmonitored locations for storage and have shady business practices. We brought our camper, a Jayco Jayflight, in for winterization, warranty work and possible repairs at the end of September. We showed the employee the damage we wanted a quote to fix, and they said they would take care of it. We were told warranty work takes a long time with our brand of camper. Two months later we got the call that the camper was finished and ready to be picked up. I asked about the quote we were supposed to get, and they said that the guy who was supposed to do it was laid off during the slow season so nobody else knew about it, but they will get the quote for us. They told my husband that it would be a while to hear back from the manufacturer. I called in January to ask about the quote again and was assured that it is normal that these things take a long while to get, so we waited to hear from them. When April rolled around and we still hadn't heard from them, I decided to push for my quote again. They said they would call me back when Shawn (who was the only person there who seemed to be able to tell me any information) was available. Shawn eventually called back and gave me the quote. I asked for some time to think about it and talk it over and he agreed. A bit later, Shawn called me again saying he had been trying to reach me about my quote, and I never answered my calls. I was confused by this as we spoke about it prior to this call. I gave him the quote amount and said he already gave it to me and he confirmed it. I told him I would call him about it next week and he agreed. We ultimately decided to not do the quote. I called, arranged pickup and asked if they could de-winterize the RV by pick up day. They said it would be ready to go. On pickup day, we got there and they did not have the de-winterization in the invoice. I asked a couple times about it and the owner, Kevin Munstermann, assured me it was completed, then added it to the invoice and charged us. He told me our camper was out back in a separate lot. Turns out, our RV was nowhere to be seen. We went back in and Kevin said if our camper isn't out there, then he doesn't know where it is, and that it is our problem. He kept blaming us for it being gone because we left it with them for so long, then said he should charge us for storage, even though his employees stated it would be fine when we asked about it months ago. He also took no accountability for any of the problems we faced working with them, and blew us off by pointing to a sign in his window waiving any responsibility for theft or misplaced items. We ended up filing a police report. The owner was not sympathetic or helpful, and was rude. They clearly had no idea our camper was even stolen. It is unlikely they did the de-winterization because they would have video footage of the camper, which they told the police they did not have, although they did charge us for that service and for all the other work performed. They clearly parked it, unsecured and without our knowledge, in a back-alley lot where someone saw it and took it, and not a single employee over the course of all this time even noticed it was gone. I read in the police report that they got the quote back in January, shortly after I called asking about it, but our phone records do not show that they ever called us to let us know. This place is shady, disorganized, and unprofessional. They do not deserve anyone's business. read more

Bought a road trek camper van here. I did get a few thousand off and they claim that was a good deal but I didn't think I had to spend it all on repairs to get this thing running safely. They did not check features such as generator, propane, power source, heater working. So I ended up bringing it back. On our way going down a grade using the brakes, the vehicle started to shake so hard I thought the vehicle was going to fly off the road. They did not want to pay for any of the needed repairs they said once it's off the lot it's all your problem. Compared to places like CarMax where you have a month to check out problems these places don't help you at all. read more

AVOID !!! AVOID !!! AVOID !!! This was probably the worst retail experience I've ever had. As another review said do your homework. Brought them our Trailer for a few minor repairs and a new AC unit. We got our Trailer back with mice. We have had this Trailer for SEVERAL years and have never had a mouse problem.............Until we made the mistake of taking it to these guys. We have stored it in a few different places where I'm sure mice live and NEVER had an issue I dropped it off on a Thursday, and they called the next day with a small punch-list and that the guy that deals with then AC Units was on vacation, and would call me Monday. I actually got the call back that following Wednesday, but that's not really a bone of contention. The guy said I had a bad water heater too, so I approved the repairs and paid a deposit to get the parts ordered. Two weeks later I got a call that they were buttoning it up and would be ready in a few hours. Lewiston is about an hour drive away, so I told them that my wife would pick it up the next day as she was going to Lewiston anyway. As we were wrapping up the call, the guy said, almost right out of a Colombo episode, "Oh, by the way, you have a bad mouse problem. I'd take care of that soon if I were you". I was in absolutely shock and just said that I have no idea how that happened. I told him we don't have food in there. He said that they were probably just looking to stay out of the cold. VERY skeptical, I left it at that. So when my wife confronted them about the mice, they INSTANTLY became way too defensive. He started yelling at my wife saying that they saw the mouse poop "from day one" after we dropped it off. I KNOW this not to be the case because I emptied out about 10 blankets, a bunch of pillows, and a few other various items that very morning we took it to them, so I KNOW there were no mice. And even if there were mice when we dropped it off, why was NOTHING mentioned about a mouse issue the first time they called? How come they didn't mention it the second time they called? Why wait to the very LAST second of the THIRD call to inform us of this? Thou protest too much. When my wife didn't back down, he told her to pay her bill and get off of our lot. "We don't want your business !!!" is what he told her. He then said that they are on a paved lot, and that there are NO mice here....... Really ??? No mice in Lewiston Idaho ??? That's interesting. Then, the Technician came out from the repair area to back his boss up, and called my wife an "Effing B" !!! Yes.........You read that correct. He actually called her an F*@king B!#ch. WOW DUDE !!! I cannot think of a single instant where that would be acceptable. I waited a couple of weeks before writing this as I wanted to give some time to see where the mouse issue would go. I got a total of 4 mice in these 2 weeks. There have been no more signs of mice since I got the 4th one 5 days after getting it back. The math just doesn't add up. If we brought it to them "infested", I should have found much more mice and feces then there were. One last thing.............They returned the Trailer an absolutely mess. They left an access panel off beneath the bed that just so-happened to be where a majority of the mouse poop was. They threw the installation instructions under the kitchen table, and they just threw the stuff from the access under the bed everywhere. Please be careful. I'd find another place to get your RV repaired. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! read more

Zero stars! The rudest employee we have EVER come across. We just needed some help with the ball on our hitch, as we are from out of town and discovered our hitch was loose after towing our trailer. We frequent the Lewiston/Clarkston area campgrounds. My husband carried the heavy hitch in and asked if someone could help us. Employee stated flatly that service was closed. My husband asked if they might have a wrench we could borrow, and he again repeated "service is closed". My husband said "OK do you mind if I set it down for a minute since it's so heavy?", and he said "no I don't want my counter messed up, set it on the floor". At that point my husband commented we are from out of town and we are towing a trailer and said "do you have a wrench that we could just borrow and tighten it ourselves?" He said he didn't want to go into the mechanics tools. OK, we certainly understood the service is closed but at this point with the man's rude attitude I said "Fine. Let's go. They obviously did not want to help us or have us do business of any kind with them ever". The look I got from the man was frightening. We will never return for service or purchase anything at this place, and will make sure others know how you are treated there. We will also make sure the host at the campground doesn't recommend this place. Luckily we found RNR RV where they graciously tightened our hitch and treated us kindly and with respect. We will certainly be back to R'nR in Lewiston! read more

Troy and Kevin are so awesome! Great experience here. I didn't even end up buying a canopy top from them and they still helped me with removing my tailgate and getting it ready for the new canopy I'm picking up at no charge! Took our fifthwheel in for repairs.Although it took a while (do to waiting for parts to arrive.No fault of Travelland RV.)RV was repaired in time for 4th of july.Kevin was very helpful in diagnosing and finding other issues. A few years ago, we bought a new camper here. Took said camper to them for a couple minor repairs and to have the water heater checked because it had not been working properly. These people actually called my fiance STUPID when he tried explaining to them they had not checked the correct issue with the water heater. They then proceeded to argue with, name call, and try to belittle my fiance throughout the whole ordeal of getting our camper back. DO NOT GO TO THESE ROTTEN PEOPLE! They are rude, unprofessional, and seriously overpriced! read more
