    The pool

So I came up to Red Bluff, Because they are actually having a gay pride. I thought it be in Porten to support it since growing up here was hard in 1986 and being gay. I didn't realize it was going to be 104 degrees when I decided to come up here. My check in time is at 2 PM. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and said I can use the pool until my room is ready. I was really happy I booked this place because a lot of state they have a pool on bookings, But unfortunately the pools are not open yet. I do believe at June is the start of summer.

Pros: location is beautiful, river view and set down away from main road for quieter stays. Layout also very nice. Beds and room were comfortable. Cons: WIFI needs to be reset about every hour, and is not very good. Bathroom has been wiped down, but needs a deep cleaning, can see soap scum build-up, and dirt in crevices. Neutral: The free continental breakfast was a grab & go bag containing a small apple, bottle of water, small pastry, and a granola bar. Takeaway: if you don't need internet or a much of a breakfast, this will be a fine stay.

Amazed this place was given 4 stars... they must be used to sleeping in shacks. The bed was stiff, the sheets are rough, and the smell of the place reminded me of a wet dog. The fridge and microwave are a nice touch, but neither worked, nor did the ice machine... It was in the low 50s the night we checked in, the room was the same temp. The wall mounted AC unit smelled like it was burning plastic when I tried to use it to heat up the room. I choose to freeze over being gassed. Next time I'm passing through Red Hills, I'll just keep going. To the Yelpers that gave this heap 4 stars, you failed.

First off the room had no toilet paper then I realized that there was literally shit on the floor under a table

    Who knows

If you care for your family, do not stay here. Obviously the room was not cleaned thoroughly...if at all...prior to us. It also had smokers right outside our slider, so we could not even open it up. No smoking should mean not within 20 feet of any window or door. As you can see in the pictures, this was more than just an oversight of one item in the refrigerator. Plus, the refrigerator had to be plugged in (instructions to turn on power strip) so it is not kept cool in between customers. After a long drive you want to be able to use it without having to wait for it to cool. Save time and grief and stay somewhere else.

The showers are pretty gnarly! Management please copy check your rooms for quality assurance.

Cheap, clean, quiet, easy to find - just about the perfect place to spend a night in the middle of going somewhere else.

Very nice place…read more The room was bigger than expected, and had a modern design aesthetic. I appreciated that the room has a fridge and microwave, and lots of places to plug in to charge phones, and USB charging ports next to the bed. The bed was comfortable. The room and surrounding area were quiet. The AC in the room was also relatively quiet. There is a large parking lot, which made parking my truck easier than usual. The parking lot is also well lit. The parking lot has EV chargers. The breakfast was very nice, and items were being replenished frequently; and the USB ports for charging at the table were something I haven't seen before. I didn't use the fitness room or the pool on my stay, so cannot comment on those. The staff was friendly. It feels like the whole place has been recently renovated for the modern traveler.

Rating: 1/5 Stars - DISGUSTING, OVERPRICED, AND UNINHABITABLE…read moreDo not stay here. It is an absolute scam. They are charging $150 a night in Red Bluff for what is essentially a bug-infested closet. This is pure price gouging and taking advantage of travelers who have nowhere else to go. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a revolting, overwhelming smell that permeated the entire building. To make matters worse, there were millions of bugs all over the hotel. It felt like a health hazard just standing in the lobby. Once we finally checked in, the nightmare continued: * The Heat: The room was stiflingly hot. It took over two hours for the AC to bring the temperature down to a tolerable level. * The Fridge: In a ridiculous attempt to "conserve energy," they keep the refrigerators turned off. So, if you have food or cold drinks, expect them to sit at room temperature while you wait for the appliance to actually start working. * The Beds: You might as well sleep on the parking lot pavement. The beds were hard as a rock and completely uncomfortable. This place is a disgrace. Save your money and your sanity--stay literally anywhere else. This "hotel" shouldn't be open for business.

Probably not...but the price was right for three of us to split. For us this trip it's not about the hotels, it's just a place to rest. As long as I don't see bugs or unwanted fluid I'm fine. I ran my blacklight, while my friend sanitized where needed. We didn't hang out coats on the rack because it looked like something splashed all over after I ran the blacklight through it . Bedding had a few stains but at least it didn't look like blood or seminal fluid . So my friends are sleeping, I'm up at after 3am writing this because I can't sleep. I will have to say this place is pretty quiet. At first I was very afraid because upon arrival the train was so loud and we were worried there will be no sleep all night. It's past 3am and I hear a train, but it's not loud at all. I don't hear the neighbors either. So it's nice that the rooms are pretty soundproof. There's a little coffee pot, a couple coffee packs, a mini fridge. We didn't have to use because we have an ice cooler, and a small tv. Paul at the front desk brought us more towels. They provide you with dark towels also to remove your makeup. They charge you extra if your towels are stained. I have blue hair so I bring my own dark towels, and my own pillow cases so I don't stain any hotel beddings. So I shouldn't be charged at checkout. There are plenty of outlets, and usb plug ins for the three of us to charge our devices. Front desk made sure we were on the first floor so we could park right in front. That was very convenient. That's why I give this place a three star instead of a two. If anything changes after checkout I'll be sure to update. The photos I posted aren't mine. They were just random photos I saved from somewhere else.

I understand the $10 pet fee, but the rest was explained as taxes and fees, which felt misleading. We were very tired, so we just accepted it and checked in. The room itself was decent, but there were several issues. There were coffee packets but no coffee maker, a missing picture on the bathroom wall, and one of the shower bottles was broken off. Only two full-size towels were provided, and they were very thin and not what you would expect. The room was also missing basic items you typically find in hotels, especially one associated with Wyndham no laundry bag, no notepad or pen, and no local information or reading material. The lamp shades were also loose and flimsy. We were also traveling with a dog, and the designated pet area in the back had cigarette butts all over the ground, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the photos online do not accurately reflect this specific location in Red Bluff. DO NOT BE FOOLED Overall, for the price paid, this stay was not worth it. I would not stay here again.

Of course he told me, it doesn't matter, he would never smoke in a hotel room, if I was there due to my asthma, very sweet, but damn! Well of course the room smelled heavy like an ashtray, wish they would have Febreezed that room. 2nd mistake was ignoring the bad reviews We noticed the pillows were so small, they must have been made for children, and they offered no support. There were cigarette burns and little black stains on the blanket, the sheet had a stain on it, the hand towels had make- up stains on them, the bottom of the bathroom door was messed up, and the paint was off it, the wall next to the bathroom door had a stain on it. The door was hard to close as well. The shower was pretty cool looking but if you decide to turn the water cooler, it causes the nice spray to lose its pressure. The pool had a padlock on it, so not sure if I was supposed to find someone to open it, but I would have figured it would had been left unlocked, as it was not supposed to be closed. The bed was horrible, both sides were definitely worn in, as they were sunken and the middle was not, so it kind of gave the feeling that we were going to roll off the bed. Would not stay again.
