    So nice!

It's super cute and new remodel. Very cool and clean. They put a lot of work into the charm and it's great. However, my husband said he didn't want to say that their convenience shower supplies were empty. He spent a lot of time reading their website because of his interest in the complete renovation and attention to modernization. I brought my own personal shower caddy. Second, there are no USB ports. He was surprised. There is a Great smart tv. You can log into Netflix and YouTube. Excellent . Be sure to log out. There's a few instructions on the wall for the door lock and the windows are antique and I love them!! Yes. Stay here it's amazing!

Great hotel. Online check in/out. Located near restaurants, gas, other services. Fair pricing. Looking forward to my next stay there.

My parents were visiting this last weekend from San Diego and my house doesn't have much extra room…read moreas I converted my spare bedroom to my home office. So, I put them up here at the Holiday Inn Express. It's near my house at the north end of town so it easy and I used some of my rewards points I have from all my business travel. This location located right next to the Home Depot has been recently remodeled and I all nice and new in the front downstairs area. They used to have a grand piano here, but now that's gone. Check in was easy and the room was fine. Fridge and microwave included. I didn't check the WiFi, but my parents aren't big on the internet thing, they'd rather just watch regular TV. Breakfast was good as usual, and the selections are all about the same at all Holiday Inn Express locations, with good hot foods and breads for toasting. I'm glad this place is near my house and my out of town guests have a nice place to stay. I love the cinnamon rolls here!

We always stay at Holiday inns or Hampton when we travel and there is a level of competence we have become accustomed to that was not provided here. We called ahead to see if they served a gluten free breakfast and they said yes only to find out when we showed up for breakfast with two hungry celiac kids that wasn't the case. We also called to make sure they have a pool because we were traveling with 4 eleven-year-olds and they assured us they had a pool then when we went to go swimming, it was closed for the winter. We asked why they would tell us they had a pool if it was closed and the manager said and I quote "you asked if we have a pool not if we had a pool you can use." Technically he was right but that's kind of a bratty response especially when we're paying hundreds of dollars and we took the time to call ahead and be prepared. Paid on line then when I checked in I didn't have the same credit card on me, he said it was find and he would just keep this card on file but not charge it. Then when I checked my bank account he had charged me for the same room on two different cards. When I went to fix it he was short tempered about it.

Very nice place…read more The room was bigger than expected, and had a modern design aesthetic. I appreciated that the room has a fridge and microwave, and lots of places to plug in to charge phones, and USB charging ports next to the bed. The bed was comfortable. The room and surrounding area were quiet. The AC in the room was also relatively quiet. There is a large parking lot, which made parking my truck easier than usual. The parking lot is also well lit. The parking lot has EV chargers. The breakfast was very nice, and items were being replenished frequently; and the USB ports for charging at the table were something I haven't seen before. I didn't use the fitness room or the pool on my stay, so cannot comment on those. The staff was friendly. It feels like the whole place has been recently renovated for the modern traveler.

Rating: 1/5 Stars - DISGUSTING, OVERPRICED, AND UNINHABITABLE…read moreDo not stay here. It is an absolute scam. They are charging $150 a night in Red Bluff for what is essentially a bug-infested closet. This is pure price gouging and taking advantage of travelers who have nowhere else to go. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a revolting, overwhelming smell that permeated the entire building. To make matters worse, there were millions of bugs all over the hotel. It felt like a health hazard just standing in the lobby. Once we finally checked in, the nightmare continued: * The Heat: The room was stiflingly hot. It took over two hours for the AC to bring the temperature down to a tolerable level. * The Fridge: In a ridiculous attempt to "conserve energy," they keep the refrigerators turned off. So, if you have food or cold drinks, expect them to sit at room temperature while you wait for the appliance to actually start working. * The Beds: You might as well sleep on the parking lot pavement. The beds were hard as a rock and completely uncomfortable. This place is a disgrace. Save your money and your sanity--stay literally anywhere else. This "hotel" shouldn't be open for business.

Probably not...but the price was right for three of us to split. For us this trip it's not about the hotels, it's just a place to rest. As long as I don't see bugs or unwanted fluid I'm fine. I ran my blacklight, while my friend sanitized where needed. We didn't hang out coats on the rack because it looked like something splashed all over after I ran the blacklight through it . Bedding had a few stains but at least it didn't look like blood or seminal fluid . So my friends are sleeping, I'm up at after 3am writing this because I can't sleep. I will have to say this place is pretty quiet. At first I was very afraid because upon arrival the train was so loud and we were worried there will be no sleep all night. It's past 3am and I hear a train, but it's not loud at all. I don't hear the neighbors either. So it's nice that the rooms are pretty soundproof. There's a little coffee pot, a couple coffee packs, a mini fridge. We didn't have to use because we have an ice cooler, and a small tv. Paul at the front desk brought us more towels. They provide you with dark towels also to remove your makeup. They charge you extra if your towels are stained. I have blue hair so I bring my own dark towels, and my own pillow cases so I don't stain any hotel beddings. So I shouldn't be charged at checkout. There are plenty of outlets, and usb plug ins for the three of us to charge our devices. Front desk made sure we were on the first floor so we could park right in front. That was very convenient. That's why I give this place a three star instead of a two. If anything changes after checkout I'll be sure to update. The photos I posted aren't mine. They were just random photos I saved from somewhere else.

I understand the $10 pet fee, but the rest was explained as taxes and fees, which felt misleading. We were very tired, so we just accepted it and checked in. The room itself was decent, but there were several issues. There were coffee packets but no coffee maker, a missing picture on the bathroom wall, and one of the shower bottles was broken off. Only two full-size towels were provided, and they were very thin and not what you would expect. The room was also missing basic items you typically find in hotels, especially one associated with Wyndham no laundry bag, no notepad or pen, and no local information or reading material. The lamp shades were also loose and flimsy. We were also traveling with a dog, and the designated pet area in the back had cigarette butts all over the ground, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the photos online do not accurately reflect this specific location in Red Bluff. DO NOT BE FOOLED Overall, for the price paid, this stay was not worth it. I would not stay here again.

There were cigarette burns and little black stains on the blanket, the sheet had a stain on it, the hand towels had make- up stains on them, the bottom of the bathroom door was messed up, and the paint was off it, the wall next to the bathroom door had a stain on it. The door was hard to close as well. The shower was pretty cool looking but if you decide to turn the water cooler, it causes the nice spray to lose its pressure. The pool had a padlock on it, so not sure if I was supposed to find someone to open it, but I would have figured it would had been left unlocked, as it was not supposed to be closed. The bed was horrible, both sides were definitely worn in, as they were sunken and the middle was not, so it kind of gave the feeling that we were going to roll off the bed. Would not stay again.

AND there is an additional charge of $10 per night to be on the bottom floor. The WiFi showed a full signal but wouldn't connect. I had to disable WiFi on my phone and use my Sprint signal which was weak but worked for what little I needed. In the $85 per night price range I'd rate this room 4 STARS. Room was very CLEAN and CONVENIENT. THERE ARE LOTS OF PLACES TO SPREAD THINGS OUT. There were absolutely no odors/aromas of anything which is always a plus. TUB/Shower is outdated but clean. Good hot water and pressure. The cabinet under the sink is so old and ugly it's actually MORE FUNNY than problematic. But because of the cabinet I looked more closely at other things. The bathroom door is ugly AND it sticks! There are many things that are old and dated but with all the other hotels full and the HAMPTON Inn charging $155 per night...we felt Grateful to have this room at all. The manager is excellent. Very nice and friendly and helpful. He brought us an extra chair for company. Good small microwave & refrigerator in the room with a freezer we could refreeze things in. Breakfast consisted of a Grab N Go bag. See my picture! Pretty funny. I generally enjoy budget MOM & POP hotels and choose them over these big chains. They often have a homespun charm about them that makes up for things being just plain old. This place has no homespun charm and I don't consider it a budget priced room at $110 per night...but it HAS been kept clean and the beds are comfortable and the heat works! The TV is Spectrum Cable. And REALLY...if you have a lot of stuff to spread out this place is ROOMY and CONVENIENT! They also THANKFULLY INCLUDE A MULTI-PLUG AC OUTLET BY THE BED! All that, and very friendly management made this a very PLEASANT stay. If you find this review useful please vote!
