We pre-booked on Expedia for about $85 and when I asked the hotel guy how much the average room is he said if we just walked in off the street it could be as much as $400 if there's an event going on!

The front desk is extremely helpful and they have a lot of convenience store items available for reasonable price. They also arrange fishing chartered and have rental equipment weather permitting. We also dined at the resort for breakfast and dinner and were impressed with the quality and originality of the food. The dining options are closed Monday and Tuesday so you will need to explore the local area. They have four varieties of housing and they all seem pretty awesome, we are definitely planning to return!
