Mark is a breath of fresh air in the car sales world! I looked for months for a new (used)…read morevehicle, purchased many carfax reports, researched and test drove, spoke with many sales individuals, and sacrificed many hours to the negotiation waiting games with the sales managers. During one of my daily searches on Auto Trader a new listing popped up for Mark Weinstein Motors. It was a "unicorn" vehicle - rare in existence - an older model, incredibly low mileage, in fantastic shape (barely driven) and the listed price was in the KBB green price range (either good or great price for the vehicle's value). I reached out to Mark, who was quick to answer any and all my questions. I was in Houston and I couldn't make the trip to Austin to see the vehicle until the weekend, but he graciously agreed to hold the vehicle for me without any downpayment once I had set an appointment for a third party inspection. Despite receiving other inquiries about the vehicle, he held it for me for almost a week and even stayed a little late on Friday for my husband's and my arrival into town. The test drive and purchase process were smooth and straightforward. Mark explained everything thoroughly and even went the extra step of fixing the temporary paper license plate on top of an old metal plate to make it more secure. It's another example of Mark's great customer service. Like his great communication from start to finish - phone calls and text messages were always answered promptly. He is good-natured and honest, which is hard to find in the car shopping business. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Mr. Weinstein waited for us to arrive (same day-4hrs travel time) after close of business to provide an exceptional car buying experience with 1 hour process of our purchase and drive off. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a used vehicle. Good quality vehicles, no sales gimmicks, full transparency. Rare qualities, definitely appreciated in the used car arena. Thank you Mr. Weinstein.

I bought a 2004 Nissan Quest from this dealer- Paul. I paid $4753…read more As soon as I got it home, I noticed the check engine light was on and I couldn't get the CD player to work. And I was having trouble starting it. The key would go "click" in the ignition- then after a few tries, it would start. I took it to my own mechanic, since it was an 80 mile round trip to bring it back to the dealer. My mechanic found that the radio was actually TAPED in to the car and pieces of the console were breaking off at a single touch. The engine light was still on. Paul said- no problem- just bring it back to us. I did- I drove the 80 miles back and he claimed that he replaced the CD player and that the engine light was just an indicator that the gas cap wasn't screwed on tight. When I got home, the engine light was back on again. So I took it to Autozone for a diagnostic check and to another mechanic- both of them told me there was a problem with the Catalytic Converter and it needed to be replaced. My mechanic also noticed that the engine was sprayed with coolant- there was a leak in the radiator. I called Paul and he said no problem- he would fix it. So there I went in again- another 80 miles, missing another day of work, and once I got there Paul claimed there was a hole in the Catalytic Converter and his mechanic would weld it. He replaced the radiator but never cleaned up the mess it made on the inside of my engine compartment where coolant had sprayed all over everything. They also found a mysterious slash in one of my tires which nobody else had seen up until that point- not me- not the Inspector, not two mechanics- yet there it was- found while inside Paul's shop. I had to pay almost $200 for a new tire. So then when I got home, the engine light came on again. And the CD player stopped working again as well as the DVD player. This was getting VERY tiresome! I had it checked and sure enough, it was the Catalytic Converter again. I brought two written reports with me which stated what was wrong and Paul could have won an Academy Award for his acting, all the while pretending he was fixing everything, but the truth is he didn't fix anything. He had sold me a car with a bad radiator, a bad Catalytic Converter, a Bad CD player and was the first one to "discover" a slash in the front passenger side tire. He claimed to have bought the car as a Repo, so he actually knew nothing about the car, yet all along was telling me there was nothing wrong with the car. He also told me all sales were final. The final time I called Paul (this morning) he said he was DONE with trying to earn my trust and to take it to one of my own mechanics to get it fixed. I am stuck now with all the problems he said he fixed but didn't fix. And the car doesn't start right away- now it takes about five tries to start it... (another week goes by) Now I have an update: The car won't start at all now. This morning (less than one month after I bought the car) I had to have a tow truck come to my house and tow the car to a mechanic shop. Evidently this whole time the starter was bad too. So, Paul sold me a car with a bad radiator, a bad catalytic converter, a bad starter, a bad CD player, a radio that was taped into the car, and i believe he also slashed my tire while I was waiting in the lobby for him to do the repairs that he never did. Beware of buying a car from this dealer. It's costing me all kinds of time and money- I am very unhappy with my purchase from this dealer.
