The check engine light came on and I lost all power. I limped into Silent Auto and left my Kia in Joel's capable hands. He was able to diagnose and convey in layman terms what was going on. Not only that when he had my cars guts on the ground he let me know some belts needed to be replaced and didn't charge me for the labor. I will never take my car back to the Kia dealership after working with Joel! On a side note, as the name suggests this shop is hearing impaired. I am not hearing impaired nor do I know ASL. That DID NOT stop either Joel or his partner from being able to communicate with me. These gentlemen are great and I will be recommending all my friends to them.

Pieces of advice: - They only offer these certain times of the day. My short term memory fails me so call and double check what time they do these before you go. - You have to wait with your car at the shop. Which ended up not mattering because they were so quick.
