I refer everyone I know here and I also love the location being that there's a restaurant next door to eat at while your vehicle is getting serviced (ask for Anthony cause he's also a rockstar). I've recently decided to buy a new car and they were flexible on when I could come by to do an inspection report. They didn't BS me about what was wrong with the car (was on point as they were the things I was also thinking/noticed). Again, I absolutely trust their honest inputs and valuations and will continue to not only bring my business to them, and will continue to refer as many people as I can! Now when it comes to pricing, they've gotta pay their Airport Blvd. rent. They charge steep prices on labor and somewhat surged prices on parts; however, everything they service comes with a warranty from the date of service. Two years or 24,000 miles from the date of service, they will re-repair whatever ailment your vehicle has experienced and, trust me, I have done it. The staff is to-the-point with no frills. They give you a call when your car is ready like a regular mom and pop. They are honest with estimates of repair schedules and are right 90% of the time. I love these guys!

Reached out to this shop because I needed a simple T30 Torx bolt removed and was told their "Jaguar…read moremechanic of 20+ years" could take care of it. I even sent them a picture and a video of the exact bolt I needed removed so they knew exactly what I was asking for before agreeing to it. I work on cars myself, so I'm familiar with automotive repairs and what goes into them. The only reason I reached out was because I simply didn't have the time to deal with this particular job myself. I was told they could do it, so I figured it would be a straightforward service. Then hours went by with no update. I had to reach back out myself, and then followed up AGAIN because I needed to get the job done. Eventually, I was told the "tech" didn't feel comfortable doing it. Honestly, that's pretty disappointing. If you advertise a Jaguar mechanic with 20+ years of experience, I would expect a simple T30 bolt removal to be well within their capabilities--especially after being sent pictures and a video beforehand. And maybe I'm wrong, but it does make me wonder if the fact that I work on cars myself played a role. Maybe they knew I'd have a pretty good idea of what the job should actually entail and would recognize if I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. Again, that's just my impression of the situation, but the way everything played out certainly left me questioning it. If the tech wasn't comfortable doing it, that's completely fine. Just be upfront about it from the beginning. Don't say you can do it, leave someone waiting for hours with no communication, and then ultimately say you don't want to do it. For a shop charging $200+ an hour and claiming to have 20+ years of Jaguar experience, I expected a much better experience. Based on this interaction alone, I'd personally think twice before trusting them with my Jaguar.

My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.
