And then we also wanted to have our warping wooden floors, sanded, and refinished. I was able to schedule to have Adolfo come out and give a quote, very quickly, and they were patient with us, even though we didn't want the work done right away. The quote was very fair and they let us know exactly what to expect. He had samples with him, and I was able to choose the color of carpet and what we wanted done with the wood flooring. Adolfo even saved me from making a mistake of staining a floor that didn't need it. They were great with scheduling and completing the work even ahead of schedule. It looks amazing. I wish I had some before pictures. We did not realize what a difference sanding our wood floors would make! The communication with Karin, in their office was fantastic from start to finish. I needed to have my floor repaired after removing an old gas floor furnace in my living room. I texted Paul some pictures, and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. Once I agreed to move forward, he got me scheduled pretty quickly. Luis came out and explained what needed to be done. Since the original composite floor panels are no longer made, he had to cut individual pieces of white oak to match the exact size and keep the original look of the panels. You could tell a lot of time and care went into it. After carefully piecing everything together, he sanded and finished it to match the original color of the floor. Honestly, when it was done, I could not tell the difference. The repair blended in perfectly with the original floor. Really impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
