This is a much long overdue review but better late than never! We originally hired Labonte's to replace the flooring in our new home but they were so great, we ended up using them for carpeting and window shades as well and we couldn't be happier! Our home had dark wood flooring and we were looking for a very specific light colored LVP flooring. Aaron was really knowledgeable and so helpful. He really listened to what we wanted and made lots of recommendations and let us take the samples home so that we can see how it would look in our home based on how the sun/lighting was. I kept going back and forth and was ready to settle for a flooring that I was okay with but Aaron was perceptive and told us to wait, as he was going to get in a shipment of new colors. I'm SO glad we listened bc we ended up finding the EXACT flooring we loved. I needed to replace my ancient vertical blinds and wanted to find a local business to do the job. After reading reviews here, I gave Aaron a call. I left a message and my call was returned later that day. We discussed options and made an appointment. The installer Ralph, came out and did the measurements and showed me samples and I was easily able to find things liked. Ralph was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He even had to tolerate my vicious chihuahua. I got a call the following day with a quote. Aaron comes from an installer background so when he comes to your house to estimate, he knows exactly what needs to be done. In our case, this was well communicated to the people who work for him. We appreciated that Aaron checked in on his crew during the day even though he didn't need to. They were punctual, professional and cared about the quality of their work. They continually kept our house clean by always sweeping and vacuuming. After the floor was done, Nicho got on his knees and wiped whole floor for us. He brought samples and made great suggestions for laminate and carpet. His employees were on time every day and very knowledgeable about the entire process. The owner Aaron does not own up to the erroneous advice he gave us to not install ledger board on both sides of the staircase when replacing the carpet with vinyl planks. When they installed the vinyl plank flooring on the staircase the various gaps along the staircase on the bottom of the drywall were revealed. Those gaps were extremely difficult for the painter to try to patch. The results looked horrible. Aaron blamed our painter. So I asked him to bring his own trusted painter; he did so, came with his painter and then went silent on us after his painter's visit. We waited several more months to no avail. Those gaps would have been easily hidden by the ledgers. It is something that any common sense installer would have known beforehand. It is OK to make mistakes as we all do, it is not OK not to even try to correct them. read more

These folks came out to replace and repair shutters that other companies including home depo where I purchased the shutters wouldn't fix. AFter a lot of run around, HD claimed the manufacturer of this shutter went out of business and they couldn't do anything but sell me all new shutters.
