My Penske shock needed a rebuild and I was in Alabama at the time and I look shops up that could do it and they were in Georgia and it wasn't that far I could've shipped to them but I just drove there and dropped it off and then they mailed it back to me within a week quick very responsive made a huge difference And I can actually adjust the motorcycle the way it needed to be adjusted. Apparently it was way overdue for a rebuild. They did a great job..., I will add though that they put their name on my Reservoir just slapped it on there like yeah OK I don't mind supporting your business but don't takeoff my Penske sticker and replace it with yours. It did not take me 3 weeks to respond with rider info in fact it took me about 21 minutes. its also not my fault my order was misplaced and that my bank classified the charge back as fraud, I did not personally submit a fraud charge just disputed the charge because there was no communication and did not receive the kit I ordered. Not a yelp bully either just felt the need to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Like I said before I did not want to cancel the order, but I didn't know what else to do given I was more than patient and tried to contact multiple times. I did try to call but went to voice mail and I didn't leave a message because how could I trust that I'd get a call back if I couldn't get an email back, just felt like a waste of time. Its also really upsetting that instead of admitting a mistake and trying to make the situation right, I get called a bully and try to make me seem like I'm some evil internet troll. read more

Max and crew installed their Full Monty suspension upgrade on my 2007 Honda Goldwing on 04/08/2009. Wow what a difference it made in the handling, safety and comfort of the bike. This upgrade is by far the best money I have spent on the bike to date. I have been back to have the suspension serviced twice and ordered brake pads from them as needed. They have always been extremely prompt, polite and made every attempt to make sure I'm satisfied with their work and that my wait time on service is as comfortable as possible. Top notch shop, ultra knowledgeable owner and experienced tech staff!! And if that isn't enough reason to patronize this business, Ruckus the friendly shop dog greets you with the enthusiasm of a wagging tail and a wet slobbery kiss :) Great Job !! read more

I purchased an AK-20 CRP Axxion Cartridge Kit from Traxxion Dynamics via a retail source. I had three issues with this company's system: 1) No for warning that the stock top triple-tree bracket would need to be professional machined out in order for their system to fit. 2) Their technical writer's errors of their installation instructions were so misleading it caused cap lockup. 3) Dan's customer service actions. The issues with their fork caps and their technical writer's errors of their installation instructions were handled very well by tech Mike. Their tech Dan however, did not handle their machining flaw well at all. After explaining via phone and emailing photos of the issue, Dan very politely concurred with the need for a new cap to be sent out to me that day (9/22/17). The results were completely unprofessional and two-faced. Dan never sent out the new cap and refused to take or return my calls after the day. Instead, I received a call from the retailer five days later stating that he would take the entire system back as a return, eating all of it at his cost, including the cost already of machining out my top triple-tree and the replacement of a new stock top triple-tree or that I would need send that one fork in its entirety to Traxxion Dynamics (at my cost) for them to fix the issue. The issue was and still is the cap's (one of the two) O-ring recess groove. It was not cut deep enough for their supplied O-ring to fit into the fork's upper tube. I chose to find another source in order to make-shift the job in order to get by since I had no desire to fund the shipment of the entire fork to/from Traxxion and/or delay this job any more, which had already taken the motorcycle out of commission for a 4-week period dealing with all three of these issues. read more

After finding the limits of the OEM suspension on my 2018 Honda Goldwing, I made an appointment with Max to fix my problems. Bike was quickly pulled one once I arrived. The master tech quickly and very obviously, skillfully had the bike apart, hardware in labeled bins, parts hanging off the floor, like how I would do it myself. Received a full tour. You can eat off the floor in any part of this building. And if you know how messy a machine shop can be, this also speaks well of the company. Less than 5 minutes after leaving, I fully realized this was better than I had hoped for. I would recommend without reservation! read more

I am not a huge customer yet. But I will be. My experience is tiny compared to the complex suspension customers that this company typically would service. Dan has been exemplary. I ordered a Traxxion custom cnc'd Gold Wing kick stand pad. Not knowing it was packaged and ready to ship. I realized I needed Traxxion's 1"and 2" phone mount Riser Kit. I rifled off a VM an email to Dan. He gladly placed this kit inside at no charge. Amazing! Small businesses need every cent. I just purchased a 22 Ultra blue DCT Gold Wing. When it's ready i will be scheduling a Full Monty performance Suspension upgrade. Can't explain the need to upgrade other than when you ride an upgraded Gold Wing of any year it's incredibly sharp. Amazing as this bike already is. This being my 3rd Gold Wing I know from previous Wings the slop and flex in handling with a stock motorcycle. Thanks Dan and thank you Max and Traxxion. read more
