Overall, my kids did OK, but I could tell it wasn't something they could do for more than 1 day. I opted to not proceed with the camp, but was told there was nothing they could do for me to give me a refund. I can understand if you need to manage staffing, but if you're allowing people to book the night before, clearly its not a staffing issue, you're just unwilling to give parents their money back. I wouldn't recommend booking more than 1 day at a time.

On Friday nights they offer Kids Nights Out and Kids Day Out on Saturday afternoons. It's a great option to get a few hours kid free. I would also not recommend this place if you value cleanliness. The facilities were noticeably filthy. Dirt, debris, sticky substances and even food particles throughout the gym. The Lego area was covered in grime. Mats were visibly torn and there were multiple holes in the walls. Disappointing to see everything to appear so neglected while charging $39 for open gym. We visited promptly at the start of open gym at 930am and expected things to be in fairly decent shape at the start of the day. I cannot imagine how horrific it is by end of day. First and last time attending, we will not be coming back.

I have seen more here than in other classes they have been in for a while including gymnastics and swimming. The instructions are incredibly patient and helpful. They give kids the tools and motivation to succeed. Life skills that are hard to teach at any age! If you don't know what Parkour is - think urban gymnastics.

I can't fully express my gratitude for Coach Sofia's wisdom this season in approaching all the girls in a way that preserves pure joy for this sport. My daughter has been genuinely happy to come to every single session -- and she's been training nine hours a week since February. She made friendships easily, and I truly feel the environment encourages that. We cheer for all the girls without comparing them. She competed without any nerves, because no pressure was ever placed on these young athletes. I believe she received a wonderful foundation. What matters most to our family is that we have a child who is excited to continue her rhythmic gymnastics journey -- and that says everything. Thank you, Coach Sofia. I also want to mention that San Diego Rhythm has an Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) program, and my daughter Matilda was part of the team for 4-6-year-olds. I would appreciate a revision of the open play schedule or the option to reserve a time to play so that people who work a 9-5 can be active as well. This seems like it's catered to people who are retired or don't work a 9-5.

Even my mother-in-law commented on the attitude when she brought my child, so it's clearly noticeable to others as well. This should be a fun, kid-friendly environment, but instead it often feels uncomfortable. Bringing a dog into the facility while telling children not to touch it also feels odd in a place centered around kids. Customer service and friendliness go a long way, especially in children's activities, and I can understand why enrollment seems low.
