Amazing! 100% I would recommend Tre Bella! I have so many good things to say about this venue, I don't even know where to start! The pictures seriously do not do it justice - it's beautiful! Our wedding coordinator was Katie and I seriously can't say one negative thing about my experience with her. She made everything so easy and was there every step of the way, answering my questions via text and email so quickly. Katie for sure made this experience for us. We received a ton of feedback from our guests that the venue was lovely and the food was delicious (seriously heard this from so many guests and we agreed!). Our bridal party loved the wedding planner (Katie) as she kept everyone calm day of the wedding and handled every detail so we could all have a great time. Every vendor that came with our package was easy to work with, professional, and coordinated everything with Tre Bella - taking all of the stress off of our plate. We had our wedding at Tre Bella on 3/22/24, our coordinator Kylee, truly made our day special. Overall, I would recommend this venue to future couples getting married in the East valley. Tre Bella takes care of everything from the setup to take down, they also offer all inclusive packages which was important to us! The biggest issue we had was with a manager from Wedgewood. We were in the middle of taking our first photos as husband and wife when she came storming over and told us to stop taking pictures immediately for the grand entrance. We politely told her we needed 5-10 more minutes to which she made a snide remark and stormed off. It was hands down one of the rudest interactions I've experienced in my life and we were not expecting to feel that way on our wedding day. While that interaction put a damper on our photos, Kylee was able to turn that quickly around. Kylee made sure we were happy the rest of the evening, and checked on us through out the night. Kylee also brought us Hors D'oeuvres and cocktails the whole night. Elia was our closing coordinator and she also was a pleasure to work with. These two ladies really made a negative experience with management 1,000 times better. I also wanted to give a huge shoutout to DJ Mike. He kept the party going all night long I had several guests tell me how impressed they were! I would highly recommend DJ Mike for future events. The venue is absolutely stunning and the food was incredible as well. I had a lot of guests reach out afterwards to rave about the chicken and mashed potatoes. The bar service was great, but we were a little disappointed at the end of the night. We paid to keep the bar open an extra hour and they still closed it early. Ruined my cousins wedding night. Their security..or lack of. Weren't able to make sure that people were safe and one of the brides close relatives were badly injured in the parking lot in a fight. To make matters worse, the banquet captain rushed into the reception hall and screamed at the top of her lungs to STOP THE PARTY! STOP THE PARTY! THERE IS A FIGHT OUTSIDE WITH GUESTS! This was announced to the entire room in the middle of toast given by the wedding party. This made the next 30 minutes of the night focus on what was happening outside instead of my cousins big day as she married the love of her life with her closest family & friends. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done now, because now the big memory our family has of the wedding day is one of the family members being assaulted in the parking lot rushing to the hospital. read more

Also, DJ Mike, who's included, is simply the best DJ I ever known. He's down-to-earth with the intent to exceed all of your expectations. Here we are 4 years later and we actually ended up getting married here! I'm tangled between 3-4 starts. There was thing We enjoyed and others things we did not. Kim was always helpful emailing back however in person wasn't the most pleasant person. I felt that what we said was in one ear out the other. I felt she was never really interested in what I thought or said. When asked to change things around and look at other options I felt I was being a annoying. For the rehearsal things were going well until i asked for my kids to be able to rehearse their grand entrance. I stated i wanted them to try it to feel Comfortable before rehearsal started I was told yes ( I think she was confused) so at the end of rehearsal I asked and was told " we don't practice the entrance" which was I upset about then they told me they couldn't do it because they had an event going on. I brought in two box of things in and was told (woah that's a lot of stuff) but the wedding on Friday was bring in things as well. Kim can out shortly after and made small conversation but someone else (from a different party) walked up, Kim stopped in the middle of our conversation and warm welcomed and greeted this other woman. Day of the wedding we couldn't find our coordinator, after the ceremony the doors didn't open, after pictures we were literally just standing there waiting for guidance to were to go so instead we all went into cocktails hour. The did a sweet heart table when I told Kim we wanted our kids to seat with us. So they had to go and fix that before moving everyone to the reception. The security was rude and extremely unprofessional! Rushing us out as we are grabbing our things saying they were going to call the police on us for not hurrying out. He snapped at my grandmother and kids! From other guests they saw security, and server's drinking I didn't get the photos from the photo both I just didn't feel like the service we deserved or possibly the service that was given to other parties. I had my wedding here on June 15, 2012. I do have to say, I cannot express how much I am thankful that we chose Tre Bella. Let me break it down reasons why we were happy we chose this venue: -Most "bang for your buck". The packages cannot be beat! I mean even including fancy linens and chiavari chairs?! I do have to say we didn't even get CLOSE to using all of the alcohol and thought it was PLENTY that was offered in the packages (and we did have some drinkers present). When you break down the cost - its not that much more! Trust me, you'll be glad you did! -Wedding coordination. The previous post on Yelp stated she was unprofessional. Hum. I don't think that Kim was even close to this? Kim is strictly business and in a GOOD way. You do not want anyone to be passive or a push over so I'm assuming that this person just wasn't used to have a real wedding coordinator that knew what she was doing. BY far... Kim went above and beyond what I had thought she was going to provide for us. She even allowed us to use our creativity in our wedding and was open to ideas. -The venue. It mixes a bit of vintage and yet maintaining the modern feel of a nice venue. There are sitting areas in both the reception area and the ceremony area which i thought were awesome. In addition, having a bar on both sides was also a HIT. -Security. Having a NICE security guard there at all times (dressed casual) not only was reassuring to us that we didn't have to babysit but it was also great that he was SO NICE. I had my wedding recently at Tre Bella and I couldn't have pictured a more beautiful, organized, and romantic venue. Kim was amazing and made the whole wedding planning process a breeze. She answered every email promptly and was always there to help. Every single guest complemented my husband and I on our choice of venue. Kim has really put together a chic, romantic vibe to the venue with her many choices of decor and lighting ambiance. Kim's choice in vendors alone was perfect. I honestly couldn't have picked better and it made it really nice that everyone knew where to go and what to do without worrying if someone would get lost or not show. Plus if you are a planning your wedding, you know the stress of trying to find the right vendor and with Tre Bella that's not even an issue. I also want to stress how amazing the DJ was. I had to find a WHOLE NEW venue 4 days before my wedding because of bad weather and Tre Bella was soooo awesome and flexible in me renting out their space in such short notice. They worked with all my outside vendors and my family to make sure this was still my dream wedding! The owner is so nice and very easily accessible by phone or text. The space is so beautiful and we honestly think that the wedding turned out even better at this venue! We could not have been happier at to have our wedding at such a modern venue with amazing chandeliers, beautiful brick, and great scenery for pictures! Skip to the end if you want the tea. The first time I visited Tre Bella, I fell in love immediately. Every room is decorated gorgeously with great lighting and incredible backgrounds. It's in a downtown area which is exactly what I wanted. There's so many things and services included in their packages that are super customizable so you can make the decor and the venue fit the style and theme of your wedding. The DJ was INCREDIBLE. I wish I didn't have a single thing to complain about. But even after thinking about it for a full month I cannot give 5 stars. And that's due to the last 30 minutes of our time at Tre Bella and the state of our belongings returned to us. Our coordinator made it clear that we would need to be out of the venue 30 minutes after the event's ending. Completely understood this! We were out in twenty. She also said they would gather all of our decor/belongings into the suites so we could easily pack the items into a car. This seemed so convenient, another thing the venue was making easy for us! And it was...except for the fact that none of the fragile things that we originally brought to them in a protective box like a mirror, glass signs, pictures frames, a neon sign, none were given back to us in their boxes I had provided them in. All of the boxes were thrown away and my family had to try and keep the items safe from damage in the back of a moving vehicle. Well to no one's surprise, all of the items ended up damaged, there were parts to the neon sign (the wall plug in) that I didn't get back at all, the frames that could've been used again are completely scratched up as well as the mirror. I just don't understand, I assumed we would get everything back including very obvious protective boxes. They also didn't move the neon sign to sit behind the sweetheart table in the reception like they said they would nor did they move the large greenery plants I had requested to be moved. If that was all I still may have given 5 stars and chocked it up to miscommunication and lack of common sense for the boxes. But unfortunately, even though we were out of the venue well within the time frame we were supposed to be, the last 30 minutes of moving things out of the venue was so uncomfortable and awkward. ALL smiles and customer service had vanished from our coordinator and they even stood at the back door with arms crossed acting like we were taking too long and a huge inconvenience. Any small questions my family had was met with short and curt answers. It didn't seem to matter that all our items were just thrown together like they didn't matter anymore since the wedding was over. It was just so disheartening, especially for my mom, after the incredible experience we'd had up until that point and after we had loved our coordinator so much! Perhaps they just learned bad personal news, I can't say. But between that extremely uncomfortable shift in energy and our damaged belongings, my rating is a 4. I still recommend this venue and think your wedding will be great if you choose them, I've had multiple people say mine was the best wedding they'd ever been to. I just hope someone at Tre Bella sees this and understands why an ending like that could sour the entire experience. And adding one question of "would you like the keep these boxes/protective packaging" could save frustration and literal money. read more

My fiancé and I attended the open house here last night after having friends of ours who were married here recommend it. I also had the opportunity to chat with them at their booth at the wedding expo. It was fairly busy so we attempted to give ourselves a tour but didn't feel we were getting the flow down correctly so we asked one of the workers if we could have a tour. After a few minutes we were greeted by someone named Kim and that's pretty much where the experience turned sour & never recovered. Kim introduced herself and my fiancé introduced us, however after not getting either of our names correct after 2 attempts we just decided to be "clay" and "Kerry." Before we could even get out the door (which was 10 feet away) Kim stepped away twice as someone in her ear piece must have been requesting info from her. This happened at least 10 times throughout our 10 minute tour. Every time a simple "I'm sorry, just a second" as we stood there awkwardly. She was not warm or inviting at any point during the tour, rather irritated & inconvenienced by our presence. It was tempting not to just walk out as I doubt she would have even noticed. Even hearing the way she spoke to people over her head set was concerning. If this can't place even "fake" a positive attitude during a quick tour there is NO WAY we could place our faith with establishment on our big day. This is tough, because I REALLY wanted to like this place! What killed it for me? The lack of professionalism that was presented when my fiance and I came to look at this venue. I will admit that we were 10 minutes late to our appointment, however I do not think this warrants being treated like a herd of cattle. First when I called the venue to make an appointment whoever picked up the line sounded as if they were in a rush and not even interested in making the appointment which was the first turn off. Upon arrival, we walked into another entrance thinking it was the main entrance, then we were re-directed by an employee to the adjacent door. As we walked out there was (I don't even remember her name), the wedding coordinator waiting. She quickly greeted us then had us sit down as she began to talk about the venue. Usually when you want to sell the venue you run, you'd think you would see someone with a little enthusiasm and fire explaining why their venue is so amazing. Well, we didn't get that from this individual. What did we get? A quick 10 minute spiel about what they do and the services provided and 3 wedding books shoved in our faces as examples then a quick 10 minute tour of the place. That's it, no effort, no emotion, no interest in wanting to get to 'know us' and get a feel for what kind of wedding we would like to have, just a quick, here is the place, goodbye. She was very snooty and acted as if she was not in the mood to showcase the venue. So why two stars instead of zero? One star is for the venue itself. It is very chic, modern, yet elegant. The reception area is beautifully decorated and where the ceremony is held is beautiful as well! There are many ways one can decorate this place! The other star is the PRICE. This venue offers all inclusive packages at unbeatable prices. I mean an all inclusive package where they provide virtually everything for roughly 100 guests is $9495.00 taxes and gratuity included!!! That's a steal, trust me, I've looked into a TON of venues, you will not find an all inclusive price as cheap as this. Honestly, if my fiance and I were the only individuals funding our wedding, then we probably would have considered this place (more than likely, VEGAS). However, given the type of customer service that was displayed, we took our business elsewhere. read more

First off, I should advise you that we decided against choosing this venue for our wedding. The advantage to this place seems to be the very reasonable pricing. My fiancee and I have been hunting for a venue for a few months and this has been one of the most reasonably priced. Pricing for the venue with buffet included ended up being somewhere in the ball park of about $7500. The staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful. The reason that the venue is more reasonably priced is that it's a bit older. I couldn't help but notice that the building has not aged particularly well; I noticed shifting cracks and holes in the walls that could easily be patched if there was any pride in the building. I noticed spots where there was an attempt to use cover up paint but the gloss was different so it stood out noticeably. They do a very good job of camouflaging the walls with colorful up-lights but I found them to be a bit over the top and obnoxious. We sampled some of the food at their open house and it was pretty good. The outside of the venue left a bit to be desired. Again, it's an older building in an older area of Mesa (downtown) so that's to be expected. A decent place for a decent price. read more

My husband and I were married at TreBella in March. Every step of the way was a wonderful experience for us. We visited an open house a little over a year before our wedding. We were greeted by Kim and her husband/the bartender/the backup DJ, Jim, who were both very sweet and helpful. We fell in love with the venue immediately. It is stunningly chic, modern, with just the right amount of fancy to make it suitable for a formal occasion. They have an awesome man cave with TV, big comfy chairs, and they have a beautiful Bride's room with a big leopard chair, and lots bathroom, fridge, and lots of room for you and your girls to dress. The day of the wedding was quite a whirlwind, but Kim was absolutely wonderful as our Day Of Coordinator. She doubled as a cocktail waitress for us and got us drinks before and after the ceremony, as well as during the reception. She made sure to take care of everything for us and keep us on schedule so the day runs smooth. Mike was an DJ and he did an awesome job and played exactly the styles we asked him to. We got so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was, how nice all the employees were, and how wonderful the food was. We are so glad we found TreBella. It was all inclusive pricing, at a fraction of the cost. We paid about 6500 for 75 people all inclusive. (food, linens, cake, champagne toast, open bar, dj, bartenders, wait staff, hand passed hors d'eurves, centerpieces, etc.) Bottom line: Get a red-carpet style event, for a backyard bbq price. To start off I would like to say I did not end up having my wedding here. All of our guests are from out of town and with everything that is going on with Covid we started getting feedback from guests about not feeling safe to travel to our wedding which was understandable. After going back and forth we decided the best thing in this situation would be to cancel. Here are some things that stood out to me while working with the venue; 1. To taste test the food we had to go to their open houses and the menu is pretty big so we would've had to attend roughly 4 (give or take) of the open houses to get through it all and they told us they host these once a month. With everything going on with Covid they weren't having any for a few months which was understandable so the first taste test we ever got to go to was in June. Again in July they did have an open house that I saw. I started to get worried as we were supposed to be married in November and the only way I was told I can taste my food is at these events and they weren't happening. I finally saw today they are having an open house in September with pretty much the same menu as the June one so had I kept my November wedding I'm not sure how I would've picked our menu after only tasting a few of the of the options. During this time I never heard from the venue if they planned to offer an alternative to food tastings given that they weren't having open houses. 2.When we were looking at how many people would actually travel here if we chose to keep our date we asked the venue if less than 50 people were able to actually come to our wedding how would it be priced and they said we would still have to pay for 50 people at least no matter what because their pricing wouldn't go below that. They didn't indicate that they were willing to make an exception with everything going on. 3.When we were looking at postponing we had a new contract sent over to us and when I compared it to the old contract I noticed the room in which our wedding was supposed to be in changed from the Stanza to the Piazza. I was shocked as the girl we had been working with never told us if we postponed it would be in a different space. I emailed them asking if it was a mistake or not and they responded that it was correct as they were no longer using the room we originally booked for weddings after January 1st. Since the rooms look different it was a huge deal for us. I understand things change but I would have expected the staff to let us know about the room switch beforehand rather than finding out by reading it on the new contract. 4. Another thing on the new contract that changed was they took out the whole section on postponing your event. When I asked about it they said if we needed to postpone we would be able to. In my opinion it was very shady that they expected us to sign this contract without having anything in there saying we could postpone again and to just go off their word. This is probably the first review I've ever written but I felt it necessary to let others know about our experience. read more

Out of all of my wedding vendors, I've been most excited to write this review, because I absolutely adored everything about Tre Bella! This venue is a diamond in the rough and I'm so glad we found it! From the very beginning when we took a tour of the venue, all the way through to post-wedding, Taylor was extremely responsive. Over the course of my wedding planning, I must have emailed Taylor a million different questions about everything from table linens to ceremony timing, and she always got back to me very quickly and with so much kindness. She never made me feel like I was annoying her (and I really sent her a lot of questions, like...constantly) and she always had helpful suggestions. It felt like every time I asked if I needed to make something, or prepare something, or do anything the day of the wedding, her response was always "We have those!" or "I'll take care of that!" and the most notable part of that is that there was never any extra charge! At most other venues, if you need to add some extra vases or centerpieces, you'd be charged an arm and a leg. At Tre Bella, if they have it, it's yours to use! They're very generous and the end result is them not making you feel like they're in it for the money, but rather to genuinely make your wedding day as special as possible. As for the day of the wedding, it ran as smoothly as I could possibly have hoped, all because of Taylor and the rest of the Tre Bella staff. I never had to worry about anything. I didn't hire an event planner, and I didn't need one--Taylor was always there to tell me when I needed to be somewhere and what I needed to be doing, but never stressed me out! She made sure I was everywhere I needed to be but also having a great time the whole day. She listened to all of my very specific details about what I wanted (like the extremely particular way I wanted my donut wall arranged!) and executed everything perfectly. She's truly amazing at her job. My other favorite Tre Bella employee was DJ Mike. My husband and I spent hours planning out our music for each part of the wedding day, and DJ Mike reviewed everything with us and played exactly what we asked for. He did a great job playing the right type of song at the right time, and everyone had a blast on the dance floor all night long! We had our ceremony in the Blu Cielo room, and we got so many compliments about how unique and beautiful it was. It was fun to get to personalize the reception room (we were in the Piazza) down to every little detail and I loved the sparkly rose gold tablecloths we got to use. Again, all of the linens, chargers, centerpieces, etc. all come with the venue--no extra charge for anything. We recently had our wedding at Tre Bella in early April and were very pleased with our experience from beginning to end. Since we were new to Phoenix, we were not familiar with the venues in the area. We were looking for something that was all inclusive, reasonably priced and nice for our guests and Tre Bella had it all! Our friends referred us to Tre Bella (who used them too) and we couldn't have been more happy with our experience. We initially read the reviews first and were excited to read about everyone's amazing experience and wanted that too. We initially met with Kim, the owner, and she was spectacular! She gave us a tour of the facility, went over every detail of the timeline of items and showed us the wide variety of items to choose from starting with table decor all the way to back lighting on the walls. The pre-planning was great. She accommodated our busy work schedules, provided multiple open houses to sample the food (which was amazing), and was quick to make any changes we had up to the last minute... even made suggestions on way to improve the ceremony. I most definitely want to recognize the catering staff. They did such a wonderful job serving our guests and making sure everything was in perfect shape. Also, DJ Mike was super awesome and played exactly what we wanted (and didn't want). He was right on point! Also, during one of the open houses, we met Lew our officiant. Everything I have to say about Kim is awesome. My wife and I were initially working with Janelle and, once she moved back to Michigan, Kim stepped in and the transition was seamless. You can't ask for a better looking venue at this price that is either semi or all-inclusive. They take the stress out of planning a wedding and make sure you get everything you want that they can provide. The different room options you have will fit your style no matter what. We were married on October 14, 2016 and our guests keep telling us how that was the funnest wedding they have ever been to. I cannot recommend Tre Bella enough. I was able to have the wedding of my dreams at a reasonable price and absolutely no stress at all. The day of the wedding I was locked in the bridal room getting hair and make up right up until it was time to walk down the aisle and everything was set up perfectly. I recently had my wedding at Tre Bella and I as well as my wife are very pleased with the entire process. Service- The service was spot on. We did almost all of our communication with Janelle who was very helpful from the first meeting through the actual wedding. We also had a great meeting the DJ Mike. He was very professional as well as open to our ideas but he also offered very good suggestions. Food- The food was also done well. We initially wanted to cater our food from an outside source however that is not an option with Tre Bella. They did offer a free tasting which even included a tasting of the wines! We went in for the tasting and were not let down by the quality of the food. Venue- Tre Bella offers three rooms to choose from which are all nice. The rooms vary in style and size and price. We had our ceremony and reception in both the Stanza and the Bianca rooms. We loved how the venues include linens, set-up, DJ, food, wedding consultation, and cake cutting services. The Big Day- Went as good as we hoped for. The wedding went smooth from start to finish. The staff did a great job. I can't think of one negative thing to say about Tre Bella. My fiancé and I have booked this location, and in communication with the venue, any open house is an opportunity to see the venue all set up, and see some of the work of some vendors first hand. Those who may be upset about not getting a red carpet tour that day, please contact the venue for a one on one experience. Those who think the open house at the venue was hectic, imagine having to show your house to 100 interested buyers at a time. At the open house you get to see photographers catalogs and speak to their crew members, listen to DJs, taste cake and food from providers, test out the photo booth, and even experience an optional instrumental duo. Talk about seeing a stage set. Reviews based on your venue experience on a day meant for many, are not representative of the venue as a whole. This day was for the vendors to show you their stuff. For those seriously interested in the venue, please contact the venue and schedule a personal visit. We did, we brought along 6 other people, were treated with the utmost respect, and all this 2 weeks before writing a check. This is my first yelp review and I did so in response to one I didn't feel gave the impression this location deserves. Thank you Kim, and to everyone at Tre Bella for the previous personal experience, and for allowing us to visit during the open house. Short Version: Awesome people who really care about your wedding going well. Unheard of service, but in a wonderful way! Full Spiel: My (now official) husband and I just got married here this past Saturday, and this venue was all to thank for the wedding being a huge hit! We had the joy of occupying the Bianca & Stanza (which was also the least expensive package as we were having a small wedding anyway). We live in Portland, but wanted to get hitched in AZ as that is where we met and where most of our friends & family are. TreBella helped us so much and worked with us so well - especially considering that we didn't live in the state! They did a lot by phone and email to accommodate my busy work schedule. There was really only one miscommunication when we scheduled a visit during our holiday travels. We were under the impression that we'd be trying food and meeting the DJ, but it was just for selecting the decor options - which were adorable!!! Even though we picked the food based on description rather than getting to taste, everyone was very pleased and the food was delicious! However, I think the thing that impressed us (and guests who noticed) the absolute most, was Kim & Mike going above and beyond for our special day. We had opted out of hiring a professional photographer. Kim took some adorable pictures of my father walking me down the isle from behind (which were shots NONE of our guests would have gotten - will share once I have them). During the reception, the DJ (Mike) actually took my camera and recorded speeches in between snapping shots of the dance floor AND taking song requests from guests while also being sure to pepper in songs from the list we'd given him of ones we wanted to hear "at some point". The venue was pretty and quaint for the wedding we just went to (just wedding guests, not bride or groom) For being on the small side they have successfully designed the space available to them in a way that is accommodating for what could probably be up to 100 people. The cocktail hour was a little cramped in that bar area but luckily the weather was nice enough where we could stand outside and spread out a bit. The reception hall was nicely decorated and spacious enough to dance and eat. The food was good as well. My biggest complaint would be the bar and wait staff. During the reception the bartenders were blatantly standing against the wall, chatting, as myself and a few other guests were waiting for them to serve us. Finally one of us said, Uh hello?! And they came up. I think by this time the tips had stopped pouring in as heavily as they started for the cocktail hour so maybe that was it, I don't know. Later, I asked them to pour a shot for myself and a member of the bride's family (who had paid for the alcohol on their own) and the bartender girl said their liquor license doesn't allow that. Whether you believe that or not, it may be useful to keep in mind if you plan on using this venue and you want your guests to imbibe. Also... the absolute minute I was done eating my dinner, like the second I put my fork down, the waiter came by immediately to whisk away my plate. Same thing happened to my husband. It may sound fat, but we both looked at each other and laughed because we both wanted seconds. He had to grab an empty plate next to us and we shared a second round of food on that. On that note, that's the only thing the waiter did. They weren't very good about refilling our water glasses at all. Overall it was a nice place for a nice wedding but service is super important to me and for a wedding I think the quality of their serving staff has much room for improvement. read more

Our wedding day was completely ran by Kim and her staff and they all made sure that everything flowed perfectly.
