At places like Walmart, they'll at least tell you it may be a couple of hours before they can fit you in, but here, it was basically no appointment, no service. I understand and respect businesses that work by appointment, but that should be clearly communicated to customers upfront. If you are truly appointment-only, that needs to be advertised so people don't waste their time driving there expecting basic same-day services like an oil change.
