We did enjoy our first few visits here, but unfortunately after our last experience, we won't be returning. We had booked an appointment at 4pm the week prior, and arrived at 3:50pm for our appointment. There was no sign-in at the front desk, so we just waited in the area after saying hello to the stylist. After waiting almost 30 mins, the stylist called another customer back before us. My husband had to speak up and say we have been waiting before anyone else. The stylist rolled her eyes, ROLLED HER EYES, and said that the other customer had an appointment. We said we had an appointment as well. She would not hear us out or change her mind until the other customer told her to just let us go first. Finally, my son's haircut starts at 4:35pm and it was fine. During the haircut, the stylist told us we needed to sign-in when we arrived otherwise they don't know who is first. I told her there was no sign-in at the front or any admin that we could talk to. She told me to "reach over the counter" to find the sign-in if it wasn't out front for customers. ? Not sure how appropriate that is in any situation when arriving for an appointment anywhere. As we were paying for check out, she asked if we had our punch card. We said we forgot it at home, and she ROLLED HER EYES AGAIN! I don't know if she was having a bad day, was stressed about how many people arrived, but it was awful customer service. We felt like an inconvenience for her and did not appreciate the attitude. Not to mention they raised their prices and paying close to $30 for a child's 10 minute haircut is just not worth it in this economy. Also, for better business management, might be a good idea to hire an admin to take calls and check people in appropriately. But according to that stylist "we've never had an admin and probably never will". Great management! read more

Very unprofessional, had to wait an hour with an appointment. The place was run down and gross, way too overpriced for the style of place.

We had an appointment scheduled with a specific stylist at 1:20, but she was running late with another client. We waited, assuming we'd be next, but instead she took a walk-in before us. At that point, we decided to just see another stylist rather than wait another 30 minutes. I was in the area to pick up a dessert and our daughter saw this cute establiment filled with cute dresses and tons of adorable TY toys. She has been wanting to get her hair cut Short. Our family stylist of 23 years (friend) moved back to Buffalo, NY. I was looking for someone warm and fuzzy we could make our new regular hair stylist for the girls. I have been their long hair hair dresser ever since, but with a short hair cut she needed a professional. Places like this you need an appointment. We walked in to schedule one. The gal said if we wanted to hang our she could get us in in an hour. Why not!?!? We didn't have a reservation and we are patient. She was excited. While waiting the 3 ladies were cutting so many heads of hair. They mostly were fades on little boys. Every child left looking fantastic! Highly recommend! They bounced clients, phones and walk ins like pros. They swept and sanitized the seating between each client. They must be exhausted by the end of the day. 1 hour and 45 minutes later and seeing a new list of names out with ours no longer on it I asked if they may have forgotten us. Another gal said no we will be able to get you in soon within the hour. I told her we had been their over an hour and a half already and was wondering if they forgot about us as they told us an hour. This gal told me they don't confirm wait times as they never know. Would have been nice to be told that as I wasn't trying to be a walk in anyway, and I didn't ask about the wait. I was just given an offer. I needed to feed the girls some lunch so I said I will reschedule for another time. She offered 1:30pm later that day. I brought my 5 year old daughter in for her first legit haircut and the experience was wonderful! McKenna was amazing, the haircut and style was perfect and she was so great at interacting with my little one; super grateful for this!! We did wait an hour but that's bc it was a Saturday and we were a walk in so I understood however when I took my son today I was very displeased. I came in with my son to get a haircut. There were 2 kiddos in front of him on the sign in sheet. They took about 4 kids till all the kids that were waiting were done. Another group of kids walked in but I was expecting to be called before them since we already were waiting 45 mins. I asked if my son was next and they said they needed to call appointments first. I asked when his turn would be and they said I had to wait. I said I wish they would have told me since I was already waiting for 45 minutes and her response was that "I didn't ask" I continued to tell her that no one even greeted me or talked to me the whole time I was there. I took my 16 month old son Oliver here for a hair cut today. It was like watching a magician with a wand. Pure magic!!! This is the third time he's gotten his hair cut and the last time he screamed bloody murder and was so terrified,it truly broke my heart. Terrible! Left without even getting my sons haircut. We got to my sons apt early, they were busy but we had made an appointment. They took every single person before us, including a guy who had walked in at least 15 minutes after us. We waited 30 minutes after my sons apt to finally walk out. I just had to give this great business a 5 star review. This place rocks! I have had my Grandkids get their haircuts many times and they truly love the Stylist. I know they work on tips and because my Mother worked 30 years as a waitress, I usually tip about 30% here or $5 per kid minimum. So glad I found Treashred Cutz for my sons first haircut. They were able to give me an appointment same day which was nice. It was a small shop with covid they only allow one parent to go in with the child. We had Trista as our hair stylist and she was great! Very gentle and patient, was glad we had her as I was a little nervous to cut my sons hair for the first time. We will be coming back here for our next hair cut. Before I start my review, yes I should of made an appointment before driving from Anthem to Surprise. My son wanted his haircut so I decided to take him to this place as we have been before. Yes, I know the place gets busy but its unacceptable to not greet walk in clients. Me and my son walked in around 4:45. We weren't greeted, given an estimated wait time or nothing. We sat there for almost an hour. Our name was never called, no one ever talked to me to let me know if walk ins would have a long wait. Nothing. I would of stayed and waited if they acknowledged me and my sons existence. Every other haircut place I have been into has always greeted me and asked me if I either had an appointment or what my wait time would be. A little customer service would of went a long ways. They seemed a bit understaffed as well. If you have appointments were your cutting an entire family's hair, you should have a 3rd person. read more
