Today we went to this foot spa for the first time, and our experience was almost perfect. We walked in and we're immediately greeted and taken to the back in about 5 minutes. We were welcomed with warm water for out feet, a warm pillow for out backs, and a comfortable place to lay. The massages were both amazing. I am beyond grateful to have found this place! My husband and I made last minute appointments tonight and they accommodated us just fine. We requested the 1 hour combo special and the experience was amazing! It started with us going to a private room which was clean, simply decorated, and had nice crisp sheets over our massage beds. The staff was really friendly. I had a male therapist who was EXCELLENT (and I've had my share of massages) and my husband has a female therapist who he said was great as well. My therapist had perfect pressure, great transitions, and added hot stones to my back massage. After about 40 minutes of a body massage, we changed back into our clothes and then headed to an open area, where they proceeded to soak our feet in a bucket of hot water as we laid down. Are you freaking kidding me with this place. It was the most unreal experience of my life. I can't believe I've been settling for every other massage anywhere else. I'm still in shock. It was the best massage I have ever had. I went in with severe lower back pain, it's been chronic for a little over a year now. I obviously asked for the firmest massage setting. Lily absolutely brought it. She immediately began with the exact spot of the pain without me even having to tell her. She regularly checked in to make sure I was doing okay, I'm sure it's because she could tell how painful it was but it was hurts so bad feels so good kind of pains. She spent the first 30 minutes completely focused on my lower back. Then she brought in hot stones that were a free add on when you choose a 60 minutes or more massage. So nice. She also stretched my body which I've never had anyone do. Incredible. And then she even did mild adjustments. Crack my mid back, and then both sides of my lower back. I cannot even believe still that I only paid 60 something dollars for this kind of treatment. 2 days later and I'm still back pain free. I'm so mad I waited so long to have someone work on it. So the staff were very friendly so I wanted to love this place but I didn't. The foot massage was not relaxing at all. My therapist barely used any pressure and I was antsy to leave. It was hard to enjoy the experience lying in a room with other people with no privacy and the staff coming in and out to manage the front desk. Most of the time the staff would have to stop the massage ( I was with 2 others) to answer the phone or greet customers. It was frustrating to say the least. There was also a crying baby which made for a not so zen atmosphere. Also I felt that they were grossly overpriced for the environment. It felt very cheap inside.
