This is close to my home and May who gave me a massage really worked my body with a deep tissue massage. The only thing I would suggest for them is when we did the 90 minute massage with the foot massage. You have to move to another room to do the foot massage part. It would have been best if it was all in the same room at the same time so we could continue the relaxation. But overall, both the hot stone massage and the foot massage with scrub was wonderful. This was my second time visiting this spa. A couple of things were different than I remember but the outcome of the experience was great none the less. The biggest change that stood out to me was laying down for the the foot massage. The last time I sat up in a comfortable chair and had the service performed. The foot massage itself was good. May was my masseuse and let me tell you! She may look small but she has strength in those hands. I chose the one hour combo foot and body where May worked out the kinks in my back and neck and revived my tired feet. By the time I left, I felt like a new woman. The prices I feel are very reasonable for the quality service they provide. The place was clean and inviting. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. My friend and I were the only patrons in the building at the time which made it even better. Complimentary refreshments were provided at the end. May was extremely pleasant and helpful. Although she was a bit hard to understand she patiently explained their specials to us. I definitely plan on returning to Treat Ur Foot Spa at least once a month! My only suggestions to make the experience even more enjoyable would be 1. think about switching the foot spa chairs to recliners to give the customer the option to recline during the foot service and 2. the towel offered during the foot service to put over the eyes should be warm and maybe even scented with some relaxing fragrance instead of dry. We made appointments got there and taken care of in a timely maner. Im assuming it was the owner that greeted us and she was warm and welcoming. Husband and I 1/2 hour on the feet 1/2 on the rest back and neck. Husband being the dear loving man that he is decided to surprise me and turned our 1/2 hr Body into an hour!! Joy oh joy ....... How ever my joy was short lived. They moved us into rooms and had us disrob. My massage tech then proceeded to rub me through a towel?? It didn't feel good and after a time became annoying and rough. Then after a about 1/2 hour he removed the towel and started the massage but instead it was more of a kneading than a massage. A hard rubbing of the skin. It was uncomfortable and not relaxing or enjoyable. They recently moved just down the way and the space is small and a little noisey. I really wanted to like it but sadly it was not what We were looking for. read more

Last week I bought my husband and I a massage at Chi Foot Spa. I had an awful week, a death in the family and needed to relax for one hour! When we got there the lady at the front argued with me saying I only purchased one massage when I clearly had all the info on my phone showing her. This went on for 20 min. I finally told my husband to go on groupon and buy another one so we could get our massage and I would contact Groupon to get a refund after we were done. Finally we went in for the massage and we were in separate rooms when she had told me the day before when I made the appointment we would be together. My husband went in and his massage started and 10 min later I was still sitting in my room alone. I finally put my clothes back on and went back out to the front and then she said someone is coming. Then there was all this loud noise, kids playing, I asked if that was a tv and she said no, it's music. I told her that was not music, she went and spoke to someone and the kids became quiet for alittle while! Noisy during the whole hour, not just the kids .. My massage finally began and then the lady from the front busted in and said, I need to see your info again! I was so upset! I told her we already settled that, to please get out, she's already ruined my massage and we would handle it all AGAIN when I was done. I also told her she was so rude to come in and interrupt like she did. On the way out she seen on her screen where I had paid twice, but now three times but she was still arguing. Saying one massage was redeemed the day before and I gave it to a friend. I had never been there before and she is the only one that could redeem the voucher! Needless to say we left stressed and called Groupon and they were nice enough to reimburse us. The lady that gave the massage was good and you could tell she felt bad about the front desk ladies behavior! Just be careful .. that was one the rudest people I've ever felt with !! read more
