    Brown sugar milk
    Yvonne N.

One thing I got to say.. the best brown sugar milk I ever had here in Jacksonville. I have tried multiple local boba shops around the area and none can beat Treata Tea brown sugar. It's definitely not too sweet nor too concentrated (if you wanted to lower sweetness level it would still taste great) just the right amount of sweetness. The boba pearls aren't bland; the texture was coated with brown sugar and sustainable chewy flavors.

A friend of mine brought me a drink to try from this place. I didn't get to try the Boba Tea here yet because the one that was delivered to me is brown sugar milk without the tea so it's hard to judge how good this can be since it's missing the key ingredient. The brown sugar milk with Boba is very milky which is a good thing, not overly sweet and the Boba is my favorite part of this drink, this so chewy and melts in your mouth. It's by far, the best Boba I've had in a while. Hoping to be able to stop by sometime soon tj try their other milk teas.

Cute boba place! Lots of teenagers when I arrived which is really cool because Treata Tea Shoppe does fundraisers events for high schools! Must be a popular spot among them because it was packed! Cool thing about this place is that they give you the option to choose how sweet you want your drink. Just a rule of thumb (also a note to myself ) always order 100% sweet. Treat yourself to your fave boba the way it was meant to be made.. SWEET. I erroneously ordered 50% sweet and regretted my decision as soon as I drank my matcha latte boba. Ah well. Lesson learned. Overall great options and well made drinks!

If I had to pick my favorite boba tea shop, it would be Treata Tea Shoppe. And it's my kiddos all time favorite. I love it because we can control the amount of sweetener and they use real ingredients. If you're into the powder mixes that are overly sweet -- you may not be a fan. Being real because they have a Taro purée tea that uses real taro and not the powder people have come to expect. It's a cute little space w games. Definitely a hang out for the younger generation. Service is always fast and friendly. Pictured Tieguanyin, Avocado Cloud and Camo Thai Tea.

I wanted to meet my friend here after church. I knew a place that had small food bites and had a great ambiance that was quiet and would allow us to talk in private. The service was amazing because we were given a code to scan for the menu. There is also a menu listed near the register. The other boba tea pace down the street was closed so I opted for this place. I wanted to get a simple tea with aloe and very sweet. My friend enjoyed herself, and we were able to discuss our business in private.

This is one of the best Boba cafes in the city, the atmosphere is fantastic for studying, hangouts, or playing games. The service is always great, and the drinks are off the charts every time. I constantly get the Oreo Brûlée Jade Milk Tea with Boba and it is always delicious. This will remain one of my top 3 (if not top 2) places in Jacksonville.

I love boba and for the most part the drinks were tasty. My family ended up getting coffee, thai, taro, black milk, on top of other drinks. Though personally I thought my drink was alright (taro with tapioca), the staff seemed quite unprepared to handle a large order (10 drinks, and the very first order was missed, so we only got 9 out of the 10). Those taking our orders were extremely quiet so we couldn't even hear them, and when asked which boba was their best within the selection, the cashier was unsure and unhelpful. If I visit FL again, maybe I'll come visit & hopefully can give a better review.

This student hub and youngin's go to hangout spot never misses a beat. Personal music choices to fill the bustling boba shop, a wide selection of board games to pass the time and plenty of seating to be around good company collectively make this place a great place to hang. I love buy their mango milk tea but they have plenty of different flavors that I have yet to enjoy. The taro has an unenjoyable texture though, I personally do not recommend.

If you are looking to satisfy your boba tea cravings during the COVID restricted travel ban look no further. This small tea shop although the store itself is closed still takes orders for pick-up. Call in to make your order and pick it up at their drive through window. When we called in we didn't realize they had a drive through window because it wasn't well marked so look for it on the side of the building. The tea itself was good. I enjoyed the cookies and cream tea which was decadent and rich and my boyfriend stuck with a traditional Thai Ice Tea with boba. The boba was good and was cooked properly. You can request for the amount of sugar or sweetness you want the tea to have. We both asked for 75% and it was not overly sweet. It didn't make me phlegm up. This place is about 15 minutes from the beach so it's a good place for a pit stop. Check it out!

Treata is a go-to boba shop for my boyfriend and I. It is close to UNF and the FSCJ South campus. They offer a variety of flavors and toppings! Not only is their boba great, but so is the place itself. They have a lot of seating there, which is great for hangouts. They also provide board games to play while you and your friends enjoy your boba! Additionally, the service is quick. We get our orders in less than 5 minutes almost every single time. We love Treata and will be back for more!

I would say one of the better yea shops I've found in Jacksonville. I enjoy the honey milk tea with 50% sugar (or less) -- it reminds me of Lollicup. The tea lattes are made with half and half which I'm not a fan of. The tea lattes I've tried are really bland. Boba is not sweetened. Staff always makes me feel rushed, but drinks come out quickly as a lot of the drinks are premade. They allow for dine in (08/2021). Also, the shop has no signage -- it's a side shop next to the Smoke Shop.

The milk tea here was amazing! I've never experienced a boba combination like the thai tea cloud I ordered, it was as if there was cheese foam mixed in with the thai tea. It absolutely hit the spot and the boba was a perfect texture. My friends got the cookies and cream and it was delicious! Literally think of it like a more concentrated cookies and cream milkshake from chick fil a (as white as that sounds). It was amazing and I would order either again! Definitely check this place out for boba in jacksonville!

I got lost following Google map the first time i came. Someone said this before but i wish they have a big sign out front. The store is next to the smoke shop in the second building in the plaza. It's very easy to miss I heard they have a drive through but havent tried it or seen how it works. All the drinks i have here are good. I like the milk tea and jade brulee matcha something was interesting and surprisingly not too sweet. They recently came out with Ovaltine boba which is also good but it's $7 so i wont get it too often lol the shop is very cute. Seeing people studying made me nostalgic about my time being a uni student. I always stop by when im in the area

It really checks all the boxes I look for when placing one in the stellar category. Things like being well decorated (the walls have a good amount of art and pictures spread throughout and it's not overwhelming), adequate seating, along with a variety of it is as well (there is regular table seating, some soft chairs, and bar style seating near the entrance), the right kind of baristas (courtesy and happy to talk with customers - along with being able to make a solid white mocha latte for me!), and personally, I just enjoy being there. Vantage Point Coffee got off to an outstanding start on all things I look for in a coffee shop, so I stuck around! Well, part of the reason was that a friend of mine who was supposed to meet me here had to canceled, so I took advantage of the time to get pics and talk to two excellent baristas, Presliegh and Zach. Presleigh gave me the low down on what Vantage Point was all about, while Zach and I chatted about sports a bit as we men like to do! Well, here's what I really loved! First, I will say that I'm not crazy about Monin syrup and I usually avoid shops that use it. It's just because of my taste buds, not so much any coffee shop's fault. HOWEVER, when I saw the Ghirardelli dark chocolate syrup on the back counter, it was all over! They let me know that they make their lattes with the dark and white chocolate Ghirardelli syrups! I was all in! I picked the Holiday peppermint mocha frap dark chocolate version. Why am I crazy about Ghirardelli syrups? I first had my lattes with it in San Diego and it's stuck with me since -with no regrets! Presleigh made an outstanding Holiday frap for me. I didn't catch her before the drizzle and the sprinkles were added, but it was ok. I drank every bit of it and WILL return on Christmas week to get that Holiday white chocolate either latte or frap depending on the weather. Of note, The shop was clean and well kept on the counters and seating areas. I really liked that people are informed on how to get on the free WiFi right at the register. At least it makes answering the 50 Yelp questions easier to answer when you try to check in on the app! It is a nice convenience. I would say they might consider lowering the music a little. It was on the border of being loud - just for awareness. Other than that, I was a sugared up very happy hombre on this day! Stop by here and visit! Especially if you love Ghirardelli syrups in your lattes and fraps! Recommend: HIGH

What I liked is that everything looked fresh, and it seems most of the items I saw leaned toward the French side of the baked goods world with some Asian influence on occasion. I can say that the delicious green tea cake (matcha cloud) I purchased looked French in design and craft, but Asian in flavor. I never had a green tea cake before but this one was pretty amazing. I was told it wasn't overly sweet but good in taste - they were right on both counts! I could eat this one again anytime! The sweetness of the icing and integrity of the cake flavor itself made this joyful experience to eat! I also purchased a grilled two-cheese ham sandwich (croque monsieur) that was very rich in flavor and tender inside, but a little tough along the edges. It was a nice appetizer, nevertheless. I also added two danishes to my order (sweet cheese bluebe) and (Greek yogurt cherry). Both were flavorful, a little lighter in filling than the ones I've experienced at Le Petit Paris. I like that they were silky to chew - no hard edges. Now, there was one key thing missing that really took away the "Cafe" out of the title for a day! That is, as I approached the counter after entering, A sign said "espresso machine broken." I'm not sure how long this has been a problem for this dessert shop, but it fails the test of what a cafe is if you don't have coffee/espresso available! Yes, I remove a star for that. I think this was something Tous les Jours Cafe should have planned for a backup in case of machine failure months ago. Preparedness is the best way to keep your customers satisfied! Especially a coffee-crazed guy like me!! Overall, this is a pleasant shop to visit, laid out nicely for a smaller shop near the food court. Being near the entrance, it's a good place for folks to visit before they visit the main section of Latte Market. I will say service was good. My questions were answered well and it took a little time for the crew to warm up to me. But I have no complaints - only to say that they should treat every customer like your best friend! You never know when a Yelp Elite is talking to you! I will visit here again - do looking forward to visiting the Baymeadows outlet as well. Recommend: MED-HIGH (for now)
