Their work very closely resembled the graphics we shared during the ordering process. I do apologize for this likely being a challenging design, but quite impressed that you and your team pulled it off so well and even hand delivered an hour before the event. We normally don't care for buttercream style cakes (mostly because it's just nauseatingly sweet and often gritty), but the taste of this cake which was vanilla layered with vanilla buttercream was a delight-- not overly sweet and has a great flavor, including the fondant too. We were also concerned that the cake would fall over like a tree as soon as we cut into it, but they secured it very well and that did not happen at all. Thanks again Aldo and team! We hope this cake wasn't too much of a struggle but you deserve an honest positive review. We highly recommend their work and will be considering again for any specialty cake requests in the future.
