I called to check their availability and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. Shortly afterward, they called to let me know they could get me in even sooner, and I was thrilled to take the earlier appointment. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner and then introduced to Ryan, who would be grooming Rocco. She took him back and let me know I'd receive a text when he was ready. When I came to pick him up, Rocco was happily playing in a playpen and having an absolute ball (pun intended!). The staff told me he did great and was a joy to work with. Before heading out, I took a quick look around the store. They have a great selection of organic dog food, treats, toys, and other pet supplies. I couldn't have been happier with Rocco's grooming. He looked fantastic, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was such a positive experience from start to finish, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

She'll be ready by 5. Ummmmm ok. I was annoyed because the owner bragged about all these credentials she had and how she's been in business for so long but couldn't handle matting. But whatever. They also tell me they would only charge me for what hair they could get off of her. my sister arrived to pick up my dog, and was informed that they indeed were able to remove all of her hair but did not bathe her at all. The owner then informed my sister that they had been working on her all day. Which is a lie, because when I called at 3:45 the owner told me they hadn't gotten to her yet! My sister said the owner then tried to clean it up and say "well we've been going back-and-forth with her all day." so which is it, were are you going back-and-forth with her all day or did you not get to her until 345???? Furthermore, if you have been working on her all day, by the end of the day she should be all finished and ready for a bath, right? I paid $70 for her to only get cut and they barely cut her nails. I feel like after they cut her, why couldn't she get a bath? She's 6 lbs and hairless now, her bath and blow dry should have not taken that long. We have a huge, fat, jerk cat (Maine Coon) and a 100 year old, demented, anxious dog. I have to say…read morethe staff here do an amazing job with both animals. The cat has hair for days, and we get him shaved twice a year. Sure, he looks ridiculous, but it cuts down on the hair all over the house. The staff shave every square inch of him, and I mean EVERYTHING. I don't know how they do it (I can't even cut the bastard's nails without him freaking out), and I might not want to know, but I do know he comes home smelling so clean and groomed. I think he appreciates it, because he walks around like he owns the place with his new look. Our dog is at least 14 (she was a rescue 12 years ago), pretty demented, blind in one eye, and very anxious (she gets around well and has no real health problems, just so you know we're not prolonging her existence). She also comes back all fresh, shaved, and smelling fantastic. She's anxious when she goes, but comes back just fine. No trauma inflicted that we can tell. Some may feel the prices are high (about $100 with tip for both animals), but it's worth every. single. penny. to us. The only downside here is the length of time it takes to get an appointment, usually a 3-4 week wait time. So I suggest making your appointment ahead of time.
