Carnitas was third best, not usually my go to but this one was crispy but still juicy. I did not like the chorizo con papa at all. It was sadly way too dry. There was also a bit of miscommunication over the phone, because I wanted the chorizo con papa taco done the supreme way-- not all of them. So please know if you go they will not look like this, just your traditional cilantro & onion unless you ask to make it supreme. We ventured out for this food truck as it is not exactly near us. It was definitely worth the trip! Luis and Carlina are so friendly and welcoming. We had lumpia as an appetizer. It was a generous portion especially with the meat filling. My bf and I split a Waray (pork) bowl and I opted for the garlic rice. SO GOOD! To end our meal we also got halo-halo, which is a summer staple snack back in the Philippines.they definitely didn't skimp on the mix-ins, huge plus!
