My kids had an absolute blast and got through 2 courses each during the two hour reservation. There was enough challenge and enough fear factor to keep her entertained. My younger one had fun going on the easy ones and again, there was enough of a challenge on the easy ones that she didn't get bored. They are 9 years apart so it happens from time to time. And none of the pictures show all of the 8 available routes to take. There is a mountain "school" which is a crash course in how the systems work so it helps build confidence in the equipment. There are staff easily identified around and offer up encouraging when the fear gets too much. My older one was terrified of the platform but heard a few good words and off she went. Words of advice: Bring a chair. There are a handful of chairs around and certainly not enough if you aren't planning on climbing yourself. I'm too fat and broken to even try. They do have picnic tables but again, I think there are only four. Bring drinks and snacks. They don't have much to offer and it's strenuous activity with altitude and you're going to need it. Bring gloves. I don't mean work gloves our rubber gloves but I saw a lot of people who had blisters at the end of the 2 hour climb. Bring sunblock. It's in the trees but there is tons of sun.

This place is awesome! Our family of four (kids 12 and 10) were challenged and loved the different obstacles. Even though 3 of us are not fond of heights, we were able to enjoy many routes. The safety system is well thought out and super safe! Now that we have gone once, we can't wait to go back and try more! The price is reasonable for the 2 hours you get to work through the routes. Zip lining became a favorite!! You won't be disappointed!!

I can not say enough about this place. I brought 4 kids of varying ages and they all had a blast. The staff could not have been any nicer, helpful, and more accommodating. And we had "interactions" with many of them as some helped get us set up, and some helped my kids get through some of the obstacles. We've actually been on a few courses like this and I'd say this is definitely the best on we've done for the following reasons. #1 It is both a ropes course and ziplining combined. Sometimes you're climbing on things, sometimes you just get to let go and soar. Then you can add this deal where you step off a ledge and have this rope lower you down to the ground. #2 There are a variety of courses you can go on with varying difficulties. Even the "yellow" ones were fun and a little challenging. I didn't get to try out the "blues" or "blacks" but that gives me another reason to return. #3 The staff. I know I mentioned this already, but they were great #4 Safety. They have a lot of redundancy in their safety system and you feel safe going on the obstacles all by yourself. They even recheck everything before you start another course. #5 Location- You're in a beautiful part of Colorado. Actually going between trees. They have this little Ewok hut you even go into for one of the courses. And it's not too far from the city where you have to get a hotel room. All in all, it deserves the 5 stars. You want some fun and adventure for pretty much any age(above 6) then this is the place for you.

If it's your first time then you have to use one of the tablets to sign a waiver; this only takes a minute or two. Once signed you'll show your ID to the staff upfront. It's a quick check in. This interactive gym that's got climbing walls, a yoga studio and a regular exercising area are spacious and clean. I mostly saw young/younger generations of people but didn't you worry; I'm very much middle aged and although it was my first time climbing today and I was able to manage most of the beginner/entry level ones with no issues. We all did some sort of climbing when we were younger, right? Then all you have to do is to let that younger self come out of you!! Depending on your experience level, you'll get to pick where you want to do your climbing (the levels are clearly marked.) It was a busy night at this fun gym but people were very respectful to each other taking turns. I walked around the entire facility to check things out and I was impressed as to how immaculately they maintain the place. Even women's locker room was extremely clean with no trash or whatsoever. I didn't realize that climbing was also a good cardio workout. This was much needed exercise for me for sure. If you end up making blisters just walk up to the front desk and ask for a band-aide or two. They appear to have several locations in the Denver metro area so if you see one in your neighborhood go check it out. ***Note*** You can rent climbing shoes so you don't need to own them. Make sure you soak yourself in a warm bath with epsom salt after the climbing because you WILL be sore (LOL)!

But the climbing compared to the other gyms was just meh. Englewood is still the biggest Movement location in Colorado as of April 2024. Work was still being done in the women's locker room and hang boards were still pending as of April 6, 2024. Parking was plentiful. That was nice. There wasn't a lot of seating next to outlets. Nothing special here either - there was talk of a sauna and/or steam room but I guess it didn't pan out. But a nice option for climbing if you are in the area.

A lot of serious climbers with a sprinkle of novices the times I've been. Space: Grungy. The air circulation in there is either very poor and/or the mats and place doesn't get deep cleaned enough. It smells like feet moreso than other gyms I've been to. The place is compact for the amount of climbs it has. Climbs: Nice variety of climbs that are fun and challenging. I like the natural wall in the back. Holds could be cleaner (i.e. some holds are so dirty you might mistake it for another color, feels extra greasy). The climbing tape markings are not well maintained (i.e. missing start tape so you're not sure what's considered the intended start).

I think this gym is highly underrated. It is mostly a bouldering gym and features a more compy style as well as tough out door feely boulders. The gym features crack climbing as well. The lead wall was temporarily shut down, but was used as another bouldering/crack climbing wall. The setting is 9/10 easily. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is interested or new to climbing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and interacted with us! Overall I'd say the gym was 9.5/10. Only reason it isn't 10/10 is that the gym was pretty warm. I'm there than that, one of the best gyms I've been to!

The staff members were so helpful and kind, they showed the kids what to do safely, and then let them go at it on the appropriate courses. I don't know the technical terms but the ones that allowed them to clip themselves in and come down when they were ready was amazing. They treated the kids like any other climbers, and they were absolute naturals. My husband and I just watched (supervised) in awe. We took a short dinner break across the street at John's restaurant and bar (AWESOME) and then they went back to climbing until almost 9pm. It was truly one of the best days we have ever had as a family. Oh and then they begged to go back the next day so we went (equally amazing!). Their confidence skyrocketed and they are well on their way to being lifelong climbers. The only issue was that any other gym we go to will pale in comparison to our experience here! Many walls are not that high nor are the gyms as friendly to kids. Really superior facility. Thank you to the whole team! We will definitely be back!
