New playset with clubhouse attached by a bridge! Playhouse has a corkscrew style fireman pole! Main playset has a double-slide and additional single slide. Actual stairs allow easy access for toddlers, and as shown in my pics, parents can get in for easy access to all parts of this thing, so no one gets away from you. I walked all over this thing and it held me fine. It's not going anywhere! Swings have been reduced from four to just two (both baby seats), but it seemed to work out okay. Today was a busy Columbus day, and there was no line for swings. Still a bouncy seesaw thing. They kids love that! Super popular, everyone is making it hop all day long! Little ones enjoy the middle where it's less crazy! A series of graduating height/diameter bongo drums is in the corner where the xylophone used to be. My toddler loved them! I wish they were a little shorter, but he still went nuts. There are chimes to replace the xylophone, located under the clubhouse, alongside some built-in puzzles and steering wheel things. A cool new rope climbing aparatus replaces the old curved hanging bars. This is advanced for toddlers. Not sure how it fits with the vision of Tot Lot, but it satisfies older siblings who need a better challenge. There is another little car thing for toddler exploration. Has vinyl flap doors they can get in and out of, and things to steer and move around inside. The whole ground surface is freshly re-done in more rubber, this time, a mix of black and blue to hide dirt. Same fence, same rules, same latching gate. Great new play space! Thanks, Media Borough!

The room where the party was held was clean and decorated. The girls working our room were on top of everything. Making sure we had plenty of plates, napkins, etc. They had the pizza slices ready to go and cut the cake all nicely. The staff were great! The only thing that was a bit of a downer was when the birthday girl got into a harness swing and the kids yelled Happy Birthday to her. A lot of the kids expected to go on the swing and got upset when they couldn't. Other than that it was a great experience and something different for us!

Rock climbing, er, rocks…read more Friendly staff. Jay greeted us, checking on everyone to see if we were fine. Matt patiently trained us, delivering a refresher course on belaying (spotting a fellow climber), then we got our climbing on. Clean facility, smaller than expected, but tall enough to get the job done. Each wall had a varying rating of difficulty. On one such medium-difficulty wall, I "fell" when I couldn't grab hold onto the next hold! In the back of the gym are lower walls for bouldering, which I'll return to try. Avid climbers, skip the day pass and go for a monthly - it's a better value. Find them way back inside the parking lot between Gold's Gym and the Expo Center.
