[Original review was at 3.5 stars rounded down to 3 stars. However, I received some VERY unpleasant communication from the "branch manager", Eran Chan, subsequent to my review post. He demanded that I provide my identifying information, ignored my request for privacy based on the review, and made accusations that I used a fake contractor. It was irksome enough to remove an additional star. Remainder of review remains in tact.] As first time homeowners, we discovered that the market for construction/ remodel help is difficult to find in San Diego. It's hard to filter out the reliable reviews from those who are associated to the business owners. This is heavily prevalent on Yelp and exceptionally so for service providers: it's important to notice how many of those 5 star reviewers have (1) no yelp activity, (2) no yelp friends, and (3) created the yelp account close in time to the date the review was placed. You should be cautious of the veracity of these reviews. With Treeium, you'll find a that there are some valid reviews and some questionable. I lend mine as one backed by evidence. To date I am the only Yelp Elite reviewer. I'd be happy to pass along my complete sentiments privately. I selected Treeium from -- you guessed it-- yelp. My husband, who's the more calm and friendly individual between us two, was the one to receive the initial marketing pitch from the company (we'll leave identification of individuals private). Overall, I would say they do a great pitch. The representative that they send is friendly, knowledgeable, and conveys a strong level of confidence in how the project will go, etc. The individual came back a second time to talk to me with my husband.. and even I was thoroughly convinced by the pitch. Once you sign the paper, that's where the rollercoaster ride starts. The first guys that came in were kind enough to lay down carpet covers to avoid stomping around in our Asian household (read: NO SHOES INSIDE) and on our brand new carpet. Subsequent contractors were less respectful and didn't bring shoe covers. We had to lay down our own carpet covers. Thankfully I wasn't present for most of the process because I'm sure I would have raised hell through each phase. They were relatively timely on the breakdown and removal. There were strong initial attempts to protect our property and minimize the construction mess. But once the actual work started, it seemed like there was just problem after problem. There were many pros and cons.. pros are evident by the final bathroom being done (finally).. My biggest qualms however were: (1) PRICE: we had to pay for a lot of additional things after the quote that just kept getting tacked on the original quote. It was frustrating to find out that certain tiles or things that we wanted were unavailable or could not be incorporated. We had to settle on several aspects. There is a payment plan option to make it more palatable. In retrospect, I think the project was on the higher end of what we could have found elsewhere. (2) FAILURE TO MEET TIMELINE: this is the MOST irksome part. We were told 4-6 weeks.. it took almost three months. With the various contractors that are required in any one job, I understand that the more parties there are.. the more likely there will be scheduling problems. But the timeline was edging on unreasonable. (3) AVERAGE COSMETIC JOB: I have never heard a contractor tell me your wall is crooked, therefore, there will be a gap between tile and wall in order have a straight tile surface. It's a minor aspect but gap bothers me every day like an itch in a spot you can't reach. Also, the white tiles that were chosen were shaved at the corners, leaving ugly brown rounded corners amidst the white tiles. Another itch. Also, we opted to keep the bathtub. They cracked the bathtub with removing the old parts around the tub. Rather than fix the tub, we were told we could pay more for someone to fix the cracked porcelain or go buy our own fix it kit. After all the extra costs, we opted for the fix it kit.. which i think is ridiculous. Oh but by the time we got around to it, the tub started to rust in the places where they damaged it. When you step back and look at the overall reno, it does look better than what we had. We're generally happy with the final product (my husband more than I)... and it is definitely an improvement. We did refer Treeium to another group of friends who did an even bigger project, but they had the exact same complaints we did so I feel that our comments are valid and verified. Prior to the unpleasant communications received from Eran Chan, I would have been happy to share that Treeium is *capable* of doing a good job and that we might return. With his harassment, I don't foresee our return or further referral. read more

Too bad Yelp doesn't allow for no stars - these contractor's don't even deserve one star. These guys are a bunch of corner cutting hacks. They remodeled my grandmother's bathroom, replaced some drywall and lights in the kitchen. They are completely careless of details, did not properly prepare or finish the job and their work is crap. They even sat my 80 year old grandmother down to watch her give them a yelp review at the beginning of the job before even starting on the work. Talk about having dishonest business practices and taking advantage of the elderly! There's screwed up grout, nails showing on thru the drywall and paint, areas they painted and didn't tape off etc. They didn't even have the decency to replace the outlet covers on a full bathroom remodel and left the hallway light cover completely bare. Like I said cheap and cut corners. They refused to come back and properly take care of their sloppy work until my grandmother paid them in full. Even the contractor that came out to inspect the work indicated that aspects of the work done were not up to par. Photos added to business since yelp does not allow them on reviews as of yet. On top of that, they did not haul away any of the construction waste and left my grandmother to deal with trying to fit that into a normal garbage can. Word of advice - do not hire these jokers - there are so many other companies out there that do provide excellent service - this company just isn't one of them. I will note the project was completed Dec 2013. They came out and fixed a few things related to painting the hallway in Jan 2014 however my grandmother was told the work has to stop somewhere. Essentially they didn't do the job right and by example of my last photo uploaded it they don't believe they did it right. Called the review not fair but that's what reviews are for. They did offer to come fix it at no charge today however to protect my grandmothers house we are not allowing them anywhere near it. Just an update, Eran their officer manager posted a couple pictures of the bathroom afterwards in an effort to do damage control and I am glad they did because none of them are close-ups yet you can still see how the grouting is going over the glass tiles and the little patch above/behind the shower head where there's grout basically rubbed on with a finger and never cleaned. Additionally they don't show the wall they filled where screws are visibly protruding and of course they didn't show any of the hall way or kitchen ceiling. Just be sure to not pay this contractor until the job is completely done and done right! read more

Updating the review. Why? Treeium folks helped in making a change on my countertop after I asked for a cut as the design was blocking my kitchen path. They did it without any costs and I appreciate that! I will still be very specific about my requirements and conditions with them next time and probably could get a bigger discount, but I am happy with there follow up in this case and how they did it professionally. I recently installed solar panels on my home by Treeium. My sales rep was Allen and he did a great job. At first, got a little annoyed since he was busy but part of it was my fault. I was really happy throughout the experience besides that . The staff was all helpful and professional. Whenever I have a question I just reach out to Allen and he calls me back immediately. Over the years, I have sat through plenty of sales reps reaching out to me.  Some were good, but most were not. Not only was he really polite, he was an encyclopedia of information in reference to solar.  Not once did I feel pressured, so when I finally signed I have no regrets. The installation process was really easy as well, great company to work with overall. Major note, I did this to take advantage of the solar rebate before it ends. read more

After some frustrating moments, I am happy to update that Calanit from the SD main office has completely turned me around. She personally came to our house to make sure the issue we were having was taken care of. She brought in a new technician and took take care of things the very next day. Our kitchen remodel is finally finished, and it looks great!! Our project manager, Sagi, was awesome and made this entire project super smooth. We went with this company because they seemed to have a solid presence online, and the project manager we were connected with, Sagi, seemed like a good genuine guy that was eager to help us out! We gutted our ENTIRE kitchen. I'm talking about new floors, knocking down a wall, pushing another wall 6 inches back, re-texturing the walls, new lighting, new cabinets, everything! The only thing we didn't do was replace our fridge, dishwasher and stove. The whole project took about 5-6 weeks and they stayed on schedule. The awesome part was that they were able to start within 1-2 weeks of signing, which the wife and I were excited about since we couldn't wait to have a new kitchen ASAP. The design was mostly done by us, but Sagi was helpful with small details when we weren't sure. There were a couple tiny things that were overlooked during the remodel such as a crooked drawer, or some paint that was damaged during the construction, but Sagi didn't hesistate to listen to our concerns and met us with every single detail and made everything perfect at the end. And of course when it comes down to it, what matters is more than just the customer service or experience. It's the final result. The kitchen looks absolutely gorgeous - a complete 180 degree difference than what it was before. This side of the house is now completely new and recreated, and it's everything we had hoped for, and more. Let the pictures speak for themselves!! read more

So after the first rain, we had a major down pour into the sun room itself. Treeium came out and just let us know that their folks who built it used the wrong foam and flashing. On top of that, they tried to skirt responsibility by saying someone else had to have done that. They never came out to do a quality inspection. Right..... Hired to do a complete remodel of my kitchen. During demo my stove and microwave were damaged. After much complaining, they replaced the microwave but never really acknowledged the damage to my stove. It was never replaced. The workmanship on my cabinets was not great. We had to rehang several cabinet doors which continue to be an issue as they were not one properly to begin with so it has been difficult to fix continually. The tiling work was excellent; we were very happy with the tile work. Overall, we do not recommend this company for remodeling. read more

We signed contract for remodeling (full kitchen, master bathroom, and 2 bathrooms) last year in June, they started demo not until end of July, there was so many days they didn't show up, and they completed the job in Feb this year. It was not over though, we started seeing problems here and there, kitchen in-sink erator not installed properly so overflowed, countertops which we purchased from Stone systems (relevantly more expensive than other places, expected to be higher quality) got chipped but no warranty from Stone systems, both of spice racks broken, bathroom faucets start coming undone and wiggly. We requested warranty service between June and Aug, I still have all my stuff pulled out from spice racks along with other problems that I have to deal with. Now Thanksgiving is coming, not even sure if this can be resolved before I have guests over. My husband and me really tried to be nice and patient considering this pandemic situation with maybe limited labor, but now beyond that point. And my project manager was Mike Abotol who is no longer with the company. read more

Treeium is fine for the big elements of a project (demolition) but they're terrible with the details that separate quality professionals from DIY. They had to re-grout my shower on three separate occasions, installed built-in shelves unevenly, didn't know city code well enough to get approval--the corporate office will make you pay for that, by the way. You better study up if you use Treeium or you'll end up paying for decisions that could have been avoided with better advice. Treeium is more concerned about speed than doing a good job. Don't waste your money with them. read more

We live in the city of Vista. We had water damage that started in our Master bathroom went into our second bathroom then into our living room. Our project manager Tomer Turjeman was fantastic. We had chosen a different contractor when we first started the project but that project manager for that company which I will not mention the name, was not very fourth coming. I got very frustrated and I had sent a text to Tomer at 8:30 PM to see if he would still take on my project, he responded immediately. He said he would and had all arranged for me within the next day or so. He never let me sit around wondering what was going on or what the next step would be. He was very reliable and laid out all for me in a very professionally manner. If he couldn't speak to you at that moment when you called or texted him, he would let you know immediately via text that as soon as he was done with his meeting or whatever he was doing at that time, he would get back to you and that's exactly what he would do. I never had to second guess him. At the end of my project the last thing that had to be done was rebuild/install my vanity in the master bathroom. They had issues with two of the drawers, but Tomer would not give up and let it go. He himself came out to try and fix it and when he was not able to fix it, he got his guy Henry to come in and fix it, and that he what Henry did. Now the drawers fit and slide perfectly. I would recommend Tomer to be your project manager and Treeium for your contractor, you can definitely count on them to do a great job and in a timely manner. They make paying their companyvery easy and it done in sections by the way the projects are being completed. They are a fantastic, honest and reliable company.. Hats of to you and your company Tomer. I will most definitely use them again for my next project and I will personally ask for Tomer Turjeman to be my project manager. read more

Moti Broogell from Treeium arrived the same day as my request, started on time and finished on time. He was twice as fast as my original contractor and a much better deal as well. Every trade that entered our home for work was friendly, professional and ON Time! We were selling our home and had sub floor damage under our Master Bath. This required new subfloor, tile, shower rebuild, pretty much a complete remodel. We were so confident on Moti's performance we went ahead and left town for moving East and left the home in his capable hands. I am VERY Happy with the work and so glad we called Treeium!! I would give them 4 1/2 stars. We used Treeium for a master bathroom remodel. They estimated 4-6 weeks for the job. It took 8 weeks. There was subfloor damage that was only visible after the shower was removed so that added a few days. Also, a standard tub did not fit in our bathroom so we had to wait a week for the new tub. They have a large team so someone was usually available to work on something each day. It was nice that they had a team readily available to fix the subfloor damage. They showed up when they said they would. Manager: Sagi - Very nice guy, very prompt in responding to texts, assisted us in selecting everything and gave us suggestions throughout the process, would tell us who was working on what each day, would quickly remedy any issues. Tile: Martin and his assistant Alex- they did an excellent job with tile. They were very meticulous and arranged things carefully before laying things down. They took a little longer than planned which was nice b/c they actually were taking their time and making sure everything looked right. They also asked for my input throughout the process to make sure everything was where I wanted it. Demo/paint: The guys that did the demo and painting were OK. I would have liked them to be more careful during demo. They broke the toilet and a faucet. However, Sagi quickly gave us an allowance to replace what was broken. I feel that they rushed during painting. They patched the drywall and painted on the same day. They gave it time to dry, however, I would have preferred they wait a day before painting. Plumbing: Adrian and Manny - did a good job and accommodated how we wanted the plumbing to go, even though it made things more complicated. It was also nice that they gave their input on things. Electrician: He was a very nice guy. Very helpful and explained light switches, exhaust fans, etc. Also, I followed the advice of someone else who reviewed Treeium and she mentioned that you should give as much input throughout the process as you can. Otherwise, they will just do things how they usually do it, which may not be your preference. They will pretty much accommodate what you want, so long as you tell them and it's within your budget. read more

I did work with Treeium at my house about 3 years ago, sadly, a piece of flooring got detached and I was really upset about it, I was sure they would say it's my problem after so long. I contacted Mike (Maor) Tal to explain what had happened, and surprisingly he was so comforting and warm, but most importantly a problem solver! Installed a Sun Room. Looked great until it rains, then the roof leaks - FIRST YEAR. This has persisted over the past 5 years. Each year they came back apply caulk and went away. Since we live in sunny San Diego with very little rain,we would not know if the problem was fixed until it rains again. No fix. Now Treeium will not honor their work and want to charge us to send out a guy to caulk the roof again. Another contractor stated the leaking was because the job was done poorly. Now we have to pay to correct Treeium's poor quality work. By applying caulking vice repairing the root problem, Treeium was able to push any repairs past their warrently so they can charge us twice for the same job. Don't waste you money with Treeium. read more

Honesty, integrity and service are the three reasons that I would recommend Mike Tal and Treeium. Customer satisfaction is their priority. In the year since the kitchen was remodeled they have sent workers out three times to fix minor issues. Try getting assistance from another contractor after they say the job is done! It is taking a lot for me to give this review, but I have to be honest and share my true experience. First, Moti and Solomon are two of the nicest guys. Very personable and friendly. My wife and I were very pleased and excited about remodeling our outdated kitchen. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with cheap cabinets and counter tops. We sat down and said what we wanted and they agreed it all could be done. They said they could get it done in 3 weeks starting December 1st and said we would be done before Christmas. It was close, but not quite there. For the work: On the contract we said 40 - 42 inch upper cabinets to be installed. They Installed 35 inch cabinets. When called on it, was given the excuse that we needed 18 inches to pass inspection. Well after doing the math, we had plenty of room to install what we asked for. Went a few rounds but backed off because we didn't want the conflict. We really likes these guys. Continuing, when the granite was installed, instead of placing the cut on the end to piece near the door where it would be less conspicuous, they placed it in the middle of the work space so we now have a noticeable line in the counter-top. Amateur at best. The cabinets are crooked on the ceiling. Says the ceiling is crooked so we just have to live with it. Called it small stuff. As mentioned in another review, these guys do not pay attention to detail. If you stand back and look at the kitchen, it is beautiful, but step in closer, the detail sucks. In addition, we asked for drawers on each side of our stove. In the drawings it showed drawers. In the 3d rendering, it showed drawers. Drawers were not installed. Cabinets were installed and the drawers were left piled in our garage. When told that drawers were not installed, they got pissed at me for not saying anything before he installed them. Like it was our fault. So, we got no drawers. We got a pull out which we accepted. However, they installed a different pullout than the ones we installed on the other cabinets. Said they no longer made that kind. Bulls$&@t!!! I found the same pullout we have on the Home Depot website. As for detail also, in addition to having crooked cabinet doors, when they drilled for the shelves, they left the wood shavings in the cabinets. Small stuff, shows the level of detail. I found 8 nails and screws in my driveway. And good thing I found them because it would have been an added expense for new tires. I found cigarette butts all over my lawn and driveway also. But back to the work!!! The cabinets are separating from the sides. There is molding that was not placed in some areas. There are cabinets that are not aligned. Again, when I said something about it, was told not to worry about the small stuff. Pretty much, shut up and be happy it's done. Well, I know in my work, I can't ignore the details. The company that did our bathroom remodel set the standard. None of this. Treeium falls short of that standard. Way short. We have additional work we want done to our home and there is no way I would use this company again! To sum it all up, the work we contracted for was not done as we asked and was given a load of bs about it. Was "put in my place" when we brought it up. Was blamed for the drawers not being installed as the contract and drawings specified. Was told not to sweat the little things like saw dust left in the cabinets and pullout cabinets that don't match. After they were done, I smelled gas and did a leak test on the stove and found a leak on the hose running to the stove. Had to re-tape and tighten. That was a detail piece that could have cost us our home. Again, Moti and Solomon are great guys, but the devil is in the detail and they failed terribly. I see the defects every day and will have to live with it until we decide to make a change. Sorry guys for the bad review, but if it helps you get your stuff together or helps a consumer make a well researched decision, then it's worth what's about to happen. Update: 6/1 After I posted this review, Eran a rep/worker from their company sent me a private message stating that I am stupid. He then left his own 5 star review for Treeium (which he works for) which was flagged and removed as he admitted in the review that he worked for them. If it wasn't for that rude individual I wouldn't have come back here for the update. I received calls from them for the next few weeks and the quote was 2 1/2 to 3 times higher than quotes from other companies. Wasn't even in the same ballpark. Not even sure how they arrived at that price as he never took any measurements or listened to my plan. That may be why they have some bad reviews because of the lack of communication. If you like to have a high pressure salesman show up at your door, speak in a condescending manner to you as well as other customers in front of you and then have a rep send you belittling pm's after you post an honest review than this is your company. We bought a family home that was a complete disaster and hired Treeium to do a full overhaul. Our initial meeting with Moti and Shlomi was really positive, which was followed by a meeting with their manager, Eran. They showed us their licenses and examples of the work they had done. After meeting with other contractors, we felt that Treeium was the direction we wanted to go because they seemed very professional and easy to work with. We also liked they they promoted Eco-friendly initiatives (e.g. solar, energy saving measures, etc.) Fast forward 1.5+ years and I will say this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. The issues that we've had primarily have been lack of communication, project mismanagement and a nonexistent change control system. The work started with the upstairs bathroom followed by the downstairs bathroom which were demo'ed very quickly and it seemed that the work would be quite quick; but the bathrooms sat unfinished for months. We had been rushed into picking materials but then the excuses began for delays. The house would go for days or weeks without any work being completed. Reno garbage was left in our yard for weeks. Then the wrong sized bath vanity was ordered. The worst part was dealing with our kitchen. Now, I understand that permits take time but explain how it is that the kitchen design you agreed on was not the kitchen that was built? The end result was a half wall that we had requested had to be added on after the fact and another wall that was partially removed had to be added back on because the space for the refrigerator was only big enough to support a mini-fridge... that's right... you couldn't open the door with ANY standard fridge. The worst part during all of this was that after finally receiving the kitchen permit, Treeium found that the roof to our den (which was adjacent to the kitchen) needed to be completely removed and replaced to meet code. [Note that they had just completely re-roofed the entire house.] Before discussing this with us, they removed our roof then asked us to pay them an additional $20K or they wouldn't build the roof to code. We were without a roof and rain was imminent. They covered the roof with some tarp and it began to pour. I came downstairs to find that the tarp sagging so badly that they finally collapsed and our den was filled with rain water. Their roofer was called and he was completely baffled that the roof he had just re-roofed was gone. He took a look at how the den had been tarped and stated that no roofer would have allowed this to happen, especially considering the weather. There have been various unfortunate events that have happened during this project. We were really hopeful that our experience with Treeium would have been positive; and even with all the unfortunate events that have happened, we were still hopeful for positive resolution. Instead we've been met with passive aggressive remarks and texts while the staff continually flake on completing the minor remaining work on the home. While I've said a lot of negative things thus far, I do want to say Treeium has never walked away from this project. They continue to come to attend to the remaining work, even though it is EXTREMELY slow paced. They are trying to meet the commitment we initially agreed upon, so for that I will give them 2 stars. I have also read some of the negative feedback other customers have left in the past and will add that we have never been cussed out or treated rudely by branch managers Eran or Calanit. Moti has been really passive aggressive towards us at times but I'm sure that he is just frustrated by this disastrous project that seems to be never-ending. read more

3/5/16 The dreaded kitchen remodel is underway.I know we're only 5 days into this kitchen remodel but so far it's going great. The craftsmen are skilled and clean up after themselves. Eran and crew have been plugging away and getting 'r dun. So far complete and total demolition of the old kitchen, electrical, plumbing, inspections, removal of the old tile and placement and grouting of the new... in only 5 days! More to come and we'll be updating this review as the project progresses. 3/16/16 Well it has been 11 day and all is well. Painting and drywall completed. Cabinets are going in and counter tops are being measured today. Everything seems to be progressing as planned. 4/18/16 Progress has slowed. So far it's 95% completed. Tile baseboards done today. Pull-out drawers and a new window are holding up the finish. There have been some glitches along the way... but things are still moving along. The tile guy is a master craftsman. 10/2/16 Well the project got finally "finished" in August... 6 months vice the 8 weeks that was promised. As chronicled above they started out like a ball of fire. Problems with permits and getting the final things done that we had all agreed on was like pulling teeth from a turtle. In the end the project was completed. Do I wish we had gone with another company? In one word... yes. The project manger is no longer with the company and that made it difficult to get the final sign offs from inspectors. I won't mention his name but it populates many of the poor reviews for Treeium in San Diego. Israel and Janine saved the day and are two member of their team that I have the utmost respect for. Israel is a straight shooter and for that I am thankful. Janine gave us the follow through to get the project completed, that the project manager did not. Bottom line: They earned two stars- not so much for the final product but for the poor follow through and attention to details. Communication breakdown was the real problem. A kitchen remodel is a major inconvenience and I am so glad it's finished. WE used Home Advisor to find them. Treeium left a lot to be desired as a contractor and knowing then what I know now, I would go with someone else. They were long on promises and fell short on delivery. Treeium was professional and really cared about our satisfaction through the entire process. From my initial contact they were very responsive. I started contacting different places to learn about bathroom and kitchen remodeling and decided to give Treeium a call. I was super pleased with my initial phone consultation and decided to schedule to have a field estimator out to see the projects and provide a bid. Mike (aka Maor) is a very organized project manager and had exceptional ideas to make our small beach condo kitchen look spacious and modern! First let me say we are pleased with the company and especially our project manager Lior Lazarovich. He was thorough in explaining about the company, communicated what would happen each day, and got back to me every time I had a question (which was often!). Being construction, there were a few hiccups, but Lior constantly assured us that they would make sure we satisfied with their work and the final result. Teams that came out were polite, worked well and seemed to know what they were doing, and for the most part, cleaned up the area very well. Why 'only' 4 stars? There are a few detail/finish areas that need addressing - which we were assured by Lior would happen with big remodels - and that we should call them to remedy. We bought a new house in a new community so our backyard we just dirt and rocks. After talking on the phone with a couple contractors and having one come over for an estimate, I was starting to develop anxiety on choosing the right person/company. My wife did some research and discovered Treeium. We were impressed with the before and after pictures on numerous various types of projects. We set up an appointment and was greeted by Project Manager Moti Broogell the very next day. He was very professional, courteous, and creative in helping us with our backroad design. Initially, we were only thinking of having pavers and a lattice patio cover...even then we were skeptical if we could even afford it. Moti informed us of a couple government sponsored programs that finance "green" renovations to your home (Hero and California First). With a $1000 security deposit, we were able to get the pavers, lattice, artificial turf, AND solar panels!!! We chose California First and was approved for 15% of the value of the home...we didn't use it all but we were so amazed how we got everything done. Moti and his team was able to complete all the projects in one month and our backyard is absolutely beautiful! Moti was a great communicator and a passionate professional throughout the entire process. He quickly addressed any issues that came up and made changes without any hassles. He really cares and wants you to be happy with his work. Our backyard looks so good, neighbors would knock on the door to ask about Treeium. I used Treeium for a new roof on my house and the end results is that I am very happy and Eran Uzeri made sure to take care of me. The whole process was painful but in the end it worked out. I have a flat roof and when I asked for a new roof my current roof was leaking slightly in one area. When I inquired about a new roof I was sold another flat roof from Treeium. After it was installed, the first rain resulted in a huge leak in an entire room (that was not where the previous leak was). The whole room was raining when I came home. Eran fixed it immediately and called in a service to dry out my walls and carpet and repaint the room. The second rain resulted in another leak in another room and it was fixed. The third rain was yet another leak. Finally Eran replaced the entire roof with a higher quality material called TPO at no charge. Since then it was been great and lately there has been tons of rain with no leak so I know it is holding up:) Very good quality now but pretty painful process. read more

I can't speak on the quality of their work as I opted not to use them. My review is based on the survey and final estimate I received. The guy that came over was cocky as hell, based on that I already felt uncomfortable and didn't want to use their service. Most people don't want to hear about how good you are as a project manager, that customers praise you and love you. Over and over, he was like a broken record and pretty much everything he was saying somewhat offensive. The reason you came here was to give me a quote. When you're doing your assessment, please don't talk down about the current condition the area being looked at is in, that's why we're trying to fix it. The other things with this particular individual is that he talked down on other companies which took away focus on the reason he came out, and oh by the way, he smelled like smoke (total dick move). As for the quote, I've saved some money for these projects, but there is no way I would have guessed it would be that high. read more

This review is about a year out from the work they did on our home. Why update it this far out? Because it rained hard for the first time since then. They replaced the back patio and the roof. The back patio is now flooding with water and I'm not looking forward to checking: 1) the attic or 2) the in-ceiling lights. It was time for me to get solar for my home, because of the non stop electrical bills getting higher and higher, it was getting ridiculous. So since I didn't know much about the process or anything I went through several different meetings with different high rated yelp solar companies. They may have had high ratings, but they were sometime too pressure some and too high in price. Unlike many consumers, I'm not an emotional shopper, I like to think strategically. Wow!!!! I feel lucky to have found Treeium, Inc for my remodel. I have a cute little condo, 2 bedroom/2 bath, that was really in need of a makeover.
