I needed to get my Mesquite tree and two palm trees trimmed up and after calling several other companies who would either not return my phone calls or have no time to do the job until weeks later... Ron came through and not only was able to get the work done quickly and efficiently but also provided fair and competitive pricing. The trees look great. In particular we had an issue with our Mesquite tree that had very low hanging branches that would scrape the tops of trucks every time they came around the corner. The tree has been trimmed and all of the low branches have been cut. Also the loadbearing branches have been taken away and will no longer be causing any problems when we have high winds. I was notified by my HOA that my palms needed to be trimmed, with not a lot of time to get it done. Looked and found Treepro, and was glad I did. This company is garbage. They came to my mother in laws house (whose 81 yrs old and can't clean up their mess) and left her pool full of palm leaves. Couldn't even see the water in pool it was so full. They left it like that and when she told them to come back and clean it up they never showed up. NEVER hire these guys. After being no-showed twice. I found Treepro on cl. The pricing advertised was competitive so I decided to phone Tree Pro- Ron was English speaking and very easy to deal with. I text him photos and he quoted me instantly. He got me on his schedule quickly! I was extremely pleased that when I mentioned insurance he quickly provided a pic of his accord. I found him to be honest and forthcoming. On the day of service his men did a great job of trimming my tall palms as well as removing a diseased canary palm. The stump grinding was done as well.
