I wish I could give TreePros more stars! I called TreePros and they immediately responded to my voicemail. We had a thorough consultation over the phone, and the owner, who returned my call, asked me to send a few photos. He responded back with an estimate on removing a tree, and based on our great consultation, I wanted to book an appointment. They even got me in much sooner than I had anticipated. The owner arrived with his team, and everyone had such a great attitude. They made me feel very comfortable with what they were going to do, and they payed close attention to all my concerns. I had recent landscaping done with newly planted trees, and they took the time to cover the trees up, and tarp the entire area that was landscaped. They even made sure to cut, and toss all branches away from the new landscaping even though it was already protected. They did an incredible job with clean up, and were so thorough on making it look exactly as it did before they arrived.... minus one tree, of course lol. My 87 year old Mom would bring out water for the TreePro team and they all were so appreciative, and kind to her. She absolutely loved them, and decided we will call them to help with maintenance once my new landscaping project is completed. I can't speak highly enough about TreePros, and look forward to referring many more people, and using their services again. read more

I wanted to hire Ron Goodwin and Tree Pro for a $1200 service. When he gave me the estimate he said the company accepted credit cards. When I called to schedule service he informed me that they don not accept them. I thanked him for his time and said I would be using someone else. He then proceeded to text me numerous times saying that I didn't have any money, which is why i wanted to use this. I explained to him that I had been burned before with a company that wanted only cash. He sent me several texts berating me for my decision, I ultimately had to block his number to be left alone. STAY AWAY from this business and especially Mr. Goodwin. I will be contacting the BBB as well. read more

Their guys illegally trespassed my property with a ten-foot ladder and chainsaw. When I called the company to complain the guy who answered the phone was a prime example of toxic masculinity. Not an apology just an attitude. If you want to be friends with your neighbors I would recommend hiring a service that didn't resort to tresspaasing in order to do their job. The guys who tresspassed in my back yard got a call from their boss and they apologized to us again. Now how did they get that call if they were lying about it being Tree Pro? I didn't call anyone else. Then Rob G calls me back claiming its a false accusation. It defys logic. Like he said in his response he then came to my house after this review. Who does that? The owner Ron was quick to give me a quote but due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, I wasn't able to use their services at the time. For over 15 years now, we have had to have our huge mesquite trees trimmed every 2 to 3 years now. Most of these tree services want to set up an appointment for a "free estimate" then when they show up they tell you that it's going to be a "BIG JOB" and that it takes a specially trained mesquite expert. Then when they show up they want to argue because you have requested that the tree limbs should be away from the house etc..In contrast, "Ron" from "Tree Pro" looked at the photos and quoted me a reasonable rate.
