My tree snapped on Saturday! So after getting a couple bids to remove my tree, I called TreePro at the last minute (Sunday afternoon) to see if I could get service out sooner than the other companies would. Sure enough I got a response to get my tree removed Tuesday morning (instead of Thursday with another company)! They also did a price match which was awesome! So my decision was easy to go with TreePro. Seth came out to do the work and he was very courteous and professional. He even offered to cut my tree stump lower. I thought that was very nice considering I know how hard it is to get close to the ground with a chainsaw. It was already close to the ground but since there might be kids running around i don't want anyone to trip over it. I thought, well, if you can cut it down lower, that would be nice! I needed to remove a 30 foot pine tree and large mesquite tree from my property and grind the stumps. I called the top 3 services on yelp to get quotes. This company was highly referred to me and after getting some quotes I thought the price was reasonable and I gave them my business. I requested a tree be cut and stump removed so that I could plant tree in same location. The cutting of the tree was no problem, the debris was removed and the artificial turf that was there did not get damaged. My only problem was that the stump was not removed enough to plant a tree. This was a priority as I cannot add tree in another location and there is a cutout on the artificial turf where the previous tree was. I found out about this afterwards when I had multiple companies come and give me a quote for tree installation INCLUDING someone he referred to me . I would really like this matter fixed as this is what I paid for in the first place. I have texted him , left messages and never got any call backs. Even when it was time to pay him it was difficult to meet up as my messages would bounce back. Eventually I met with his son and was able to pay him. Unfortunately for me I did not find out about the stump not being grinded enough until after I had paid him. I then tried again to get a quote removing a small tree and I never heard back. I was hoping I could give him more business and have him fix the original issue but I never got a response on final price of that quote. Hoping that we can get this issue resolved. read more

Ron sent a crew on Wednesday to work the front and back yard palm trees. His crew removed and broke some of the moon lights. They also broke the main sprinkler head in the large back yard. We sent him a message with pictures and called to let him know about it. Ron said he would send someone to fix the sprinkler head. It's Sunday and no one has come to fix the sprinkler. Irresponsible, negligent and unreliable. We do not recommend this business and will not use Treepro again. read more

We were getting hassled by our master HOA about our tree being overgrown in our front yard and given 15 days to comply. Ron was responsive. His workers arrived 40 minutes early, which is fine but I told Ron to inform me when they were on the way which he didn't. They also came in a huge truck overfilled with debris. I just had my pavers cleaned and sealed. I don't appreciate the mess left behind. Wasn't intentional but it's common sense. I didn't pay 100 dollars for 10 minutes of work to have the front of my street left filthy. Lastly, I don't appreciate you allowing your workers to have their "lunch break" for 45 minutes on the side of my house. The huge truck blocked my driveway and then my neighbors. Just embarrassing! Their work is priced right, they arrive on time, the workers are nice, and they clean up well afterwards. The first visit I had a few big trees that needed some heavy pruning after the snow broke a few branches. The estimator came out and offered us some great advice in how to take care of our trees. Setting up an appointment was easy. The workers arrived on time, they checked on what I needed again, did the work quickly, and cleaned up well. The second call was for a quick palm tree trim. I thought we could do it ourselves because it seems easy but after trying it for half an hour, we were done. I texted Tree Pro again through Yelp and got a price and set up an appointment the next day. They got here on time, climbed right up, cleaned it up in about 15 minutes, and cleaned up easy peasy!
