Needed two sumac trees in our front yard trimmed. I contacted TreePro when the two tree trimming service providers I've used in the past both said they had a 2-4 week backlog and I needed the work done sooner. Ron responded back within three minutes. Per his request, I texted pictures of the two trees and he delivered a quote six minutes later. I scheduled tree and stump removal. I was given a date, but not a time or an appointment window. When they weren't there by noon, I called and asked when the crew would arrive, and was told 2:00pm. The removal of the tree was done without care of my property. The crew broke two of my lawn lights. They did not clean up debris, instead my pool was the landing spot for dirt and twigs. It took me 2 hours to clean up their mess. While I paid for stump grinding, they didn't bring it when they came by, so they said they would come back the next day and remove the stump. They were a no show. 2 days later, they show up unannounced at 6:30pm wanting to do the grinding. Again, they didn't remove any debris from the grinding of the stump, leaving all the remnants for me to clean up. This wasn't even the lowest quote I got on Yelp. I went with them because of the solid reviews on here and paid almost $200 more than the cheapest quote I got. Yelp let me down. read more

I sent them the pictures and requested a quote for 2 trees (actually 4 because the biggest tree had 2 smaller ones attached to it but I didn't know because they were very clumsy), but Ron still charged me the same amount as in the quote. I bought a service from Angies List And cancelled it. The guy is rude and has given me wrong pricing. He agreed to cut the branches of my palm trees for $35 each and when he came to survey, he left a different estimate of $40 each. I called Ron Goodwin the owner will not come down to our agreed price with Angie's list. I told him I can have another company i know that did the job for $25 a tree. I called Angie's list and filed a complaint and cancellation and refund. Treepro is expensive, arrogant, and un professional. Make sure you get the price agreed on and I do not know what kind of service he has. For me he is 0 star or no star. read more

We scheduled and the workers showed up on time and did a fantastic job in a timely manner I plan on using them again and would highly recommend for any tree service in Las Vegas. Update: Decided to do some landscaping where the trees were removed. The landscaping company told me that the stumps were not ground down far enough. I contacted Tree Pro and Ron said he would come and look at it that day. No show, no call. I then texted and told him the landscapers need the stumps ground. The phone rings and there's a screaming lunatic on the phone named Ron telling me that he'll get there when he gets there. It is now a week later. No call, no show. When he wants your business he's very responsive. Very unprofessional and we might have been able to work something out. Won't be dealing with his idiotic rants again. They should rename it Tree UnPro because he is extremely unprofessional and obviously not interested in the reputation of his company. read more

NEVER contact this company. Saw their ad on the back of their pick up truck while driving home, only noticed because I debated contacted them for their service. Told my husband to save the number until the driver cut in front of me with no signal and started swerving erratically. I can only assume he was under the influence of some substance. A large 40 year old tree fell down in our backyard due to a storm. Many companies quoted outrageous prices, but the owner, Ron, gave us a fair estimate online which he honored in person. His crew did an excellent job. They worked fast and were incredibly nice. Some leaves off the tree fell in the pool while they were working and so they even cleaned out of pool afterwards. I called Ron to get an estimate for a palm-tree skinning. He gave me a good price, for both trimming the tree and skin it, both are in the text message he sent me. I told him that I'm only looking for skinning the tree, not trimming it, and he wrote back that he never meant to trim the tree but rather remove around 4 leafs, which wasn't the case, and the price will remain the same. What would happen if I would expect also a trim, like the text message indicated? The text message was his price quote. When you hire this company, please make sure to get as much details as possible, for the quoted work. I agreed to his quote (since I can trim the tree myself). His team came, were very nice, and did a good job. The reason for the two stars review was after they left I checked my Ring security camera like I do on a daily basis, and I saw one of his employees urinating in our back yard. Needless to say I was appalled from this behavior, especially after I told the team that if they need anything to please come and knock on the door. Ron called me the next day to take my payment information, and I shared the story with him. He said he was very sorry, and asked me for the video footage in order to deal with his employees. Ron didn't take any responsibility towards his client (me), and kept on telling me (which I believe him) that they have strict rules about this kind of behavior.
