Work performed on 03/22/2017. The whole process went very smoothly on 03/22/2017 with the 2 TreePro employees arriving right on time between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. My 2 taller palm trees, which required climbing, did not take all that long to complete. However, my remaining Canary palm (no climbing, just a ladder & my retaining wall) took quite a bit longer to get in proper order. The Canary palm alone needed about one hour's worth of work. I should mention that this was certainly the most thorough and professional trimming of my Canary palm that I have ever experienced. Others in the past have simply removed 1 or 2 rows of fronds without really bothering to clean out the seed pods from in between the fronds, etc. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away on completion. I plan on using TreePro again next year and for any other unexpected tree-related issues that may arise in the meantime. These guys did a great job on trimming my two trees. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The reason for one star removal is that apparently the job before mine ran late; which is fine, that happens, but no one contacted me; I had to get ahold of them after the two hour appointment window had passed. Ultimately, they showed up 45 minutes later. Again, I know things happen, and they did a good job when they got to my house; it just would have been nice if they would've let me know. I needed my front yard tree trimmed per HOA standards, TreePro had the best price and was available within the timeframe I needed. They came out, did a great job, cleaned up, and left. There wasn't much too it and it wasn't an incredibly hard job, but the tree is quite tall and they trimmed it nicely without making it look bare. I'd definitely use them again. read more

Ron was quick to respond to my email, quick with the quote, and very much priced right. Within 48 hours, my downed tree section was cut off, cut up, and hauled away. They were even nice enough to even up a palm stump that another company had left looking ugly and non-finished at no extra charge. They left my yard and driveway debris-free and hauled everything away. While I hope that I won't have a downed tree in the future, I will call them first without hesitation. read more

After my tree trimmer from last year flaked on me, I turned to Yelp to find a new tree trimmer in my area. I contacted Ron and he gave me a better quote than a couple of other places so I decided to book him. They came out on a day which I was working and completed the work. The tree looked great. I had another bush on the side of my driveway that was trimmed and looked good but was considered too tall still by my HOA. I contacted Ron about it, and he quickly responded and came back out to satisfy my HOA and cut the bushes down some more. My yard looks perfect. Next time, I will probably just have that problematic bush removed! Ron and his crew earned my trust by coming back to fully satisfy my picky HOA. I used Treepro a few weeks back to dial in my date palm. The problem with many tree services in Vegas is they charge a minimum. I had called many places and they charge anywhere from 150-225$ for a minimum visit. Ron, and his team, were able to come out and tackle my one lonely tree for a reasonable price.
