Work was completed, but a mess was left. I had dirt and rocks in the jacuzzi, brown streak marks on the walls, chips in the block wall and dirt left on the pool decking. I sent pics to Ron. He texted the brown spots would come off the wall when brushed and that he would have the guys come back tomorrow to clean up. Nobody showed up the next day to clean up!! They took down 2 Italian Cypress trees. They were fairly prompt and the price was right. The guys took down the trees, and cleaned up most everything they could. The only issue was that I was told I would be notified of when they would come the night before, and I wasn't. The next morning when I reached out I was given a time. I spoke with Ron on Wed, August. 16, at the end of his business day. He didn't rush me off the phone. I sent him some photos of what I wanted done, 3 trees trimmed from the roof of my house and within minutes I had a quote. I came across the advertisement for this business when I was looking to replace my tree trimmer of over 10 years who was retiring. He had done my home with 2 trees, 6 of my neighbors trees and my commercial property with 46 trees. The ad sites to send photos of the palms and they would reply with a quote so I took the photos of just my house palms and sent them as instructed. The response I got from them is "What are your cross streets" so I asked what does that have to do with sending the pictures and getting a quote? And this is when the rude and arrogant guy started in telling me that licensed tree trimmers don't go out on a job for just two trees and he's making $12,000 a month so why should they bother unless they are in the area !!! Hello...change your ad then. So with that attitude there was no way I was going to work with this miserable person or recommend him to anyone !! I tried to end the conversation but he wasn't finished being his rude arrogant self so I finally said that I would be sure to let YELP people know how he and his company did business. He then proceeded to rant and rave and called me a "keyboard warrior".LOL So by then I was quite done with the whole conversation, disconnected the chat and blocked his number because he was still ranting. I sent Ron a request for quote via the Yelp quote feature and Ron responded within minutes and set up a meeting at my house (in the Spring Mountains on the west side) for the following day. Ron arrived on time and walked my property, dense with Pine and Juniper, sharing his expertise and listening to my needs. Handing me a detailed quote, we scheduled the job. Day of, Ron and team arrived, again on time (yes...promptness is a thing with me) and got to work. The guys went above and beyond to make sure they did a perfect job. They cleared all debris after cutting down dead/dying trees, branches & brush, stacked the tree logs suitable for firewood, and offered to make an adjustment to a tree that I was uncertain of (this after working nonstop for 8 hours and tying all brush securely in their trailer (travelers on Hwy 160 are certainly grateful).
