This is one of the best water park. The staffs were super friendly price is 16$ per person i think resident is cheaper. They have water play and sand play for toddlers. Definitely coming back

always packed nevwr enough tubes for people or chairs. i had to sit on the wet grass multiple times.

We had a great time! I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. We really enjoyed the two bigger pools. Both had really cool water fountains and slides. We also loved the splash pads and sand pit. We stayed for about 3-4 hours and were pretty tired at the end. It was definitely worth the admission fees! Also wasn't overly crowded. With toddlers this water park was super fun!

Want to make a splash with your little ones? Otter Cove Splash Park is perfect for a little fun in the sun for kids that aren't quite ready to swim. Admission for ages 1-5 is $4 for residents and $6 for non residents, but they don't ask you for proof of residency. Adults are free with a paid child's admission for the splash park only. They accept credit cards. The splash park includes 3 splashing areas and one sand lot. There are some buckets and shovels in the sand lot but I would suggest bringing your own toys and labeling them with your kid's name to prevent loosing them. Outside food and drink is allowed, so I always bring a small cooler of snack and drinks for my niece and nephew. You can eat in the covered picnic area or near the vending machines (selling drinks only).

They are sooo strict and you can't do anything. No flips of diving board, and you NEED a tube in the lazy river. Waste of money do not go.

We have done their JSCs for both of my kids this summer and have now signed up for weekly lessons. My daughter literally screamed and cried at the last place we were at and here she has had 0 tears! The water is warm so my kids are not shivering during lessons. The instructors are great and keep the kids on task and focused on the skills there are working on. I have noticed that sometimes they have a second (floater) teacher that goes to each lane and helps out as a second teacher for a few minutes and then move on to another class. At the end of each class teachers give you a little summary of how your child did. Sometimes the kids even earn ribbons for accomplishing different goals, which my kids absolutely love. I think it's a great motivator for them as well. The facility has some great added touches with amenities like an area with blow dryers, showers with soap in the pool area. It's well kept and clean. My kids are growing and becoming more confident and comfortable in the water. I could not be happier here!

At her first makeup class, Saylor was so scared, she was crying hysterically and refused to get in the water. Eleanor, who I believe is one of the managers, knows Saylor from seeing her, and jumped right in to save the day! Eleanor went above and beyond to make sure Saylor was comfortable, and by the end of the first makeup class, Saylor was thriving! At our next makeup class, Eleanor had Saylor's favorite toys waiting for her, and Saylor loved that, and had no tears, and was ready to swim! I just wanted to say, we have loved everyone we have worked with at Goldfish St Charles, and we definitely appreciate Eleanor going above and beyond!

I've seen them work with many kids who were scared to be separated from their parents or who were scared to jump into the pool from the pool deck, and they've been able to get the kids to overcome their fears every time (even though it sometimes take a few weeks' worth of lessons). Facilities are excellent, especially the warm water pool. My son is almost 4 and has been going here since he was 6 months, and he loves coming here. The higher price is justified by the higher quality.

The coaches are certified, knowledgeable and very patient with the children. I love that they are able to explain to me what steps they are teaching and why it is important. My boys talk about the different coaches they have had, and it's obvious they feel very comfortable with them. Two big selling points for us are that the water is kept at 92 degrees and that there are only 4 kids per class. These two things allow my kids to be comfortable and get lots of time to practice the skills they are learning. The program also has a strong safety first learning enviroment. Of course, as a mom, I am thrilled by this teaching style. I love that my children can tell me how to be safe around water and that these safety "rules" translate to other swimming activities that we do as a family. Iddy Biddy Pool School offers free prenatal and free 3-8 month swimming classes, which are amazing! The prenatal classes were so helpful for the aches and pains of pregnancy, and I love referring doula & childbirth education clients to take this class! The baby classes are so effective at getting a young baby comfortable being in the water. All three of my boys love the water, and I greatly attribute this to being in swimming classes as a baby and continuing with lessons at IBPS. This program has become very popular in our community so classes fill up quickly. When you have multiple children in different levels it can get more difficult to coordinate schedules. My children absolutely love coming to swimming each week. I cannot recommend Iddy Biddy Pool School highly enough! Your family will love it!
