I don't doubt that he cared about our business, and the shop's prices are fair, but his attitude with me was a deal breaker, and I don't intend on returning. Certainly more professional and better customer service at other spots around Tempe. Update: Eddie reached out to me via "compliment" here on Yelp (for being "funny"), putting the blame on my wife's shoulders for our bad experience. True entrepreneurship is based on having complete personal accountability for the good and the bad. I fee like the age old cliche rings true "the customer is always right". Maybe if Eddie focused more on providing quality customer service and less on defending his name from constructive criticism (welcome to business ownership), the business might (eh) be worth visiting.

I went this afternoon for customer appreciation day, I live in central Phoenix and drove 30 minutes…read morebecause the deals for their 14g shake was only $8! And it's usually $20, so I thought why not take advantage of the opportunity and stock up and get it for a great deal! 30 minutes goes by and I arrive and pulled up the app in my phone to make sure everything was good... it wasn't. The shake bags went back to normal price and me and my partner were talking and he told me to just go inside, because something could have gone wrong on the website, but it might still be on sale. So I go in and a lovely budtender greets me, he was great. But when I explained to him our situation he said that Mint had removed the deal because they, "Couldn't do that deal anymore." Totally shattered my hope, and then in the heat of the moment he upsold me and I got a terrible deal leaving the store. Driving 30 minutes to find that a deal that was publicly listed everywhere and changing it when, at previous Mints that deal was perfectly fine for customer appreciation day, and then getting there and leaving so dissatisfied. It broke my heart Otherwise, the service is always decent, but I will not be visiting this location again. If you make the deal public, it's very dissuading as a customer to be told you can't "do it anymore."
